Both Mew and Gulf talked with each other to take things slowly between them because for Mew, after his nong he didn't have any relationship so it's been a long time. For Gulf, it's his first relationship.
Mew called his friends because he wanted to tell them about his decision and told them to meet in a bar.
At the bar, Mew was waiting for Tong and Mild. He was sitting on the sofa in a private area.
Mild and Tong came.
Both sit in front of him.
They ordered drinks.
Mild- "It's been a month since you came to the bar. What's today?" He asked, sipping the drink.
Mew- "Me and Gulf are together now."
Both Tong and Mild choked their drinks. Yeah, it's a surprise for them.
Tong- "When?"
Mild- "How?"
Mew- "He liked me in our first meeting only, kind of confessed to me but I told him I have someone. Then he came to know that someone is not alive any more (looking at Tong) so he asked me for a chance. I didn't know I wanted to give myself the chance to be loved by someone. So I said okay to him."
Mew looked at his friends, both silent for a few seconds. Then both launched on Mew.
Mild- "We are really happy for you."
Tong- "You made a good decision. I saw love in his eyes. I know he will bring a colors to your life."
Mild squinted his eyes towards Tong.
Mild- "You already know that Gulf had feelings for Mew but you didn't tell me?"
Tong- "I just came to know a few days back when he asked about my help. *he turned towards Mew* Am sorry telling your past to him without your consent."
Mew- "Am not mad, Tong. I know you meant good for me."
Mild- "Anyway at last our friend is getting into a relationship. We should celebrate."
Tong- "Mew, You gave chance because you like him or because he has similarities with your nong?"
Mew- "I gave chance because he is Gulf Kanawut not because he has similarities. Whenever he was happy talking with someone or very close with someone, I don't know my heart hurts. It feels heavy. About liking him, I still need time to process everything."
Mild- "Are you jealous because he is close with someone?"
Mew doesn't want to admit it but his heart knows he was. He was Jealous when Leo and Fiat hugged and kissed Gulf.
Tong- "It's okay Mew. Take your time. I wish this relationship will last long."
Mild- "I too wish the same. Am happy for you trying to give chance to yourself and welcoming love into your life."
Mew's mind drifted after hearing welcoming love words. 'Love, lust, obsession'
"Please phi. I really love you. Love me back, phi. I can do anything for you" Reeta tails him begging for his love. It's her daily routine but Mew rejects her every time.
"Nong Reeta. I already told you nth time that I have my baby. So don't waste your time on me." He said sternly.
"Phi, he can't give you satisfaction. Sleep with me once, phi. Then you will come to know how good my body is and my love for you." She said in the most slutty voice.
Mew face turned cold and threw a sharp glare. She gulped and ran away from there.
After that Mew went towards his friends who were having a serious discussion.
Mew- "What are you guys discussing?" He asked as sat in front of them.
San- "Oh my baby brother's 18th birthday is in one week. So we are discussing about gifts."
Mew- "He is MY boyfriend."
Three of them shrugged, not caring Mew warned.
Tong- "What are you guys thinking of giving?" He Asked to Mild and San.
Mild- " A branded Watch."
Tong- "Once he said he loves to play video games. So I will gift him New video game."
San- "Am thinking about to give him a condominium."
Other three looked shocked.
Mild- "A condo?"
Tong- "Are you his sugar daddy or what?"
Mew frowned.
San smacked Tong's head.
San- "Am his sugar brother."
Mew- "Why condo?"
San- "You are dumb, Mew. He is in an orphanage now. After he turned 18,he should come out from orphanage and live life his own so he need place to stay."
Mew thought for a while.
Mew- "For his staying, I will take care of it. So gift him something."
San looked at Mew and nodded.
San- "How about Car?"
Tong- "He is a kid"
San- "Oh come on. He will turn adult in a week. He need car."
Mild- "Mew, What are you going to gift him?"
Mew smiled.
Three shared a look.
Mew- "A promise"
Three looked puzzled.
Their thoughts stop when they hear a voice.
"Hi" Their nong greeted them.
Mew and his friends saw a new face with their nong.
They greeted each other.
Nong sat beside Mew and that new face sat beside nong.
