"Oh dear!"
"They're amazing, son."
Lila and Kai engulfed him in their arms in a tight embrace, holding their gifts in their hands.
Aaron hugged them back, all of them had big smiles on their faces.
Destiny watched them fondly. Her eyes briefly looked around but she couldn't find any more packet.
Did Aaron get her nothing?
A little disppointment settled in her heart, but she shook it away.
She shouldn't expect so much after ignoring him for so long.
"Thanks a lot. We love these."
Lila caressed his cheek and kissed his forehead.
Aaron wiped away her glistening eyes and smiled at them. They all ate dinner together and Kai and Lila bid goodbye afterwards.
Despite Destiny trying not to show much, Aaron could see the broken look on her face. He really enjoyed the look and smiled to himself.
He had wrapped Destiny's presents and hid them in their closet to surprise her later, a little drama before that was a must.
"I'm going to get ready for bed." He let the older know before disappearing upstairs.
Destiny finished washing and putting away the dishes before going to their bedroom.
Her eyes landed on the boxes on the bed and she gasped, shocked.
Aaron came out of the washroom and leaned against the doorframe, softly smiling.
Destiny looked at him with a glint in her eyes.
"For me?" Aaron nodded. "Open them."
Destiny didn't need to be told twice.
She quickly tore apart the wraps, revealing the boxes. She opened them altogether and a huge grin plastered across her face.
There were a pair of earrings and a locket with turquoise stones. A wrist watch with a chain, a small heart attached to the chain.
Aaron had it customized. A pair of sunglasses and a dark blue hoodie, her favorite color.
Destiny's heart filled with love and gratefulness for having such an amazing husband.
"They're awesome! I love them." She gushed and went to Aaron, hugging him tightly.
Laughing, Aaron returned the hug and wrapped his arms around her neck.
"I'm so lucky to have you." She added, nuzzling his neck.
Aaron held her tighter and felt his eyes moisture.
"I am the luckiest one here." He said, pulling away to look at Destiny's hazel eyes that held the universe of love for him.
"You are the gift that I could never enough thank for. I love you so much."
Destiny wiped away his tears, letting one of her hand rest on his cheek and another on his slender hip, lovingly smiling down at him.
"I love you so much more, baby. You changed my life for the best."
Aaron leaned close and rubbed their noses together before gently closing the gap between their lips.
Destiny melted against him, slowly moving her lips with her boy's.
It was a slow and sweet kiss, full of love and endearment, an expression of the deepest of emotions they felt for the other.
Soon the kiss grew heated as the pair got desperate for each other.
It's been three months of their marriage and they haven't done anything intimate yet. So, the need and desire came out naturally.
They both knew from the bottom of their hearts that they were ready to take the next step.
The way their lips moved roughly against each other gave the other the hint to further it. Ready to let their hearts take them wherever it wanted.
Destiny glided her hands down Aaron's thighs and lifted him up, in response Aaron wrapped his legs around her waist. Their lips not parting once, as Destiny carried him to their bed.
Lying him down on his back, Destiny parted briefly only to pull her shirt over her head.
Aaron panted a little while his eyes traced over Destiny's exposed skin, smooth and several moles dotten the ivory skin.
His stomach clenched as a warm bubble erupted in him.
"Get yours off too."
She demanded and Aaron easily obliged.
Destiny put away the gift boxes and other stuff from the bed, before returning to a now shirtless Aaron.
For the first time, she saw the scars. Aaron's chest and torso were full of dark red scabs and the sight broke her heart in pieces.
Aaron felt insecure under her gaze. He tried to hide his chest behind his arms, cheeks flushed from both the passionate kiss earlier, and embarrassment.
Shaking her head with a stern but love-filled look, Destiny moved his hands away and laid him back down, crawling up to hover over him.
"You're the bravest and prettiest person I know, Aaron Archer. Inside out." She said in a low, sincere voice.
Aaron blushed and his heart felt an eased comfort hearing those words from his beloved.
He grabbed the back of Destiny's neck and pulled her down to crash their lips in another lust-filled kiss.
Destiny's hands wandered over his slim body while she pushed his tongue in his mouth, relishing in the sounds that she drew out of the boy underneath.
With one swift movement, she tugged Aaron's pants down and the boy shivered. Feeling utterly exposed and vulnerable before his lover.
"I love you so much." Destiny uttered raspily, moving her lips to drag down her boy's face to his neck, slowly making her way down, she kissed all of his scars.
Aaron gripped her hair tight and couldn't stop from letting out soft and low moans.
Those sounds did things to the billionaire and she sucked on his skin, forming marks.
"I l-love you t-too." Aaron replied between his gasps.
Destiny looked up and once again went close to his lips, kissing the corner of them.
Their eyes locked and Destiny searched for any sign of discomfort, but Aaron only stared back with a silent determination which gave her the clarification that he was ready to give himself to Destiny, all of him.
Destiny removed the last of her clothes, leaving them both naked, and once again got on top of her husband.
She interwined their fingers and held them on either sides of their heads, leaning down to connect their lips in a much desirable kiss as their bodies merged as one.

Aaron woke up to the chirps of birds and sunlight making his face warm. He smiled and pried his eyes open.
Stretching and yawning, he sat up and was immediately reminded of last night's events.
A shy yet content smile danced on the corners of his lips as he roamed his hand over the empty side of the bed.
Speaking of last night, where was his beautiful wife?
Aaron got out of the bed with the blanket wrapped around his naked frame and trudged to the kitchen.
He smiled seeing Destiny making breakfast.
Ever since their reconciliation, Destiny had started to prepare food most of the times and Aaron found himself sleeping late than he used to.
It was a fresh change and both loved it.
Whenever Destiny made breakfast, Aaron got dinner.
They tried to balance their chores so neither had much pressure.
Destiny heard the shuffle and turned to the most adorable sight.
Aaron being drowned by the blanket with his hair all messed up, and the most eye catching thing was his neck covered in hickeys.
She felt proud.
"Hey, baby."
"Hey." Aaron walked to her and kissed her lips. "Why didn't you wake me up?"
Destiny flipped the pancake on the frying pan.
"I wanted you to rest. Last night was pretty rough." She winked, making the smaller blush furiously.
Aaron hit her shoulder while pouting, Destiny laughed.
It was such a heartfelt morning, and they couldn't wait to spend more of such mornings to come.
