When I landed on the planet Corbos near the Esstran sector, everything went perfectly as expected. I then placed my fleet on a defensive blockade. Kalani and Knave watch the ships, preventing any potential republic engagement. I delve below. I planned and directed my fleet so that the spaces between each ship were occupied by either crusaders or fighters.
Gradually, walkers, droids, and soldiers descend to the surface of Corbos as I make my way towards it and take up defensive positions in the abandoned mining city atop the hill. They establish defensive trenches and turbolaser turrets above the massive range of mountains. General Verdant comes up to me and asks me why this planet is significant to me.
After that, I go over the planet's early history during the Hundred Years of Darkness. This was the last fight the original dark side armies, also called the dark jedi, fought before being banished, and they lost in 6900 BBY. This wasteland of a planet, rich in resources important to the Brotherhood but also a haven for the dark side, flourishes as ancient entities or monsters created by the dark Jedi of old roam around.
The Leviathan is strong and deadly against force users, or anybody for that matter, so if I could manage it, it would be both a formidable ally and a formidable protector of the mines. Recalling the Jedi archives, however, it also says that the Jedi were dispatched here with the intention of obliterating the majority of the Leviathan, based on the theory that most of them were dormant.
While I give General Verdant orders to keep his men off the wasteland and concentrate on building defences, I will look for the leviathan in charge of them because they will be my only allies in the battle against the republican forces. I then travel the wasteland towards the unknown, letting the force lead me as I feel the republic drawing nearer and nearer.
I summoned myself using the force, letting my essence carry me across the planet to the other side, where the dark side calls. The essence of the darkside persisted as I stood in front of a cliff overlooking a cavern lined with the carcasses of ancient leviathans. By using the dark side and collecting the essence around me, I summon it in the caverns towards the carcasses as slowly each bone develops its flesh and finally the roar of triumphant as their roar echos throughout the earth, using my acquired knowledge of sith alchemy by the Dread Masters.
Breath smelled of the darkside, frightening me one by one as each leviathan approached me cautiously. I felt like the world was reacting to me. I summoned the force from each of them as they bowed before me, teleporting them in the direction of my defences. The Jedi and Sith are both warned of the coming rise in power by the force that echoes towards them.
I consoled the general verdant, who was taken aback by my appearance with his army, telling them that I was in charge of them and that they would be a formidable foe to the republic. I am confident that the Leviathan will level the playing field since I know the Jedi might easily breach our defences by employing strategies that are outside of our comprehension. Deception.
As time passed, it seemed like days to the republic but weeks to us. Our competitor has finally made an appearance, but time in hyperspace is not the same as it is here. I sense Anakin, Obi Wan, and my old apprentice Tira Mestra aboard a gunship that had just departed its own flagship and is trying to break through the blockade to reach the planet surface, while Kalani confirms that, as planned, they converge and engage the fleet.
I cover the leviathan's presence and let the republic land while my anti-airturret soldiers fire at them. As one gunship after another manoeuvred past the flak and was shot, the republic was forced to descend below the cliffside. I watch from overhead as each trooper and jedi blocks and returns fire towards us, but they are out of range, so I instruct my sharpshooters and infantry to impede their advance.
The Jedi were forced to reconsider their plan when we forced them to go to ground, giving us the upper hand in the battle. However, since I know Anakin Skywalker would always find a way around. Tira on the other hand, I haven't heard Kalani recall any of her engagements. I have to exercise caution as, even if I have taught her everything, she might turn the tide of war in their favour.
I used the force to teleport behind enemy lines and unveil the leviathan, refusing to let this impasse continue. The Jedi offences were stopped when each of them killed, absorbed the life force of every soldier, and destroyed every walker. Their biggest vulnerability will always be their compassion for their allies, yet they are only helpful in particular circumstances—they are useless in combat.
The Jedi were so taken aback by the approaching Leviathan that they failed to see that General Verdant was firing at an adversary that had broken through their defences and was just using an army designed to destroy Jedi. A Monster.
I summoned a strong storm that altered the weather and attacked my attackers before I even had to use my lightsaber. Except for a few brave troopers racing ahead of me, which diverted my focus and temporarily stopped the storm, none of them could get close to me as they tried to find cover before the wreckage of the destroyed walkers.
The Jedi and their apprentice charged at me, hoping to exact revenge for their deaths, but the Leviathan struck them, stopping them in their tracks. As this creature hatched each of them, I concentrated on the dark side, giving the leviathan more power. Unexpectedly, Anakin Skywalker defeated this beast, adjusting its force and charge towards me since he knew from our prior confrontation that I would be able to get beyond my defences.
