Olivia

I roll over and look at the clock beside my bed for what seems like the billionth time since I laid down at around 3 last night. I've laid here for about 5 hours and maybe slept 1 hour total. Since its 8 am I decide it's finally acceptable to get up. After the night I had last night I need a walk to clear my head and an IV drip of caffeine to account for the lack of sleep. I decide to go down to the coffee shop and hang out by myself for a while before anyone wakes up. I've been in London for two days and I feel like I haven't had a moment to myself.

I drag myself out of bed and to my bathroom to clean myself up for the day. I realize I never washed the perfectly applied makeup off of my face last night. Now my there are streaks of eyeliner down my face and I look like I have a kool-aid mustache from the lipstick. I scrub it off and put on just some foundation and a coat of mascara. As nice as it was to be dolled up last night, it's nice to look and feel like me again. I pull on my favorite jeans and VS PINK sweatshirt and lace up my tennis shoes before I sneak a peek towards the couch.

Part of me is hoping that Liam is still asleep on the couch asleep and part of me is hoping he wakes up before I leave and wants to talk. No. I can't think like that. I really hope he's still asleep and when he wakes up all he remembers is how drunk he was last night. It would make it a lot easier to keep myself in check if he didn't remember the moment we had. Or the moment I thought we had. I swear, I didn't even have one drink last night and I feel like I was just as wasted as he was. I can't trust my memory of what happened. It's too clouded by what I want to believe happened.

When I look over I see he's still in the same position he was 5 hours ago and still snoring. I quickly grab my coat and rush out the door before he can wake up.

Although it's only 8 am on a Sunday the coffee shop is buzzing. It seems to me like this place is always crowded. I wait for 15 minutes before I get my latte and settle myself into a table. I brought my favorite book, To Kill A Mockingbird so I quietly sit and sip my coffee and get lost in Macomb County. Just as I'm starting to get into the story I hear a familiar voice yelling my name, or a variation of it rather.

"Livvy!! What're ya doin here? We were about to come find you!"

"Hey Niall. I couldn't really sleep any longer so I just came down to get some coffee. Wait aren't you supposed to be like, hungover right now? I swear you drank a bottle by yourself in the short time I was there."

"The Irish don't get hungover. It's in my blood. Anyways, thanks for takin care of Liam last night. He was completely wasted. So to reward you, Louis and I wanted to take you to the Chelsea game. We've got a box and a bunch of us are comin'. Are you in?" I'd never really been big into sports. That was Lexie's thing. But hanging out with Louis and Niall honestly sounded like a blast.

"Sure I'll come. When are we going?"

"Right now love. So get your nose out of that book and let's get movin eh?" Ah, the famous Louis Tomlinson sass.

When we arrive at the game the stadium is filled. Luckily for us, the box is waiting for us. The fridge is stocked with three kinds of beer I've never heard of and there's food everywhere. I could get used to living the high life. I'm getting settled in to the most comfortable couch my ass has ever sat on and taking a sip of the most delicious beer when my phone starts to vibrate. Lexie is face-timing me. Oh this is going to be good. She is absolutely going to die.

When I answer I make sure all she can see is me.

"Hey there stranger! Are we finally going to be able to catch up or am I just going to have to wait until you get back in six months to hear all your stories? Give a girl some dirt! Wait why is it so loud where you are? What are you doing?

"Well Lexie, I just happen to be sitting in a private box at a Chelsea game."

"Shut the fuck up! Ughh I hate you so much right now! Who are you with?"

"See for yourself." I motion for Niall and Louis to come over into the frame so Lexie can see.

"Shut up! Hi Niall, Hi Louis. I'm Lexie. I'm the girl that is gonna murder my best friend since she's living out all my hopes and dreams without me." Even though she's threatening me with murder I can't help but be envious of my best friend. She's not even freaking out that she's talking to 2/5 of One Direction. She's just mad she isn't here.

"Nooo don't kill Liv! We just got her!" Niall exclaims as he wraps his arms and legs around me to "protect" me.

"I really don't care to be accessory to murder. I'm too pretty for prison." Louis pushes his hair off his face and shakes his ass like a total diva. He's got us all cracking up.

"No murder yet. But if you end up like going to a Packer game with Harry you better sleep with one eye open."

"Ok deal. I'll call you later because I have some other stuff I want to talk about."

"Ooh secretive. Ok I'll keep my phone on. Love ya. Byeee."

"What's so secret you can't say in front of us, huh Olivia?" Louis acts hurt but I can tell he's just being dramatic."

"Nothing important. Just girl stuff." Ok the subject needs to change and fast. I don't like having Louis's questioning glare on me.

"Holy shit Liv. You didn't tell us your best friend was that hot. And she likes sports. What a catch." Lexie would die if she knew Niall Horan just called her hot and a catch. I'll have to tell her when I talk to her later.

The game goes on. I don't really know what is going on but everyone else is really getting into it. I'm just having a blast being one of the guys with Niall and Louis. They're cracking jokes and teasing each other and me the whole game. But as much fun as I'm having I can't stop thinking back to the boy asleep on my couch. Well maybe he's still asleep. I wouldn't know since I snuck out like a coward this morning. Will he remember anything when he wakes up? If he does, does it matter? Harry's words from last night keep echoing through my mind. "He'll never get over her." Is he right? Of course he's right. I just really need to know for sure what the situation is going to be and I can't get it out of my head until I do. I'm relieved when the game finally ends.
