Iyo Sky is getting ready for her match today on RAW, it's a Dark match, set after the show goes off air but she's excited because it's with a new face for the WWE, not for her because she's seen and met him before but he's just signed for the WWE and they want to see what he can do in front of the Main Roster crowd, if it goes well, he'll be added to the Roster, if not then he will go to NXT but he's been Wrestling for most of his life, he shouldn't have a problem connecting with this fan base.
Asuka: I'm so proud of you!
Everyone backstage is excited because Asuka's Son, Y/n is finally in the WWE, Asuka was surprised when she was 19 and found herself pregnant, she knows who his father is and how it happened but he didn't want anything to do with Y/n and Y/n didn't want anything to do with his father, so Asuka raised him while keeping her Wrestling dream alive, now here they both are standing in the WWE.
Y/n: I'm still a little nervous.
Asuka hugged her boy while still resting up her injury, Y/n will be hopefully joining Damage CTRL if tonight goes well, he'll be teaming with Iyo in a Mixed Tag Match with her opponent for Saturday Night's Main Event XXXVII, Liv Morgan and Dom Mysterio, no real reason why, they just want to see how he does and if he can't handle it, people who can handle it can take over and keep the show to the standards their looking to keep.
Iyo: It would be weird if you weren't.
Y/n and Asuka stood ready for the end of the show, it's already nearly over, the Main Event of the show happening right now, once it's over they'll be 1 more match for the paying fans and that's where Y/n and Iyo come into the fold with Dom and Liv, when Y/n heard her voice though, he instantly smiled while looking over to her standing across from them...
... Iyo's not going to Wrestle in that, she'll go and get changed in a moment, she just wanted to see Y/n again before they go out there, Iyo's known him since he was a boy, he's not a boy no more though, he's 24 and about to take his first step into the biggest Wrestling promotion probably in the world, Iyo hasn't actually seen him in a while and he looks... he looks really good.
Kiari: It's just like in Japan. You'll do great.
Y/n smiled when Kiari gave him a quick hug, they are all excited for him but Iyo found herself thinking things she probably shouldn't be thinking, not only is there a huge age gap that people will likely never accept but also it's her friends son, her idol's, Asuka has been a big part of Iyo's career, she couldn't do that to not only her friend but also her teammate...

... The match-up's been going well, people are already taking to Y/n perfectly, Iyo can't help but smile while he stood in the middle of the ring, listening to Dom taunt him, Y/n stood there and took it while Dom started flexing and trash talking, that was till Y/n started smiling with a chuckle making Dom slap him causing Liv to laugh and the crowd to boo.
Liv and Iyo watched while Y/n and Dom actually gelled well together, they bounce off each other's characters perfectly and the girls were right, after a while, Y/n was the same he was in Japan, the crowd feeding out the palm of his hand while Dom and Liv took a breather by the announcers table, Y/n looked to Iyo with a smile, a smile that Iyo enjoyed, with the crowd encouraging them, Y/n made the tag.
Iyo climbed into the ring with Y/n and they both rebounded off the ropes and slingshot themselves over the ropes and into the members of the Judgement Day, Y/n was quick to his feet hyping up the crowd, for a audience that's been here for over 3 hours already, they are really enjoying Y/n's in ring performance, Iyo started to enjoy herself as well, taunting the Women's World Champion right in front of them...
... Y/n caught himself staring a little with a happy look on his face, Y/n's had a crush on Iyo since he was old enough to know what a crush is, he could never tell her though, it would just make things awkward, there's no way Iyo see's him in the same way he does her, Y/n needed to snap out of it, he didn't want to make things too obvious to Iyo and make things weird, so they match-up continued, only for about 20 minutes but towards the end, Iyo and Liv did their part and took each other out, laying in the middle of the timekeepers area.
Y/n sat in the middle of the ring having watching Iyo deliver a flying crossbody to Liv from the to rope down over the barricade and out of the fight, the crowd are loving this so far and it's something the fans watching at home will regret missing because now it's just Dom and Y/n alone, Dom already back to his feet waiting for Y/n to stand and when he did, he went for the "Three Amigos", however, he took too long in taunting giving Y/n the chance to get out of it.
The crowd cheered while Y/n flipped Dom off with both hands just like Stone Cold used to do, Dom thrustrated went for another wild swing to which Y/n easily ducked, knowing his friends and mother are watching, Y/n wanted to make this special so he kicked Dom in his midsection the ran into the ropes, Dom tried to catch him when he ran at him but Y/n just ducked the swing and springboarded into reverse DDT...
