Sasha snuggles closer to her girlfriend, it being her turn to be the big spoon, when suddenly, Meredith shoots up, "Aah!"
This causes Sasha to do the same thing before squinting to see their blonde roommate standing by their bed with a cup of coffee, "George's room is bigger than mine."
Meredith gets out of bed, sighing before tripping over the clothes on the floor. Luckily for Sasha, Meredith walks out of the room, Izzie following her. She huffs before looking at the clock beside their bed, "Seriously. We still have a half an hour till we needed to be up. I could have had morning sex."
Deciding that with the arguing going on throughout the house, she wasn't going to get any sleep, Sasha gets up and heads into the bathroom to get ready. Just when she starts the water for a shower, she hears Izzie's voice, "...I found this box with tapes of your mother performing these amazing medical procedures."
"Really? We should watch them," The bathroom door opens as Meredith joins her girlfriend in the bathroom, "Meredith, do you want to watch-" George is cutoff by Meredith slamming the door shut.
"Do you have coffee?" Sasha asks.
Meredith opens the door again before grabbing Izzie's mug of coffee and slamming the door again.
"Meredith, do you want some privacy?" George asks through the door.
"What was your first clue? The slamming door or the ignoring you two? Go away!" Sasha shouts when she doesn't hear them walking away as Meredith slides down the door onto the ground.
Sasha kneels down, kissing her girlfriend, "Morning, love."
"Morning."

Sasha walks with her sister and girlfriend behind Bailey and the other interns, "Fools on bikes, killing themselves-natural selection is what it is."
"Hear, hear."
"So what's up with the Nazi? Is she off her meds?" Alex yawns as he asks George.
George questions the man, "You've never heard of the race?"
As they continue walking, Bailey stops when she spots Chief Webber with Burke and Derek by the board, "Chief, 'Dead Baby' bike race started 20 minutes ago."
Continuing on their way, the Chief's voice echos, "All right, people! Dead Baby bike race day!"
Getting off the elevator, the interns take turns explaining to Alex what is happening, "Ever year, this bar-"
"The Dead Baby Bar. Every year, they hold this underground bike race."
They start gowning up, as Izze asks, "Don't you wonder why someone would name a bar something so disgusting?"
"Keep your panties on, Nancy Drew," Cristina pokes at Izzie as Sasha laughs while tying Meredith's gown before turning to allow Meredith to give her the same treatment.
"The race is completely illegal and-"
Meredith jumps in, "Crazy. Bike messengers racing against traffic, trying to beat each other for free shots of tequila."
Sasha laughs, "And thats why it's mostly only men competing. Women just have to walk into a bar, bat their eyelashes, and usually drinks just appear from the male audience. I haven't had to pay for drink since I turned 21."
Cristina shoves her sister, as Alex offers his two-cents, "All-out, no-holds-barred competition sounds like fun."
"Yeah, until you end up in the ER or dead."
"The race doesn't even have any rules- except eye-gouging-no eye-gouging," George motions at Izzie as if he were about to gouge her eyes out, drawing a laugh from the blonde.
"We're gonna be trapped in the pit band-aiding up idiots when we could be up in the OR," Cristina complains as the other interns form a line to tie up the gowns.
"But what kind of people engage in a race that has, as its only rule, that you can't rip out the eyeballs of another human being?"
Alex answers, "Men, Georgie. Men," As Sasha says, "Complete idiots."
Bailey comes back out, "I need someone to get up to the OR floor. The Chief needs a right hand."
They all raise their hands eagerly, except for Meredith, before Bailey sighs, "George."
The others groan as Bailey claps her hand, "Okay, people. The rules of trauma-don't mingle with the ER interns- they don't know their ass from their esophagus," Sasha snorts, "Sew fast, discharge faster. Get bodies up to the OR yesterday and don't let me catch you fighting over patients. Got it?"
They all race into the ER as fast as they can before looking at all the gurneys with bloody people on them.
"It's like candy-" Cristina starts.
"But with blood, which is so much freakin' better," Sasha grins, looking around for a patient.
Izzie and Cristina spot one at the exact same time and start rushing forward, "Mine."
Sasha shakes her head. She then watches as Meredith and Alex start doing the same thing over another patient.
Rolling her eyes, Sasha spots a guy with his head stuck between the spokes of his bike tire, "Mine."
"Hello sir, I'm Dr. Williams. I'm gonna ask you to sit still while I examine your....bike," Sasha snaps on gloves.
¤¤¤¤
With the help of a couple nurses, Sasha wheels Harrison into an examine room so he won't be bumped by bodies in the crowded ER," Okay, the spokes are starting to cut into the side of his neck, someone page Bailey."
"Sweetheart, as much I appreciate all the help you are giving me, I would much appreciate it if you just pulled the bike off my head so I could get back to my race."
