Plot: The weather has always been a phenomenon that either intrigue the minds of people but it also scare others because of it being unpredictable one minute it's all sunshines the next a disaster strike y/n a young man has always been interested in the weather and has always wanted to unravel its secrets and that is what y/n has been doing unlike kids his age he was interested in pro heroes or becoming one himself thankfully he doesn't have to because of him being Quirkless y/n created a machine that would be able to disperse the weather so no disaster would happen but as he was finishing at the night the particle accelerator exploded and y/n was send flying into his machine after waking up from his coma y/n finds out that he now has the ability to control the weather now what will y/n do will y/n try to become a hero will his new found powers or will he try and live a normal life only time will tell