... Y/n has had a lot of talks about him coming from Japan over here to the WWE, he's not done nothing other there, Y/n has trained and was taught by some of the best in the business, while working with them too, he's picked up quite the in ring ability, something Iyo enjoyed watching while also trying to make it seem like she's still out of the fight, Liv even watched while Y/n and Dom found themselves into a corner, something that didn't face Y/n since she pulled himself to the top rope, standing vertically over a dazed Mysterio...
... Y/n was really grateful to Dom for letting him have this moment in front of a sold out crowd for the first time in the WWE, he worked for another American company before this but that was just because he was in NJPW and didn't really have much choice, now he has and is having the best time of his life, he however needed to put an end to this and decided to take a leaf out of Iyo's book, springing himself back to the turnbuckle and pulling out a move Iyo actually taught him...
... Y/n hooked Dom's leg for the cover which he got the three count for, Iyo was the first to climb into the ring and jump into Y/n with a hug, Y/n was a little surprised to begin with but happily wrapped his arms around her and spun them on the spot, overjoyed by how his first night in the WWE has gone...
... Iyo didn't even seem to realise what they were doing till he put her back to her feet, snapping her out of her thoughts, Liv and Dom stumbled their way back through the curtain, shortly after Kiari, Dakota and his mom came out to celebrate with them, Y/n didn't wait for them to get to the ring though, he climbed out the ring and went straight to his mom, hugging her just like he did Iyo moments ago.
Kiari and Dakota were next to congratulate him as the fans started filling out the building, the shows over now and Y/n's first match was perfect, more than they expected so he's going to be on RAW a little more often than they were planning for him to be, Y/n was on cloud 9 right now so much so he didn't realise he put his left arm around Iyo while they all walked up the ramp, Iyo didn't mind and just used her left hand to hold his keeping his arm in place, Asuka, Kiari and Dakota noticed though, not sure what it meant but they noticed...

... Y/n couldn't believe he did it, finally he's in the WWE with his family and friends, he can see his mother more often as well, with her being in the WWE and him still being in NJPW, things weren't all that easy for them to see each other, sure they called, texted and face timed all the time but it's not the same as actually being there, now Y/n can relax and enjoy what he's worked so hard to get.
Iyo: Hey Y/n. Are you ready to go?
They have been waiting for him for a while so Iyo was sent to go look for him, Asuka knew they liked each other and doesn't care, her mother's intuition can tell and she's not going to stand in the way of her boy's and friends happiness, as long as they make each other happy, what's she got to be upset about, everyone can see it as well, their not that great at hiding it, also at seeing it.
Y/n: Um, actually. Can I talk to you for a second?
Iyo nodded wondering what's going on, he's all packed up and ready to leave, so he stood from the bench and watched her walk towards him, she's back in her outfit from earlier while the others are waiting by the car, it won't take too long, things have just hit Y/n and he feels the need to be honest with a few people.
Y/n: I'm not the best at saying things like this but, I wouldn't be here without your help...
It dawned on Y/n that he's finally in the WWE, he grew up in wrestling and his mother telling him about one day she'll be in the WWE and becoming a Champion, he was nearby when she did all those things and she was so grateful to everyone that helped her get there, Y/n felt the need to do the same and started with Iyo because she was a bit part of his in ring development when he was a boy.
Y/n: ... Well, a lot of people but you taught me to never give up on myself.
Iyo smiled at him while he opened up to her, he was never really the best at telling people how he felt, he's not a closed off sort of person, it's just tough for him, Iyo thinks it's a good feature for him, he suits the emotionally open kind of vibe, she thinks it makes him even more admirable, him being handsome is just a bonus.
Y/n: I just wanted to thank you for that.
It was quick and simple, he didn't really have much to say but there were a lot of people he needed to thank for his career, his mom's probably the biggest but with Iyo being here right now he figured he'd get it out the way, Iyo loved hearing him say that though, it warmed her heart to know he appreciated her as much as he does, so right there, she made a decision herself and figured life was too short not to take chances.
Iyo: Screw it...
Y/n was about to ask her what she meant but before he could he was pushed back slightly by Iyo jumping into him just like she did back in the ring, only this time it wasn't just her arms that wrapped around him, her lips pressed against his as well, catching him completely off guard but he quickly sunk into her hold...
... Y/n was so shocked she did this, just right out of the blue but he didn't care, he's dreamed about holding Iyo in his arms for such a long time now, he's glad he's finally able to do it, with his lips pressed into her's, Iyo was just as relieved, she hasn't felt like this about someone in a long time, now she doesn't have to hide them and it's such a relief for her.
Iyo: Let's go.
Y/n smiled to her as she took his hand into hers and they left the locker room, it's going to be tough to explain to the others and people will judge them but that doesn't matter, what matters is their no longer hiding their feelings for one another, there's a weight lifted of their shoulders and a warm feeling placed in their hearts, Iyo never thought she'd have fallen in Love with a good friends son...
