After spending almost whole day and enjoying it they all headed inside the house.
Navya: Chalo now lets go inside... Everyone freshen up then we will watch movie.
Nandini started running inside the house.
Mukti: Nandini be careful.... Dont run you might fall.
Nandini: No di see I will not fall.
As she finished it she fell down because of the rock. Everyone rushed towards her.
Mukti: See I told you but no why will you listen to me.
Abhi: Mukti dont scold her now.... She needs first aid her knee is bleeding. Cabir carry her in living room I will bring my medical bag.
Cabir picked her up and carried inside while Abhi was waiting for her.
Nandini: (crying) Bhai its paining.
Cabir: Bear it for sometime Abhi bhai we treat you in no time.
Nandini: No I want Dadda.... I want him.
Navya: Nandu baby how can Manik come here... See we all are with you dont worry you will be fine soon.
Nandini: No No No I want him.
Mukti: Cabir I guess Manik must have landed try to call him she is not going to listen to us.
Cabir tried video calling him after few rings he picked his call.
Manik: Hello Cabir I was just thinking to call you. I landed few min ago. By the way how is my baby? Was she crying? Did she had lunch? Where is she right now?
Cabir: Actually Manik Nandini is not fine.
Manik: Why what happened?
He turned his camera towards Nandini.
Manik: Ohh god how did this happen? Baby are you fine?
Cabir: We organized picnic in garden and when we were going inside Nandini started running and she fell down.
Manik: I have told you thousand times Nandini not to run but you never listen to me now see what happened.
Nandini: (crying) Dadda I am sorry... Please come its paining.
Manik: I am coming in next flight.
Mukti: Are you mad Manik? She will be fine by the time you reach here.
Navya: Exactly Manik there's no need for you to come... But please tell her that she needs first aid. She is not listening to anyone of us.
Manik: Nandini look at me bacha.... See you are a strong girl right... Stop crying let Abhi bhai treat you.
Nandini: (crying) No I want you please come here.
Manik: You know that if it was possible I would have come but please try to understand. You are my strong girl right... see if you listen to me you can eat ice cream today as a reward.
Nandini: Really? (He nodded) But it will hurt.
Manik: Do as I say... Hold Cabir Bhai's hand tightly (she did) Now close your eyes and if you feel pain just hug him ok.
She did whatever he said. He was still on call and signalled Abhi to start treating her. As soon as the alcohol swipe came in contact with her wound she hissed. Cabir hugged her and was caressing her hair while Manik kept on talking with her.
Abhi: Done... You are not allowed to run for 2 days.
Nandini: (shocked) 2 days? It's too long.
Manik: You don't have options.... Don't run around do you get that? (She nodded) Words babygirl.
Nandini: (pout) Yes Dadda.
Manik: Cabir if she doesn't listen to anyone then call me ok. Chal now I have to go bye guys.... Baby take care of yourself.
After talking with Manik she felt a little better.
Nandini: Bhaiyu I am sleepy now.
Navya: First have your dinner then sleep.
Nandini: I am not hungry. I don't want to eat.
Cabir: Have something at least then we will sleep. Today Cabir bhai will sleep with you.
Nandini: Thank you so much.... (Pouts) but still I am not hungry.
Mukti: Cabir call Manik.
Nandini: No No No I am hungry... I will eat.
Mukti: Now that's like a good girl.
After that everyone had their dinner and slept because everyone was tired now. Cabir slept with Nandini at night.
Next day everyone was sitting together after their breakfast thats when Cabir got a call so he left from there.
Nandini: Mukti Di try to call once again na.... I want to talk with him.
Mukti: Baby I tried 3 time already but Manik's phone is not reachable.
That's when Cabir came.
Cabir: Guys there's an emergency in office so I have to go I will be back by afternoon.
He left from there. Nandini took Abhi phone and once again tried calling Manik. After 2 try she could connect the call. He recevied call within 2 rings.
Manik: Hello my baby... How are you now? What are you doing? Did you had your breakfast?
Nandini: I am perfectly fine now... I was missing you so was trying to call you.... And for your last question Yes I had my breakfast that also without throwing any tantrums.
Manik: Ohh that's something new.
Nandini: Daddaaaaaaa I am missing you... When are you coming back.
Manik: Aww I am missing you too.... I am trying my best to complete my work as soon as possible. Chalo baby now I have a meeting to attend I will call you at night. Bye love you.
Nandini: Bye love you too.
Meanwhile Cabir's POV
Right now I am heading towards office as there's some work which requires my guidance. While I was driving I got a call.
Cabir: Hello.
Manik: Hello Cabir what are you doing?
Cabir: I am driving... Why have you called me at this time don't you have meeting to attend?
Manik: I do have I just called to inform you that I am going to catch a flight today itself.
Cabir: Today? But you told that your work will take 2 days to finish.
Manik: Yes but I have arranged back to back meetings so that I can finish all this soon and come back. One more thing don't tell about this to anyone I want to give them surprise. In morning when Nandini will wake up and see me I want to see her reaction.
Cabir: Ok then I will send driver to pick you up from airport. Don't stress yourself much ok.
After that both kept the call and continued their respective works.
