Dave is awaken and comes too after being knocked out from the explosion. As he awakens he realizes Walkers are all around him, there is no one in sight, except the dead corpses walking along through the holes in the walls that David’s men made.
His head begins to hurt and he brings a hand too it. Then he looks at his hand, it his covered in blood. There is a gash on Dave’s forehead that goes up into his hair. He was blinded with flashing colorful spots and craved darkness also quiet and stillness. As the moans of Walkers pierced his ear.
He felt overwhelmed nauseaing feeling he then soon rolled over and vomited onto the ground. The pain was throbbing violently in his skull.
As he moves, his movements are seen by a dozen or more Walkers that begin to come towards him. One of them had a familiar stance to it. He had on a pale blue jacket that seemed to be torn. On his right arm, it was gone from the elbow down and blood dripped to the floor. He was bald at the top of his head to signify his age. It was Doug, the leader of the warehouse, he was now a pawn of the undead.
There was nothing worse than being scared scared Dave thought was the monster closed in on him. He was scared and alone for the first time in a long time. When he was scared he lost all rationality and became still. His thinking was so distorted. He could feel the adrenaline in his system, pumping through his veins. But he remained still.
Out of nowhere gunshots are heard and the Walkers that were coming towards him, their heads explode as the bullets hit them. A bullet enters and exits Doug's reanimated head. Exiting right through the left eye and the Walker fall to the floor. “Dave!” Rebecca shouted. “Come on, we have to get out of here!”
Dave looks at her and then he starts to get up, but it is hard for him. Rebecca comes over to him and helps him get up. As more Walkers converge on what were the remains of the warehouse Rebecca and Dave slowly make their way out of the area.
The two of them make it over to a hill that over looked the warehouse. The entire back half of the building was gone. The flames seemed to be eating the building from the inside out. “Wait….wait.” Dave said trying to stop but she continues to walk. “Others….they could….”
“No.” Rebecca sighed with no emotion. “We have to keep going….I didn’t see anybody make it.”
“What?” Dave tried to make sense of the situation in front of him. He didn't understand. How could they be the only ones to make it out alive? She doesn’t look at him, she stared at the ground like it was about to do a trick of some sort. “Are you sure?” Dave asked.
“We have to go. There is nothing left!”Rebecca said wanting to go.
“No, there could be others down there. Just like I was.” Dave slid his hand through his hair wondering if the bleeding has stopped, it hasn't. “We can’t just leave them. We must stay.” He continued. Then he looked at his hands and he began to feel his knees weaken. The world seemed to be losing its color as Dave looked passed his hand.
Rebecca could sense that Dave wasn't well, she started to walk towards him slowly. "Dave? Are you alright?"
Then he fell in a heap onto the ground.

They are watching the warehouse start to burn. They were maybe a football field away from it as they watched. “Come on Mitch.” Connor coughed as he starts to walk away from the fire. “If we walk through the night we can make it to Hershel's by morning." He looks back and sees Mitchel, he has not moved and continued to look at the building burning. "You coming?"
“Connor…..” Mitchel sighed with his head down. “Do you not know what just happened?” Connor looked at him bewildered. “Everyone we know and love are dead.”
The two of them managed to make it out of the back before the building exploded. The explosion ended up sending both of them too the ground however. The Connor still sick, and Mitchel still recovering from his wounds. They were sitting ducks out here by themselves.
“Listen, you don’t know that.” Connor said putting a hand on Mitchel's shoulder
“They might as well be!” Mitchel threw the hand off with a shrug and fell to his knees. Connor saw a tear from his face hit the ground. “Everything we worked so hard to build is gone. Everything we tried so hard to keep out has found its way inside.” They can hear the trucks and cars from David’s men in the distance still.
“We can’t sit here looking at what was.” Connor once again coughed helping Mitchel stand up. “We gotta keep going. "The others would have wanted that.”
Mitchel ignored his help and stood up by himself. He wasn't weak. “We have to move, the Walkers will soon overrun our position. There's nothing left here.” He said in a way that made him snap back to the real world.

“I’m confused!” Dylan cringed as he stared blankly at Jessica.
As far as he could tell four of them were still alive. Himself, Jessica, Lilly and William made it out of the warehouse together and alive. He managed to shoot a driver of one of the cars that were part of David's group. There were three people alive inside the car at first. When Dylan and William came over, there were none.
The two of them killed David's people brutally. Their throats had been cut and they lay like butchered animals in a waste of blood inside thier car. They killed them right in front of Jessica. One corpse had slipped from sitting on the seat, to now laying on the seat. It laid there staring up at her, the mouth open, the head almost cleft from the body. She saw again the severed vessels, sticking like corrugated pipes through the clotted blood.
The second was propped up against the car, ungainly as a rag doll, against the front tire of the car. His head had drooped forward and over his chest a great mat of blood had spread like a bib.
The third body had a bullet through it's head, and seemed to be sleeping against the steering wheel. But she knew better that it wasn't sleeping.
They had weapons now.
"You gonna take it?" Dylan continued to ask her questions about taking a gun. He held a pistol out too her.
"I told you no." She sounded pissed, but she wasn't the type of girl that would tell you she was. "The only weapon I need is the word of God."
Dylan laughed full-heartily. "Think that is gonna keep you safe girl? Guns protect you, guns do everything. Now of days and you're gonna turn one down?" He laughed again. "You confuse the shit out of me girl." He shoved the pistol into the back of his pants as he picked up an AK-47 and checked the magazine.
“Where are we going anyways?" Jessica asked him, ignoring the conversation they just had.
“Does it matter?” Lilly sounded depressed and she was. Who wasn't?. “Everything comes to an end. Now it is our turn.” The group stares at her in dis-belief and look at her with a blankly.
“Our turn?” Dylan laughed once again, this time only half as much as before. “Our turn my ass.” He brushes Lilly’s comment aside. “We are going somewhere away from here, because there is nothing left. That work for everybody?”
“That's fine.” William told him.
Dylan nodded at William, a kind of thank you for agreeing with me. "We stick with the plan and go too this farm Garrett talked about. We just happen to be lucky enough to have someone with us who knows exactly where that is."
William shut the car door, he had an M16 in his hands and began to led the way.
