*sry for my typos guys......*
For a moment everyone froze. Kirari and Ririka stared open-mouthed at Sayaka's body in shock.
For the first time, Kirari didn't mask her utter bewilderment and fear that her fiancée was dead.
Sayaka coughed as she started to choke on her own blood. This spurred Kirari to whip out a hidden weapon and fling it at Sayaka's attacker, stabbing him in the forehead, killing him on impact. Thereafter, she frenziedly went to her fiancée and desperately gave her the cream. (omg this sounds wrong so sorry i'll just call it medication from now on after this.😅)
Sayaka shuddered as the medication (🤭)took effect. The bullets instantly dissipated into thin air and her wounds healed instantly. Her head lolled to the side and her breathing stabilised. Kirari gasped softly as she leaned her forehead on her fiancée's, turning away so that no one would see her tears of sheer relief.
Meanwhile, seeing Sayaka nearly lose her life must have ignited something in Ririka. Her eyes narrowed and her aura changed to one of a Bami. Mary flinched at this sight. Ririka looked so much like Kirari when she was feeling angry.
But Ririka didn't look angry.
She was downright pissed.
And she was not going to let Mary experience something similar to what Sayaka had just experienced. She was absolutely determined not to rescue her girlfriend.
Ririka too fished out her secret weapon, a M4 carbine gun with small gems the colour of her eyes. Looking at the man dead in the eyes, she pulled the trigger, shooting him in the head.
Mary quickly scrambled out of his grip and rushed to Ririka, hugging her tightly.
"Oh my gosh, Ririka," Mary breathed as she clutched her lover with an iron grip. Ririka buried her head in her lover's shoulder as a source of comfort.
Meanwhile, Kirari had gotten up with Sayaka in her arms. The Clan Head's fiancée still looked very pale but at least she was much better now. She nuzzled her head against Kirari's chest, as if she knew she was in the safe arms of her lover.
Kirari pressed her lips to Sayaka's forehead before resorting to watching her sleep fondly.
Not long after, Kirari's henchmen and the bodyguards all rushed in. One of them pressed a hidden button on the floor.
Instantly, the room repaired itself, all the pieces joining back together through some unknown force.
"Our technology is pretty advanced," Ririka said. Mary just gawked at the scene.
They watched as Kirari brought Sayaka to their chambers and rested her on their bed, pulling the covers over her tenderly.
"Rari, she's fine right?" Ririka asked nervously.
"Perhaps, but she's in a coma now," Kirari said quietly, her two orbs empty and dull as she held her lover's hand tightly.