"Phi's he is my best friend in the whole world Kaownah, Kao. Just two days back he came back from the USA. I wanted to introduce him to you all." Nong said happily, introducing his best friend.
Kaownah greeted them.
Kaownah- "Baby, These are your friends?" He asked with a honey filled voice. Mew finds something odd about him. He shared looks with his friends.
"Nah they are phi's. P'Tong, P'Mild and P'San" Nong introduced. They greeted him.
Kaownah looked at Mew because nong didn't introduced him.
"And he is P'Mew, My boyfriend." Nong proudly said.
"WHAT?!!!!" kaownah shot up from seat.
Nong was startled and looked at him confused.
"Why can't I have a boyfriend?" He said with pouting.
Kaownah calmed himself and sat beside Nong.
Kaownah- "It's not like that baby. It's.. It's just you are still a kid." He said softly at nong but threw a glare at Mew.
Mew and his friends thought maybe Kaownah is protective over their nong because nong is still underage.
"I will become an adult in a few days. We will become completely official boyfriends. Don't worry na." He said holding Mew's hand and interlocking them.
Kaownah looked at those interviewing hands with hate.
Still he nodded.
Nong looked at Mew and his other phi's.
"As like every year, my birthday party will be celebrated in the Kao mansion. Am inviting you all, please come. *he looked at Mew* I will be waiting for you, phi." Mew nodded ruffling his hair and pecking on his cheeks.
He didn't miss the anger in Kaownah's eyes when he pecked his nong.
Next day, at the school canteen.
Mew having coffee with his friends. An uninvited person came and sat at their table without asking.
It's Kaownah.
Kao- "Break up with him."
Mew raised an eyebrow.
Mew- "Why should I?"
Kao- "Because he is mine. MINE alone."
Mew shared looks with his friends. When he first met Kao, he thought something was odd.
Mew- "He is my boyfriend so MINE. You are his friend, just a friend."
Kaownah gritted teeth.
Kao- Am not just a friend. I love him. I have loved him since we were kids. When he was just 4 years old, at that time I was 6. I liked him when I first saw him at an orphanage when my parents and I went to give donations. I asked my parents to bring him to my house but my parents didn't agree but they allowed me to spend time, money, care and love on him. My parents sponsored his studies. I treated him like a prince since childhood, I took care of him, loved him and protected him. I had planned to tell my love when he turned 18 and marry him. I was waiting for his birthday but I never expected him to fall in love with you. I made a mistake. I really made a mistake. I shouldn't have gone to the USA for studies two years back. If I don't, I will not let him even meet you. He is mine from the beginning. You just came in between. So breakup with him."
Mew and his friends were dumbfounded.
San- "Look dude. Maybe you love him but he does not. For him, you are his best friend. There is no romantic feeling towards you."
Kao- "Don't talk nonsense. He loves me. He loves me, only. He played with me, he smiled with me, he ate food with me, we spent so much time with each other. He loves me. He just has an infatuation towards Mew, it's not love. Mine.. Mine it's love.. Me and him.. We are meant for each other. Don't come in between. I don't even hesitate to kill you. HE IS MINE!!!!!" He yelled the last sentence historically.
Mew and his friends sense the emotions Kaownah has for their nong is not love it's obsession.
Mew- "Don't talk to me about killing. Am mafia. I can kill you in a snap of a finger. You don't love him. You obsessed him. Listen carefully, he loves me and I love him. He is mine."
Kaownah- "Oh, let's see." With that he went out the canteen.
San- "He is looking like a complete psycho."
Tong- "Should we tell our nong about him? "
Mild- "No. Nong will get hurt. From Kaownah words, we can tell they have been friends since they were kids. They must be close and nong will get hurt if he knows his real intentions. So it hurts our nong so much. Let's in alert."
Mew nodded. One girl obsessed with him and one boy obsessed with his nong. He was waiting for his nong birthday to make him an official boyfriend.
"MEW!!!" Mild shouted.
Mew- "What?" He asked, snapping out from his past memories.
Tong- "We are calling for a good five minutes. You are zoning out. It's party time. Let's celebrate." Mew nodded and three of them clinked glasses to cheer.
