"So that's what happened?" I asked.
"Yes, I avenged your parents, they didn't deserve it.The SDF didn't deserve to have life. But I was happy that you are still alive. I will never forgive myself if you get killed as well." Natalya explains as she drops some tears.
She pulled me into a tight hug. And I hugged her back tight. We had a couple of moments of silence as she won't let go of me but I was okay with it because she was my godmother that saved my life.
"And there is something I want to give you." Natalya said as she pulled out a silver medal badge of two silver rectangles connected.

It was a captain rank badge of the UNSA army and my biological father was proud of being a great captain of the army.
I put it on my shirt and it felt that my actual parents were still around. After visitation hours were over, Natalya kissed on my forehead and said goodbye and left the room. I only have two weeks left and I'm hoping that Audrey will give Nika a second chance to trust her since it's not the same if she is not around.
During the night, the cat nurse always sneaks Nika in from the back door after visitation hours to see me. Nika then came in with some fast food for us to eat. I noticed it was the smell of my favorite place Rasin Canes. One amazing place to get chicken strips with some signature sauce that tastes good.
"I bet you missed going there. But you have two more weeks. So I decided to give you the caniac combo with some extra sauce." Nika says she gave me a box filled with mouth watering bliss.
I started to wolf it down since it had a very good flavor that I missed and Nika giggled a little while she ate her meal. We talked for a while. And I asked if she would be able to live with us again but she kept saying Audrey is still thinking about trusting her again.
"I know Stan but Audrey is still thinking about it. I took Rehab and i'm very sober and have become more responsible for being a great car mechanic but Audrey needed more time to forgive me." Nika explains.
"I want you to come back. You're my sister that looked out for me." I said.
"I know and Audrey knows that but she is worried that I would accidentally put you in harm's way again." She said.
I looked down in disbelief and disappointment. Families should stay together and I have to do something to make my mom Audrey give her a second chance. As it was time for Nika to go, Nika hugged me tight and left the room. I just hope her life will be on the right path.
Two weeks later...
It was finally the day, That it was the day I went home. I was escorted out of the asylum and I see, Audrey and Rox waiting for me. I ran to them and they hugged me tightly and heard my mom crying tears of joy.
"We missed you son..." Rox softly says.
"We always love you." Audrey says.
"I love you guys too." I said.
We drove home and it did feel different after being in the mental institute for four weeks total but since Corvus was no longer in my mind and Druce and Jack dead, I think my life can turn around. I remembered they had a surprise for me that they told me to close my eyes and Audrey escorted me to the living room after Rox unlocked the front door. Dasha was excited since she was holding the welcome home surprise and it was something I wanted. As I opened my eyes...
"SURPRISE!" Everyone shouted.
I smiled and my eyes widened when I saw what Dasha was holding.

"An xbox series X?!" I shouted.
"That's right since Mom and I picked it out for you with a little help from Rox and Audrey." Dasha explains.
"Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!" I shouted.
"You're welcome, little cub." Natalya said.
Later...
Rox helped me set it up in the living room and he bought another controller so me and him can play together. I was starting to recover from my PTSD. But I wonder if school will be tomorrow.
