Third Person POV

Month 1
Ciel looked down at the small piece of plastic in his hands. He was currently sitting in his private locked bathroom in his mansion. Sebastian built it himself claiming that he had to protect his mate. Ciel blushed at the thought of his dominate mate, but focused back on the test results.
"You've got to be kidding me. How can this even be possible?"
"What's not possible?" Ciel jumped as Sebastian whispered in his ear. He had somehow gotten in the room. Ciel calmed his racing heart and quickly hid the pregnancy test behind his back.
"N-Nothing!"
"You know you can't hide anything from me, Ciel," Sebastian nuzzled his nose into Ciel's slate hair. He slowly dragged his tongue from Ciel's collarbone to his jawline. He smirked as he heard Ciel moan. Ciel's grip on the plastic stick loosened and Sebastian took his chance and snatched it from him.
"Sebastian, no!"
"What on earth are you hiding from me?" Sebastian wanted to answer his question for himself, so he looked at what he took from Ciel. He nearly dropped it as he saw what it was.
"A... pregnancy test?"
"Sebastian, please don't be mad!" Ciel pleaded.
"Does this mean what I think it means?"
"Yes, Sebastian. I am pregn-" Ciel was interrupted as Sebastian picked him up by the waist and spun him around.
"Ciel! You have no idea how happy I am!" Sebastian said as he set his mate back down.
"W-What? So that means that you're not mad?"
"Why would I be mad? I've always wanted to be a Father, and it makes me even happier that you're the Mother." Sebastian leaned down an captured Ciel's lips in a sweet, comforting kiss. And in that moment, Ciel knew that everything was going to be okay.

Month 2
"Sebastian!" Ciel called to his mate as he ran to the bathroom. He made it to the bathroom just in time and retched into the toilet. Sebastian was right behind him. He entered the bathroom to see his precious lover in pain. He immediately took his place beside him and began to rub his back. As soon as the bluenette was done, he leaned back and landed in Sebastian's lap.
"I hate morning sickness..." Ciel groaned.
"Indeed. It is most troublesome."
"Wait! You're being selfish! How can you say that? You think it's troublesome for you? Well what about me?!" Ciel yelled in Sebastian's face. Sebastian sweat dropped.
"Ah. I forgot that you are a bit more emotional. Accept my apologies."
"I don't want your apologies!"
"Well what do you want? Anything my mate wants, he gets."
"...Cake."
"Of course..."

Month 3
Everything was going pretty good for the lovers, but Sebastian wasn't expecting what his mate was going to ask.
"Sebastian," Ciel called.
"Yes?"
"Am I fat?"
"..." Sebastian looked down at this mate's belly. It was indeed bigger than normal, but he would be dead if he actually said it aloud to his emotional mate. "Of course not. You're as beautiful as ever," Sebastian walked over to his lover and kneeled down to nuzzle Ciel's growing belly.
"Right answer, Sebastian."
Phew. Yet another bullet dodged...

Month 4
Sebastian smiled to himself as he completed cooking the perfect meal. Ciel hadn't had a good meal in some time, his cravings prevented him from doing so. Despite his cool composure, the raven haired demon was starting to worry, for both Ciel and the baby. He shook his head and rid himself of any negative thought. He needed to be positive.
He collected the food and went up to his room, where Ciel was most likely still sleeping. That is all he has done in the past week. He quietly opened the door and found that he was right. On the bed, there was only a small mound under the covers and some blue hair sticking out of the top. He chuckled fondly and set the food down.
"Ciel, love? It's time to wake up." Sebastian got a groan in reply.
"The baby still wants to sleep."
"Using the baby as an excuse is quite clever, but not very wise. Come now, I have prepared a very good meal that both you and the baby should like." Ciel groaned, but tossed the covers off of his face and body revealing a swollen stomach. Sebastian smiled, put his hands on his mate's belly, and nuzzle it with his nose. He looked up at Ciel and saw him smiling as well. Ciel looked away, blushing.
"Awe, is Ciel jealous if the attention the baby is getting?"
"...Maybe." Sebastian laughed and quickly pecked Ciel's lips with his own. He pulled back, satisfied with his work.
"Now, let's eat, shall we?" Sebastian picked up the tray of food and placed in front of Ciel.
"It smells good, but I'm not hungry."
"Ciel. You have to eat, otherwise both you and the baby might get sick. How would you feel is the baby died because it didn't get enough nutrients?" Sebastian hated to make his mate feel guilty, but it was the only way to get him to understand the importance of staying healthy and eating.
"...Will the child really die?"
"If you don't take care of yourself, then yes."
"Fine." Ciel started to eat his food with a passion. He wolfed down the entire meal in mere minutes. Once he was done, he was rewarded with a kiss from Sebastian.
"Thank you. Now you need to rest more," Sebastian kissed Ciel's forehead, "Good night, my Ciel."
"Good night, Sebastian."