I turned my lightsaber into a double blade and charged at the Jedi Knight, who was able to block every blow and hit me back with strong blows. With every battle, he gained strength, but what shocked me was that he was able to stay up with me because each of my strikes was nearly equal to his.
Even I was shocked when I eventually detached my double-bladed lightsaber into a dual blade as his padawan eventually entered the battle and they were able to cooperate successfully. Obi Wan and Tira approached me because they could finally finish and destroy the Leviathan, but I wasn't going to let that stop me from preparing my Form 1 combat position, which is identical to what Kit Fisto would perform with two lightsabers. With a blend of fierce aggressiveness, I charged towards the Jedi, twirling around and avoiding each of their lightsabers like I was a mirage.
Since this only served to increase my strength, I used my surroundings to aim debris at them. I took advantage of this opening to summon my refined illusions of myself, and as a duplicate of myself raised their lightsaber and confronted every Jedi, a sinister aura enveloped them all. Even as our blades met and Anakin came at me, Obi Wan was yelling that it was too late. However, Anakin was gradually running out of energy, and his strikes were becoming weaker, which was a sign that he was growing weary.
I took advantage of the situation to become more aggressive and to attack more frequently, which finally caused Anakin to lose his defence and his hold on his lightsaber. I had my blade on his shoulders, ready to cut him down as he lay on his knees, struggling to breathe, but a strong wind shoved me away.
Tira stood in front of Anakin, still with more energy and with great perseverance and courage. As she took a combat stance before me, I replied the same way with my own, as she ordered her apprentice and Anakin Togruta to get Anakin out of here as she attempted to hold me as long as she could as this battle was lost after losing so many troopers.
I started the combat by making the opening strike with a flurry of powerful punches as we both circled and gazed at each other, waiting for one of us to make the move. My lightsaber was whirling like a deadly dance. Tira used her own double-bladed sabre to repel every attack in line with her predicted defence. The hall shook as their sabres collided, shooting sparks everywhere they struck. Tira was able to deflect and redirect my attacks, which makes me proud in my heart, despite my wild and unpredictable Form VII style, which was intended to overwhelm and destroy any opponent.
She was able to stay one step ahead of my unrelenting assault by combining the graceful precision of Form II with the sturdy defence of Form III, as well as her experience with her double-bladed lightsaber. She created an almost impenetrable wall around herself with her double-bladed sabre, which made it difficult for me to identify a weak point for a while. She did this by spinning it in tight, controlled arcs.
I changed my offensive pattern and accelerated my speed after observing her adjust to my blows. This might help me uncover a weakness by attacking from several directions at once while my twin blades strike quickly, one after the other. She reacted by combining the defensive emphasis of Soresu with the mobility of Niman, moving her double-bladed lightsaber at breakneck speed to deflect every blow.
The duel accelerated, both of us speeding up and becoming blurs of movement. Tira's composed manner stood in stark contrast to my growing, raw aggression. Whenever I thought I had discovered a weakness in her protection, her blade was there, precisely launching my attack. Because of her proficiency in many forms, she was able to predict my movements and effectively counter them with elegance.
But as my battle with her went on, I was eventually able to have the upper hand since I had the force to fight her indefinitely. Our power and experience were beginning to wear down, so her options were limited by her endurance. My blows became increasingly powerful and shrewd. Her formidable defence was being strained to its breaking point, but my use of Form VII's capricious and unpredictable nature started to wear her down, and she found herself pushed further back.
She had to be pushed back, but I wanted her to become my ideal vessel by gradually losing faith in the Jedi and letting her become a part of the dark side. After all, she will be a formidable ally. So I yelled at her as she turned away from me, asking where the Jedi had been when Kodo died by himself. It caused her to pause and slowly turn to look at me, looking confused and shocked at the same time.
I informed her as much, adding that her fighting style was similar to Kodo's and that I had witnessed her master expose myself. I laughed at her, pointing out that while his death might have altered everything, nobody was around when he was harmed by my superhuman strength. But his passing did complicate my operation on Malachor. I asked her where they were when her master most needed the Jedi. She was too upset to say anything, but she was shocked. Then, with her tears suppressed, she turned and ran towards the leaving LAAT. As it leaves, Kalani tells me that the Republic is disengaging from combat. I respond that I will let them, as they have already gone through a lot.
Tira has to grieve alone because the Jedi code forbade them from feeling anything; thus, my taunt and disclosure about Kodo have already planted a doubt in her mind. She is grieving on the inside, her heart broken by the loss of her master.
Now, slowly but surely, each Jedi will seek knowledge of the dark side. As one by one, I sense the Jedi slowly turning to the dark side, disillusioned from the Republic, and the Jedi seeing that they had strayed from the true path.
All it takes now is one small push, and the Jedi and the Republic shall collapse as finally I control this planet and the resources of this planet are now mine.
