The Deetz's around the dining room table. There are candles and good china laid out, but they're eating out of Chinese take-out boxes. Delia takes a bite, but takes it out of her mouth. "I can't believe that we're eating Cantonese. Is there no Szechuan up here?"
"I plan to have a stroke from the amount of MSG that's in this food." Levi says wearing a hat that you would normally wear for a funeral.
"This is our first meal in this house, so why don't we all do out little private parts to make it pleasant one?" Delia says grabbing her wine.
"Don't bait your mother son. Soon when we get settled, we'll build you a darkroom in the basement, Ok?" Charles says trying to get Levi spirits up.
"My whole life is a darkroom. One big dark room." Levi says trying to express himself.
"You were miserable in New York City and now you'll be miserable in the sticks. At least someone's life hasn't been upheaved?" Delia says since she has been tired of how Levi is acting.
"I don't know about you two, but I'm perfectly happy here. Those people in New York don't know what they're missing." Charles once again trying to lift there spirits up.
"You know we could become The Summer Art Center of New York. I could start sculpting again. You know I'm truly happy when I'm sculpting." Delia tries to convince Charles.
"That's a very good idea. That'll be very time-consuming" Charles smirks.
"First the house. Otho and I have great plans."
Levi interrupts, "I think we should keep it the way it is." Charles smiles at this.
"Good idea."
Delia made a nasty face and Charles starts to look uncomfortable. "The furniture truck is coming. We must decide what goes and what stays." Charles says to get rid of the awkward silence.
"Everything goes, along with whatever's in the attic." After that everyone goes back to eating.
Behind the door listening is Barbara, Adam, and Y/n listening. A tear rolls down Barbara face while Y/n buries her head in Adam's shoulder.

After dinner Levi goes to Y/n room or now his room. He looks around and see some things already in boxes each of them label. He goes to the mirror to see Polaroids pictures of a young girl and two adults (Guessing they are her parents) outside of the house. He then goes to a book shelf seeing different types of books, but what surprise him was that most of them were horror genre.
He walks up to the bed and sees a bunny sitting down in the middle with a white sundress with a matching hat. When he picks it up he saw the name 'Y/n.' He didn't know why, but he had a feeling of keeping it around even though it is something he'll never have.
He takes the bunny and put it on the bookshelf keeping it safe and making sure that it doesn't go when the furniture truck comes.

The entire front yard is alive with workmen and their vehicles. Plumbers, electricians, cable TV men, etc. Moving men continue to move in the Deetz' modern, expensive and ugly furniture. They collide with Goodwill men coming out with the Maitlands' lovely antiques and personal possessions.
In the Attic, the Maitlands are looking out the window to see whats going on. Adam leafs through the handbook furiously.
"Isn't there an index?" Barbara questions.
"No, nothing." When Adam flips through all the pages a piece of paper fell out.
"What's this?" Y/n questions picking it up. They all look out the window again to see Levi taking pictures.
"Do you people know where that's going!? Did anyone tell you where...Why are there only three sculptures? There were four sculptures here. Where's is the forth sculpture?!" Delia screams until she looked up seeing the missing forth sculpture hanging.
The Maitlands look back at the paper Y/n was holding. "Betelgeuse, the bio-exorcist. Troubled by the living? Is death a problem and not the solution? Unhappy with eternity? Having difficulty adjusting? Call Betelgeuse. Betelgeuse, Betel-" Y/n reads out-loud.
"That's it? There's no number or instructions?" Barbara interrupts.
"Nothing. The "Bio-exorcist?" Y/n questions.
"I don't get it." Adam says. They heard stuff breaking and look outside again.

