"ashton irwin! let me talk to my daughter. i've already tried you and won so move." mom spit out as she pushed him out of the way.
mom grabbed my arm and dragged me outside.
"i understand what you mean baby. he's a psycho. i'll take you back home with me." mom spoke firmly.
"no you won't! she needs stability and you're the last thing from stability tiffany!" ashton yelled as he walked out of the house to join us.
"you didn't want her ashton. i did i kept her. she's my daughter who you are letting stay at your house." mom replied calmly.
"i'll take you to court if you try to take her away." ashton spoke back.
now all of the boys were out of the house staring at the scene in front of them.
"you wouldn't dare. she's my baby. you can't take her!" mom yelled.
"mom! you're never here though! i could go days without eating and you wouldn't notice! i cut my arms and smoke cigarettes and you never noticed until i was too far gone. i like it here. i want to get better. even if that means i have to stay here longer. i need help." i spoke as i hung my head low.
"baby you don't need help! you're fine. you're healthy. you just want someone's attention and i'll give you the attention." mom begged as she folded her hands together.
"i don't want attention mom. i want love. i want to know you c-care." i stuttered as i felt tears form into my eyes.
"i-i do care. i make the- "yes you make the money, but you're never here with me. you never bothered to take me to therapy. you took fucking pictures of my cuts and yelled at me." i spit out, tears rolling down my face.
"this was obviously a mistake. i'm going to find a hotel. i'll see you in another year." mom muttered as she walked back inside.
i felt myself die inside. my own mom was walking away from me again.
i felt sobs taking over my body as i sat down on the floor.
i felt two arms wrap around me and looked up to see michael.
"it's okay. i've got you. let it out." he whispered as he held me tightly.
i saw from the corner of my eye ashton walking inside before i turned into michael's chest.
ashton's pov
"what are you thinking tiffany? you can't treat her like this. she's your child." i spoke firmly as i followed behind her upstairs.
"give me a break! leave it alone ashton." tiffany yelled as she swung her bedroom door open.
"no! i won't. you're hurting her tiffany." i spoke back.
"fine! you want the fucking truth! i never wanted a kid ashton! i didn't want her. i have wished everyday over the past couple years that she would die or that i got an abortion! i don't love her like i should! i never wanted her. i wanted my normal life as a woman with no child." tiffany yelled as she sat down on the bed.
i stood there silently as i tried to process what she was saying.
just before i could reply, tiffany spoke, "you can have her. i don't want her anymore. i'll give her this year to really get used to you, and if i don't change my mind. i'll send over her documents." tiffany spoke tiredly as she stood up and grabbed her suitcase.
i couldn't believe what i was hearing.
tory's pov
as soon as mom came out i got out of michael's arms and stared at her.
"goodbye." mom replied stiffly as she walked away.
"did you ever love me?" i whispered just loud enough for her to hear.
"i can't answer that right now." mom replied as she put her bag into the uber.
"you owe it to me! d-did you ever love me?" i yelled as tears streamed down my face.
"no. there you happy? now goodbye. i'm done with this for now. see you in a year." mom spit out as she got into the uber and drove away.
my own mom didn't love me.
