Are the words that ring
Down the empty road
Through an empty soul
As I stand afar
Looking at the shadow
Fading away under the brightness
Maybe darkness wasn't always bad
It was forced to be something
It never was
The colors that we see
Are those that our eyes reflect
Was this always supposed to be?
I think as I stand afar
But then I think
What can I do about it anyways,
I can just see
I can never feel.
So I turn around
And walk on the path
What my eyes reflect
Where my voice echos
Dispersing into my true colors
As the whispers behind me fade away.
