Ikshu: You know Jumbo mumma scolded me today. I did nothing but still she scolded me. I'm not gonna talk with her. I'm katti with her.

Ikshu said to one of her teddy bear taking it in the lap while rubbing off the tears from the back of her little palm.

Nandini sighed hearing her and entered inside the room with a plate. She kept the plate on the side table and looked at her.

She sat beside her while seeing her Ikshu turned her face to the other side crossing her hands with a grumpy pout.

Nandini couldn't control but chuckled at her cute antics.

Hearing her chuckle Ikshu became more grumpy.

Ikshu: I'm angry.

She said while Nandini went all aww on her.

Nandini: Oho. It's a big problem then. I brought someone's favourite pasta. But I guess I have to give it to Jumbo.

She took the teddy bear from her and acted as if she was talking with it.

Nandini: But it's okay. I think Jumbo will have it. Am I right Jumbo....?? Come I will feed you the pasta. I'm sure you will love it.

Ikshu turned towards Nandini and snatched the teddy bear from her while she herself sat on Nandini's lap.

Nandini smiled looking at her while she showed her more grumpy attire. Not being able to control more Nandini pecked her pouty lips and hugged her tightly.

Nandini: My grumpy baby. I will eat you up one day.

Suddenly Ikshu broke the hug and looked at Nandini with big duo eyes and a haw expression.

Ikshu: Haw mumma..... I'm your baby right..!! Then how can you eat me up..!!

Nandini laughed out loud and hugged her again.

Nandini: Aww my baby.

She kissed her forehead.

Ikshu: But I'm still angry.

Ikshu mumbled keeping her head on Nandini's chest.

Nandini sighed and cupped her face breaking the hug.

Nandini: Ikshu baccha had mumma ever scolded you before..!! No right. You were not listening to me that's why I had to scold you.

Ikshu looked at Nandini. Her eyes again had turned teary.

Ikshu: But I wanted to talk to friend. You also told me that you wanted to meet him as well. Then why did you took me away from him.....??

Nandini was in dilemma as what to say to her.

Ikshu: Say na mumma.

She shook her hand gaining her attention.

Nandini cupped her face again and made her look at her.

Nandini: When mumma is saying something or doing something there must me some reason right..!! I will tell you everything when it will be the right time. But for now no more discussion about it. And one more thing you will not talk with that person. Promise me.....

Saying this Nandini forward her hand. Ikshu looked at her hand and then at her.

Ikshu: No mumma. I will meet my friend.

Saying this Ikshu climbed down from her lap and ran out of the room.

Nandini: Ikshu wait..... Ikshu.....
Aarrgghhhh......

Nandini palmed her face in frustration.

Nandini: This can't happen..... I will not let you win this time Manik Malhotra..... I know you have other plans for destroying me again. But this time you will loose.

She said firmly fisting her palm.

Nandini parked her car in the hospital and was about to enter the hospital when her eyes caught something rather someone or we can say she saw two people.

Nisha and Manik were coming out of the hospital. Both has a smile on their faces.

Manik was enough to destroy Nandini's peace but now seeing both of them together made her furious.

She marched towards them and stood in front of them folding her hands.

Manik and Nisha both were shocked seeing her.

Nandini: Look who are here..!! Mr
Manik Malhotra with his girlfriend.....oops I think it will be Mrs. Malhotra till now.

Manik: Nandini listen.....

Manik was about to say something but Nandini cut him in the middle.

Nandini: Don't Mr. Malhotra.... don't say anything. I'm not interested in anything. But the way you both are looking very happy....is there any good news....!! Okay let me guess.....you both are gonna be parents I guess. Is it first time....!! Aahhh I think you both already have one.

Not able to bear any more allegation Nisha spoke.

Nisha: Nandini you are crossing your limits now. You should not talk about anything without knowing everything.

Hearing her Nandini snapped at her.

Nandini: You just shut up okay.....!! You are no one to tell me what I should do and what I shouldn't. Anyways.....why am I even wasting my time for cheap persons like you. I should leave now.

Saying so Nandini left from there leaving the flabbergasted.

Nisha: What just happened now..!! She has changed bhai....she is not the old Nandini anymore.

Saying so she looked at Manik to see him staring towards the way from which she just left.

Manik: She definitely has.....

He said still being in a daze.

Nisha looked at him.

Nisha: I think she works in this hospital only. You should go and talk to her before it is too late.

Manik sighed and went towards the way she left just a few moments ago.

Nandini was sitting in her cabin while palming her face. She so getting mad by all the happenings. After so many years of leaving him she still was feeling the same emotions for him. No no this can't happen....why was she even thinking about them.....!! They have already done enough to her one anymore. She can't let them win again by messing up her mind. Let them go to hell.

She heard a knock on the door. Taking few deep breaths to control herself she let the person in. As soon as the person came in Nandini lost her control and got up from her place.

Nandini: What the hell is your problem Manik Malhotra.....!! Why don't you just let me leave in peace for once.....!!

Manik who just entered inside got alert about her mood. He was not at all shocked by her behaviour as he was expecting something like this only. He sighed and took a few steps towards her.

Manik: Nandini just for once listen to me please......I.....

He was again cut off by her.

Nandini: I don't wanna here any fu***ng thing from you. Just leave my cabin.

Manik was noticing Nandini was getting hyper by each passing moment.

Manik: Relax Nandini..... don't shout like this..... It is not good......

Nandini: Don't you dare show me your fake concerns. And why the hell are you even wasting my time.....!! You don't have any right to waste my time like this.....

Her words did nothing but hurt him to the deepest. He was trying hard to control himself but her words were not doing anything good.

Manik: Nandini we can sit and talk....you don't have to get so hyped.

Nandini: There is nothing to sit and talk about. And if you are here to talk about your sex life with you girlfriend or wife whoever she is then I'm really very sorry. I have other important work to do.

She again retorted back. But this time Manik lost his calm. She went near her and grabbed her hand tightly leaving marks over there.

Manik: Enough of your nonsense..... I'm not saying anything doesn't mean that you will say whatever you want to.

Nandini hissed as the hold around her hand was really painful. Her eyes became teary but still she stood there strong.

Soon the door opened ajar. Both looked towards the door to see a fumming Aryamann standing there with red eyes and hands curled into fist.