Month 5
Sebastian looked down at his depressed mate. Ciel had been bedridden since several days ago when he accidentally fell down the steps. The fall have Ciel many bruises and nearly killed both him and the baby. Sebastian, being the protective mate he is, forced him to stay in bed for his own good. Ciel, of course, rebelled and they got in a fight. Ciel had been ignoring him since Sebastian basically took away his freedom. Despite Ciel's stubbornness, Sebastian still dedicated his entire being to helping his mate feel better.
"Ciel, I have your tea that you requested." Ciel didn't say anything and took the tea. Sebastian moved toward him to heck his injuries, but he was pushed away. He sighed and turned to leave, but Ciel called out to him for the first time in days.
"Sebastian... Thank you."
"Anytime, love."
"I love you, Sebastian. I know that you are only doing this because you want to protect me." Sebastian smiled and sat on the edge of the bed. He brushed a lock of hair out of Ciel's face.
"Anything for you. I love you more." Ciel was smiling, but his face suddenly contorted into one of pain.
"Ciel? What's wrong?" Sebastian asked, worried.
"It's... nothing. The baby is just moving. It feels like it's punching my insides..." Sebastian sighed in relief. He laid his head in Ciel's stomach and listened.
"It is indeed energetic today. It doesn't even know how much pain it's putting it's Mother through."
"...Wait. Will it call me Mommy?"
"I certainly hope so." They both chuckled, happy that yet another crisis was averted.

Month 6
Sebastian smiled as he held the tiny bundle in his arms. There were no words to describe the happiness he was feeling. He was brought out of his thoughts when the doctor started talking.
"Congratulations Mr. Michaelis. It's a girl. And I assure you, your mate will be fine." Sebastian looked over at Ciel who was laying motionless on the bed.
He had passed out as soon as he was out of him. The birth hadn't gone as planned. The baby came earlier than expected and no one was prepared. Sebastian was barely able to call a doctor in time. Luckily, the doctor was very capable and had done this kind of thing many times before. It was difficult though, with Ciel being male.
Sebastian walked over to Ciel's side. He leaned down to him and kissed him on the forehead.
"Look, Ciel. Our baby girl is here. You new to be awake, she needs her Mother." Sebastian gently set her down in Ciel's arms. He smiled with joy as Ciel twitched and opened his eyes.
"What is that sound?" He asked groggily.
"It's our baby. She's crying which means that she's healthy."
"Really? That makes me so happy," Ciel gently cradled her, about to cry from happiness.
"Even though it was a rough ride, I'm so happy that everything turned out alright. This is the beginning of our new life, Sebastian."
"Indeed. I wouldn't have it any other way. But who knows, I believe that I see a few more children in our future."
"Not for a very long time. This one has worn me out. I hope that she takes after me. I don't think I can handle two Sebastian's..."
"Of course. I just hope that she lives a happy life." The small child lifted her chubby hands and laid them on Sebastian's nose. That made the two chuckle fondly.
"And we're the only ones that can make that happen."
"It will be out mission to make that come true. Shall we make a contract?"
"Haha, very funny. I don't want her to be involve with that kind of stuff ever." Ciel looked down at his cute baby, who was speaking in her own baby language.
"Agreed, but I promise. Our children will always have a happy life."
"Thank you. I love you."
"I love you too."
