Today Zayaan will meet all of my friends. I told Tahmin to on time. But I know she will not be there on time. It's her habit. And she can't change it. I took my phone and entered our girls group chat
In the group chat
Fabiha: So girls. Are you ready? Remember you have an appointment with Zayaan at 8. I already forwarded the address to you guys.
Tas: Chill out. We know. Btw Rahi are you ready? I am waiting for you.
Jannat: Hey, Fabiha.
Fabiha: What?
Jannat: Can you pick me up?
Fabiha: About that, sorry I can't.
Jannat: Why???
Fabiha: Because Zayaan will pick me up.
Jannat:😏😏
Tas: Ahem ahem.
Fabiha: Guys stop. Please.🙂
Rahi: Tas, where are you? I am ready. Btw, is Tahmin ready?
Fabiha: Someone please call her.
Jannat: Chill out girl. She's getting ready.
Fabiha: ok, then bye
Group chat ended
After texting them, Zayaan called me to come out. Then we went to our desired location.
It was sharp 8. Jannat, Tas and Rahi came just after us. Jannat and Tas were walking in the front while Rahi was following them. Suddenly we heard a noise. I stood up from my seat and what I saw was...
I saw Rahi crashed into the arms of a random boy. Rahi was about to fall as her sense of balance is really poor but that guy just holded her into his arms. Rahi's hand settled on the boy's neck while his hands made their to her waist.
After a while they broke their contact and apologised to each other. But I could smell something else.
All the three girls came towards us. Rahi took a seat, I offered her a glass of water. After settling down, we saw that, that boy is coming towards us. "Hey, we met again." that guy said to Rahi. "Well how do you know her?" Zayaan asked. "She's the girl whom I saved just now." that guy said. Hearing him I looked at Rahi and believe me she became red like a tomato. "What are you, a superman or something?" Zayaan asked. "For her. Maybe." that guy said. And trust me you should have seen Rahi's face. "God, Ryan. Stop it and sit down." Zayaan said. Then I understood that this guy is Zayaan's best friend.
After a while Raaida came. "Glad, you didn’t think the meeting is in the morning." Jannat commented as she saw Raaida. Raaida made an annoyed face. Then we started chatting with each other and we forgot about the existence of Zayaan and Ryan.
"As all of your friends are here, then let's place our order." Zayaan said. "Wait! All my friends aren’t here. One is coming." I said. "Who?" Zayaan asked. "It’s me." a voice came from our back. We turned around and saw and Tahmin is standing. I got up and gave her a hug. "You didn’t give us hugs when we came." Tas complained. "Cause, you’re not special like me" Tahmin exclaimed after breaking the hug. "We will talk about this hug later. Ok girls?" I asked. The other girls noded.
We placed our order and soon it was served.
Tahmin: So, Rahi shall we start?
Rahi: I was born ready. (Takes out a long list)
Ryan:(laughs) you bought this long list for this guy, lol
Rahi: Of course. He's marrying my best friend.
Fabiha: Well now, I am scared
Tas: Don't be. After all they’re your friend. Not FBI officers
Jannat: Yeah. Just let them do their work.
Raaida: Yes, you come here and sit with us.
Tahmin: What is your full name?
Zayaan: What kind of question is this?
Tahmin looks at Rahi.
Rahi: If you don't answer our questions nicely, then I am afraid that we will let marry our friend.
Zayaan: (let out a long sigh) Zayaan Fadel
Rahi: Ok. Mr. Fadel, do you what is Fabiha's favourite food?
Zayaan: Fuchka.
Rahi: correct
Rahi: who's her favourite actor?
Zayaan: SRK?
Rahi: correct. But do you like SRK?
Zayaan: I don’t watch movies
Tahmin: How boring guy you are.
Rahi: Let me tell something. No matter how many babies you guys conceive in the future, I will be Fabiha's first daughter
Zayaan:(spills water out of his mouth) what??
Ryan:(shocked)
Rahi: Yeah. She adopted me. So you’re gonna be my abba.
Zayaan: I didn’t knew I had a daughter who's this big.
Rahi: and yes. Don't you even dare to think that she'll give you more importance. She'll give all her attention on us.
Zayaan: Whatever.
Ryan: Girl, please carry on. It's really fun to hear these things(laughs hard)
Rahi: I'll deal with you later (says to Ryan). Tahmin, I am done.
Tahmin: So, Mr. Fadel. How much do you earn per month?
Zayaan: what?
Tahmin: Come on, don’t be shy. Answer me.
Zayaan: My dad is a successful businessman and I am setting up my own company.
Tahmin: That doesn’t answer my question.
Zayaan: As I told earlier my dad is a successful businessman.
Tahmin: That's your father's earning. Not yours. Ok whatever, lets move on to other question. Do smoke or drink?
Zayaan: No.
Tahmin: Do you have any side chicks?
Zayaan: Seriously?(furious)
Tahmin: Yes or no?
Zayaan: Of course not.
Tahmin: Then can you promise us one thing?
Zayaan: what?
Tahmin: Don't ever dare to hurt her. If you ever hurt her then just remember, we will kill you.
Zayaan:...
Tahmin: Yeah, your interview ends here. And congratulations you are qualified.
Zayaan: yeah yeah. It's an honour be qualified by you guys. (Annoyed)
Zayaan leaned towards me and asked, "Didn’t you say that Tahmin is so punctual? Then why is she late?" I started laughing. And seeing me laugh he understood that I pulled his leg. "So, Tas how are your days in abroad?" Zayaan asked.
"Well... It's so good. Until your friend starts to ditch you." Tas said side eyeing Tahmin. "Wait... Tahmin ditched you? With whom and why?" I asked. I was shocked cause you know Tahmin is a kind of girl who will always stand for her friends and will not leave them.
"Come on! We talked about this, didn’t we?" Tahmin said. "Wow... Now you’re gonna keep secrets with your friends? I didn’t expect that from you two." Rahi said. Jannat and Raaida agreed with her.
"It's nothing. Trust me." Tahmin said. "No it’s not. Tas tell us what happened." I asked in a serious tone.
Tas : So one day, I called her to meet me at the bar. And I was so fucking stressed out. She picked up her phone and said that she can't come. I asked if she is at her dorm or not. And guess what happened?
Jannat: What happened?
Tahmin: Please girl. Just shut up
Tas: A guys took the phone from her and told me not to
All the girls:(shocked) not to...?
Tas: Not to disturb her cause she's busy taking care of him.
Tahmin:...
All the girls: (shocked)
Rahi: Hey, now tell me what did you guys do?
Ryan: Things that only couples do.(winks)
Tahmin: Chill. Nothing happened. He was really sick so went to his place and rain started so badly so I had to stay there for the night. That's it nothing else.
Jannat: You want us to believe that crap?
Tahmin: It's the truth.
Fabiha: I knew it. Now tell us his name right or I will..
Tahmin: Okok. It's Savaash. He's only a friend of mine. And He's not a stranger.
Rahi: how?
Tahmin: He's Zaviyaar's cousin.
Rahi: Now who the f* is Zaviyar?
Tahmin: You didn’t tell them? (Looks at Tas)

Tahmin: Sure (Sarcasm)
Fabiha: Okay okay, Let's believe they have nothing but friendship.