Sasha gives him a stern look, "It's not that easy. Right now, its cutting into your neck and one wrong move, the tire could cut your carotid artery, and you would bleed to death. So please, sit still until we say otherwise."
"Williams, whatcha ya got?" Bailey asks, donning a new pair of gloves.
"Harrison Globberman, Male, 28, with his head in his bike tire. Spokes are starting to cut into the neck, risk of cutting the carotid."
"Possible course of action?"
"Cut the spokes and carefully maneuver his head out then sew up his neck?" Sasha guesses, not sure of herself.
Bailey nods, "Get something to cut the spokes and get him sewn up."
As her resident leaves the room, Sasha gives herself a proud smile before turning to the nurse on her left, "What kind of cutting equipment do we have?"
The nurse nods before leaving to grab the tools as Sasha looks at her patient.
"And why can't we just pull my head out again?"
Sasha rolls her eyes.
¤¤¤¤
As a couple of nurses pull the spokes apart, Sasha carefully uses a pair of wire cutters to cut the spokes around his neck, "Sweetheart, I appreciate your carefulness, but could you speed it up a little? I have a race to get back to."
Rolling her eyes, Sasha catches a glimpse of navy blue scrubs watching her from outside the room. Turning, she spots Derek watching her with his arms crossed over his chest. Giving him a smirk and a wink, Sasha cuts the last spoke and helps the nurses move Harrison's head out of the bike wheel and lay down on the bed, "Okay, I need a 6-0 vicryl thread and needle. Thanks."
Holding pressure on the wounds, Sasha chances a look over her shoulder and sees Derek still standing there. Giving him a sly smile, she turns back to her patient as the nurse hands her the thread she asked for.
Once she's done, she takes off her gloves, "Alright, Mr. Globberman, you are already to go. You should come back in a week for a checkup and if you feel any pain or irritation, come straight back here, okay?"
"And what if I just want to see you? Can I come back just for that?" He asks, sliding off the bed and closer to her.
"I have a girlfriend. And you have some place else to be, goodbye now," Sasha pushes him out the door and starts cleaning up the trauma room.

At the end of the day, Sasha heads towards the interns locker room to meet Meredith and head home. As soon as she reaches for the door handle, the door opens and she falls forward. Two sets of hands grab her and help her up. She sees Derek and Meredith, "Am I interrupting something?"
"No," they both say.
"Ready to go?" Meredith asks, impatiently.
"Let me change, then we can go," Sasha moves to quickly change, sensing Meredith's annoyance.
Meredith leaves the room, probably heading straight to the car, leaving Derek and Sasha alone, "What did you do to her?"
"Me? I didn't do anything," Derek defends himself, quickly.
Sasha rolls her eyes and she strips out of her scrubs and changes into her regular clothes, "Funny, cause when I left her in the ER earlier, she was just fine. Now, I see you with her and she's all pissy."
Derek shrugs, watching as she changes, "Maybe it has something to do with the patient in the ER I saw her making out with. Or the fact that I stopped her from beating up Karev."
Closing her locker, Sasha is met with Derek blocking the door, "Or maybe, it's that her boss won't stop trying to go out with her and her girlfriend."
"It's really a mystery," Derek nods, smirking.
Chuckling, Sasha shoves him out of the way, "Goodnight, Dr. Shepherd."
¤¤¤¤
The entire car ride is silent. Sasha knowing that Meredith just needs a couple moments to work through her own head before she reaches out to Sasha. Halfway through the drive, Meredith holds Sasha's hand that was resting in between them. Sasha lifts their connected hands to kiss the back of Meredith's.
Arriving home, Sasha quickly grabs hers and Meredith's purses before they get inside to see George and Izzie surrounded by boxes on the living room floor. Sasha groans.
"Oh! This one is skin grafting!"
"Skin grafting? No way! I've never seen that done before," George grabs the tape from Izzie.
"Are those my mothers surgical tapes?" Meredith asks as Sasha stands behind her, waving her hands in front of her neck, trying to tell them to quit.
They just keep on going, causing Sasha to sigh, "We should watch the skin grafting one first."
Meredith then notices all the other boxes and stuff around the room, "Where did all this stuff come from?"
Izzie looks around as well, "Oh. I unpacked some of your mother's things. I was upset. And when I'm upset, I like to nest," Meredith just stares at the blonde women before starting to grab all of the things Izzie unpacked as the blonde continues, "Ooh- hemipelvectomy!"
"I think we should watch this one first," George quickly grabs it.
"No. No. We're not watching my mother's surgery tapes. We're not unpacking boxes. We're not having long conversations where we celebrate the moments of our lives. And use a coaster!" Meredith yells at them before stomping up the stairs.
