No-one's POV:
One sunny morning, Zander stumbled into the kitchen, wrapped in a cocoon of soft blankets. Luke, always being the morning person of the pair, had prepared a plate of breakfast for him, setting it on the table with a playful smile.
"Good morning, Honey." Luke smiled, kissing his husband gently on the cheek, continuing to plate his breakfast. Zander smiled back, leaning into his touch as he did so. "Morning..."
As Zander reached for the plate, Luke saw an opportunity for mischief. With a mischievous glint in his eye, he swiftly moved behind Zander, his arms ready to encase him in a blanket burrito.
Before Zander could react, Luke stole him from the chair bridal style, wrapping the blankets tightly around him. Zander protested, demanding to be put down, but Luke only laughed and held him even tighter.
"Luke, put me down! This- This isn't funny!!" Zander exclaimed, his voice laced with playful indignation.
Luke chuckled, his arms secure around Zander's bundled form. "Oh, don't be so stubborn my love. You're staying like a burrito until I say so. It's payback for all the times you've dragged me into unexpected adventures."
Zander couldn't help but laugh, his protests giving way to a sense of surrender. "Fine, fine. But remember, payback can be quite creative."
Luke grinned, twirling them around playfully. "Oh, I'm counting on it. Besides, being wrapped up in blankets with you is the best way to start the day." Zander blushed at this, turning his head away as Luke chuckled.
As they continued their playful banter, Zander's protests faded into giggles. The warmth of the blankets enveloped him, and he found comfort in Luke's strong arms.
Luke gently placed Zander back on the ground, their laughter filling the air. Zander unfolded himself from the burrito of blankets, his eyes sparkling with delight. He looked at Luke with affectionate mischief and said, "Now, I need to eat something." He declared, sitting down in his seat, watching Luke sit next to him.
As they exchanged conversations, (And Zander feeding the dog his bacon.) the two decided to get ready for the day ahead, no matter what plans life had for the pair further down the road.
As they left the house, they vowed to cherish these precious moments of carefree joy, knowing that their love was as warm and comforting as the cozy blankets that enveloped them.