Charles walks into the kitchen seeing two men taking mugs out of boxes. "Why don't you guys take a break for half an hour?" He goes to the sink to fill up a tea kettle for tea. He gets a tea bag enjoying the silence when the forth sculpture breaks through the kitchen window.
Charles shouts through the window, "What the hell are you doing out there?!" The crane operator not listening to Delia screams lowers the sculptures down and trapping her to the wall.
"Why are you doing this to me? This is my art and it is dangerous. Do you think I want to die like this?" Delia told the two men helping her out.
Levi is still taking pictures when she turns to the house and stops. His gaze reaches to the top of the house when he glimpse at Barbara, Adam, and Y/n's faces in the window. He blinks hard, mouth drops open, not wrapping his head around what he saw.
Levi heard a car honk and turned seeing Jane's car pulling up. Levi looks back at the window only to see it? Them? Whatever gone.
~~~
Back in the Attic, Barbara looks surprise, "The little boy saw us."
"Mom, nobody can see us." Y/n says quietly. "But he did."
Levi walks to Jane's car seeing Little Jane making the car window go up and down. "What happened to the people who used to live here?"
"They drowned." Little Jane reply's fast.
"Yes, they were family. I was devastated. Here." Jane hands a key to Levi.
"Is this the key to the attic?" Levi ask excitedly.
"That's a skeleton key. It'll open any door in that house. Will you give it to your father? And you might mention that I single-handily decorated the house. In case he needs advice in that area. Come see me" Jane gives Levi her business card and Levi walks away.
In the Attic, Adam works on his model, Barbara is looking through different wallpapers, and Y/n is in her journal drawing on what she sees outside. Outside in the hallway, steam fills the hall since workmen are trying to take out the wallpaper. Levi emerges from it and goes up the stairs.
Barbara hears a squeak and looks at Adam with worry. "Don't worry. I locked the door." Adam whispers.
At the top of the stairs, Levi takes out the key from his pocket and inserts the key in the lock. This makes the three Maitlands stop what they are doing and run to the door holding it in place, thus making the key get stuck. Next to them a old T.V turns on.
On the T.V, it shows an assortment of tombstones then pans to a guy wearing cowboy gear sitting on a plastic cow swinging a rope while laughing.
"Having trouble with the living? Tired of having your home violated? Want to get rid of them pesky living critters once and for all? Well, come on down and see me folks, the afterlife's leading bio-exorcist. Yes, sirree! Come down here, I want to tell you, I'll do anything."
Outside Levi stops since he hears the voice talking.
"I'll scare 'em real bad. The point is I'll do anything to get your business. Hell! I'll possess myself if I gotta! Yo! I got demons runnin' all through me. Come on down and see it. And hey if you act now, you get a free demon possession with every exorcism. You can't beat that, can you? Bring the little partners. We've got plenty of snakes for them to play with. So say it once, say it twice, third time's a charm. And remember: I'll eat anything you want me to eat. Swallow anything you want me to swallow. So, come on down, I'll chew on the dog. YEEEEHAWWWW!" After the commercial ended the T.V. turned off.
Levi tries to turned the key once the voice was gone and this alert the Maitlands since they let their guard down. Levi stops again and let go of the key leaving it in the lock. Adam looks down and see a metal stick on the ground, he picks it up and pushed the key out of the hole. Which Levi saw fly out.
The Maitlands breath-out a sigh a relief and walk back into the attic room.
"We need some help. I read something in this book this morning about emergencies." Adam says flipping through the book. He stops at a page.
"Here it is. In case of an emergency, draw a door." Adam walks to the wall and draws a rectangle.
"Draw a door? I don't know why we keep looking in that stupid book." Barbara says already done with the book.
"I don't know, there where somethings in it that was very interesting like how each person has a different death than others." Y/n says watching her father finished the door.
"Maybe we should try that Beetle guy?" Barbara suggest. Adam walks backs to the girls happy with his work, before noticing he forgot the doorknob.
"You didn't actually think that would work, did you?" Barbara looks at Adam with a really face.
"Aha! Knock three times." Adams knocks three times and walk back to the girls.
Suddenly, the chalked door slowly swings open, a green light shines on all three of them. Outside, Levi sees the green light from under the door and is dumbfounded. The three look at one another then Barbara and Adam each grab Y/n hands and walk through with the door closing behind them. Leaving the book behind.
