SABRINA POV:

"You're lying!" I screamed. I screamed so loud the ground shook beneath us and I was thrown across the river and right on to the ground in front of my mates.

I didn't have time to explain anything as I shifted back into my wolf form and hauled ass back to the estate, my mates trailing me.

Once we got back, I threw myself into human form and rushed into the guest house, up the stairs and to our bedroom where we'd made love and where I'd kept the mirror.

"She said I was pregnant," I huffed, trying to figure out if I was truly carrying Xander's child, "I'm not– or I don't think I am. I have the ability of sight and I would have known immediately."

"We saw nothing," Q said as I dressed, "Who were you with?"

"Some woman who said my child had more power than anyone in the Realm," I said, tossing on my boots, "Find Tina and tell her I need her here now. "

Xander dressed and then grabbed my hand, pulling me into him.

"Who's pup?"

I gazed into his beautiful green eyes and smiled.

"Yours."

AUTHOR'S–THIRD PERSON POV:

"Fuck that!" Xander snarled as they watched Sabrina meet Tina near one of the greenhouses, "She can't fucking be pregnant...I'll kill anyone who tries to take my kid from me!"

"Let's get to the Mueller's," Q said, watching his brother carefully, "They need to start talking."

Once down in the dungeons, they looked at the place where the Gideon's had been shackled. Thanks to their Queen, the two were long gone, but still being watched.

"Talk Rebecca," Xander growled.

Becky Mueller sighed, batting her eyelashes flirtatiously at Xander.

"Oh what is it? Something wrong with the little queen bee?"

Q held Xander back as the Quads continued their interrogation.

"Why was there something on our property today? Something that could deceive? Something that could shift into any form and tell my mate she's pregnant–threatening the life of my pup?!"

"The Dark Front works in mysterious ways," Becky coughed, "Your bitch is just a delicate little fucking target right now and,-"

"She's in danger," Molly spoke up from down the row, "They're preying on her weaknesses. Of course they'd target something like a child and her mate. She'd die for the four of you or one of your pups and you know it."

Hudson shuddered, "This magic isn't going to hold them much longer. We need to get stronger or just kill them."

"There'll be no killing," Sabrina bellowed, making her way into the dungeon with Tina at her heels, "Danita's little groupies, huh?" She looked at Becky, "When did she start creating heirs?"

Becky grinned, her eyes gleaming with red tint, "You catch on quickly, queenie, but regardless of what we want to do to you or gain from you, our ancestor is only a slight bump in the road. Danita has a following that expands across the globe, -"

Sabrina snapped her fingers, sending Becky into the wall.

"Not at the moment," Sabrina said, smiling, "I've made sure to take care of anyone who's in allegiance with the succubus, except for all of you, of course. "

She turned to her mates.

"Tina's going to cast another spell on this place, but no one else is freed until I say so. You're all going to need to get to training because the Front is moving in. "

Sabrina exited the dungeon with Xander at her heels. She shook her head when he gathered her in his arms and looked longingly into her eyes.

"I'm not pregnant, Xander,* She sighed, caressing his cheek, "It was a trick and I fell for it, but whatever came for me was speaking truths. My pups–our pups, will be in danger unless we get rid of this evil. "

Xander let her go, the other brothers following their Queen as she made her way to a vacant guest house for an emergency meeting with the Council.

"Xander?"

He turned around to see Tina make her way to his side.

"I'm sorry she isn't, but one day she will be and you'll be an incredible dad," Tina smiled, knowing her friend was in agony.

Xander lowered his head, "I didn't think I wanted to be a father until I thought my child was in danger. I'd die for my pups."

"And so would she," Tina nodded in Sabrina's direction, "Come on. I think we're going to be fighting the Dark Front sooner than we'd anticipated. "

During the meeting, the Council discussed the goings-on regarding skirmishes in and out of the Inner Realm, Danita's hold on her family and their allies, and just how strong Sabrina and her mates really were now that they were blessed and she'd shifted.

"The strength is incredible, but the deceiver is right. You need to know more about how to use your powers and trust no one," Hawl agreed.

Sabrina nodded, "That also would mean any one of you."

"Can you see it? Surely you have sight? Mind bending?"

Sabrina sighed, "A couple people have already taken off and it aches me to know I'd been in the presence of people who'd do me or my loved ones harm."

"Like who?* Sebastian asked.

"Maggie was never your friend," Sabrina said, begrudgingly, "She left this morning. We haven't located her, but I'm thinking she went to Downey. "

"Maggie?" Valerie choked back a sob

Sabrina nodded, "She was approached by Danita not too long before my arrival in Solitude. I'm so sorry. I know she was your friend. "

"And yours," Hudson reminded her, but Sabrina shook her head.

"I've learned the hard way that I can never fully trust anyone now. "

"You sound like Augustus," Hawk said.

"My trust is getting me into more trouble," Sabrina said,"I have very little time to learn the tricks of the trade that I need to to fully take down the Front so my Coven and I will work tirelessly to make sure I am ready. "

"Ready for what?" Xander asked her, not wanting the answer she was going to give.

"For war, " Sabrina told him, "You know I have to be available. "

"Like hell... "

"Xander, the reason they're fighting is because of me and what I can offer them," Sabrina said, "Even if I surrendered and gave myself over to them, they would simply use me to breed over and over again for an army that you all would continue to fight. "

A silence fell over the room. They knew what was coming next and no one wanted to admit to it.

"If I hadn't have been born, none of this would be happening."

"Don't you dare!" Quinn pulled her into him and held her close, "We can't lose you. This is not a fucking option."

"If I'm the authority, what I say goes, Quinn," Sabrina said, "I'm sure more people want me dead now more than ever before."

That wounded all of them.

Sabrina and her mates were sent to bring peace to the Outer Realm, yet she was right. Would they even be fighting if there was no Sabrina Faye Brewster?

"That idea can go straight to hell, Sabrina, " Xander said as the Council adjourned for the time being, "I love you too much to let you go."

Sabrina nodded, walking swiftly back to the main house, "And I love you, Xander, but I'm not wrong. I won't let this world be forsaken because of me, but I'm not giving in or up that easily. I need the four of you to gather your Lycans and anyone else you trust. Make sure you vett them and get to training. I feel it coming, but I just need some time to think."

Sabrina left the Quads standing outside of the makeshift Coven room as she closed the door behind her.

The Quads prepped for war.

They watched while members of the Soul Coven entered their home as Tina vetted each and every witch that came her way.

Once they were in the room, the witches made haste, crafting their spells and perfecting enchantments.

Tina watched as Sabrina meditated quietly in a corner, the serious look on her face told her that the Queen was closing in on someone or something.

"You're a satyr and not a nice one at that," She said to him, tapping into his mind.

He didn't look surprised at all, he looked like he expected Sabrina to enter his mind at some point.

"You got me, little Red," His eyes turning to black, "Now come and get me."