Sasha looks at the two, shaking her head, "If you feel like unpacking crap, unpack your own damn crap. Those boxes were obviously still packed for a reason. Know your place. Now, both of you, upstairs, in your rooms, quiet for the rest of the night," Sasha points up towards their rooms.
"What-?" "You can't be-?"
"Now!" Sasha yells, startling them and causing them to run.
Sighing, Sasha goes into the kitchen and makes two sandwiches, one for her and one for Meredith. She starts turning off lights, locking the door and making her way upstairs to hers and Meredith's room.
Shutting the door, Sasha smiles adoringly at her girlfriend, face down on their bed, "Okay, Mer, change into some pj's, eat the sandwich and then we can cuddle."
"I don't wanna eat anything," Meredith groans.
"Either eat the sandwich or we talk about your day," Sasha smirks, knowing she's checkmated her.
Meredith sits up, glaring slightly at the smirking woman before taking the sandwich and quickly eating it before changing and laying on the bed, holding her arms up and making grabbing motions with her hands.
Laughing, Sasha changes into her pj's and lays down on her back. Meredith rolls onto her side and wraps one of her legs around Sasha's waist, an arm around her chest, and rest the other one under herself before laying her head on her girlfriends shoulder.
Sasha kisses Meredith, "Goodnight. Love you."
"Love you too."

The next morning, the sisters and Meredith walk into work, coffee's in their hands, as Meredith complain about their roommates, "They're everywhere, all the time. Izzie's all perky, and George does this thing where he's helpful and considerate. They share food and they say things and they move things and they breathe. Ugh. They're like happy."
"I told you so," Sasha has one arm wrapped around Meredith's waist as the other one holds her coffee.
"Shut up."
Cristina offers some advice, "Kick them out."
Sasha shakes her head, "We can't kick them out. They just moved in. She asked them to move in."
Her sister looks at the couple weirdly, "So, what- you're just gonna repress everything in some deep, dark, twisted place until one day you snap and kill them?"
"Sounds like a plan," "Yep." The couple nod, agreeing.
"This is why we are friends. And why we are sisters."
Alex joins the trio as they walk into the hospital, "Why is the Nazi making us stay in the pit two days in a row?"
They all say together, "Leftovers."
Meredith continues, "Got to get the cyclists who were too drunk, stupid, or scared to get to a hospital yesterday."
"Meanwhile," Alex points to Sasha's sister, ""She gets to do a freakin' organ harvest."
Cristina turns to taunt the man, "It kills you, doesn't it? That two women caught the harvest."
"No, it kills me that anybody got the harvest but me," Alex argues as they arrive at the elevators, "Boobs do not factor into this equation. Unless, uh, you want to show me yours."
All three women roll their eyes, Cristina telling them, "I'm gonna become a lesbian."
Meredith turns to Sasha, "I'm so glad I have a girlfriend."
"Me too," Sasha kisses her before they turn to take the stairs instead.
¤¤¤¤
After spending most of the day in the pit, stitching up random patients, Sasha meets Meredith in the locker room, giving her a quick kiss before getting ready to go home. With their backs to the door, they don't hear Derek come in until they hear the door close.
Meredith had filled Sasha in on hers and Derek's conversation the night before so she wasn't surprised to hear, "It's not the chase or the prize of having two women."
"What?"
"Us three. It is not the thrill of the chase or the victory of having two women in bed. It's not a game. Its...it's your tiny, ineffectual fists," He looks at Sasha, "It's your smirk. And your hair," he steps closer to both of them.
"My hair?" Meredith asks.
"It smells good. And you're both very, very bossy. Keeps me in line," Derek looks between the two, all three of them staring at each other.
Meredith and Sasha share a smirk, "We're still not going out with you."
Derek nods before turning away, "You say that now."
Sasha and Meredith share a look, then a kiss, "We're gonna give in eventually, aren't we?"
"Yeah," Sasha nods, "But let's let him chase a little longer. Keep him on his toes."
¤¤¤¤
Arriving home, they find Izzie, George and Cristina watching some of Ellis' surgery tapes. George shoots up from his spot laying down on the couch, "We were-"
"Hi," Meredith says.
"We were- we were just, uh....Cristina made us," George blames.
"I don't doubt it," Sasha smiles before she feels Meredith dragging her to the couch.
Meredith looks at the screen, "What are we watching? Oooh. This is the one where my mother...."
Izzie finishes for her, "Literally pulls this guy's face off."
Stealing some popcorn, they cuddle up on the couch and restart the video.

AN: so...guess who's back. At least at the moment. I can't wait until I can spend more time dedicated to this story because you know Sasha is about to go through some of the craziest crap ever.
Was anyone else annoyed that Izzie just completely disregarded Meredith's right to privacy, not to mention Ellis', and just start unpacking boxes?
QoC: who is a character do you foresee Sasha not getting along with?
