Harry used the International Floo on the day to come to Singapore.

He used those days to sightsee and explore a bit. Before he knew it, he was at the International Wizarding Meeting Centre, waiting for it to start. He had spoken to Fudge and he said that they usually didn't start the meeting until about 1 for late arrivals as well as to give a chance for the people to socialize.

Harry withdrew all of his Dark Magic and hid it, instead, replacing it with a calm and inviting magic, making people see him as superior but not be intimidated. A sneaky little piece of magic.

Before the meeting began, Harry had struck up some interesting conversation with the Nigerian Minister as well as the Chief Warlock of Australia. The Nigerian Minister, Sani Ado, wore a simple black suit and tie while the Australian, Theodore Brown, wore bright-yellow robes with intricate white detailing.

Harry wore a formal muggle suit with a smart tie, displaying his Slytherin colours. He was by far the youngest one there, by at least 25 years. It earned some odd and admiring stares but...whatever.

"So, I have heard rumours about you and your accomplishments," the Australian Warlock said, raising a brow at Harry.

"As have I," the Sani added, "I do not mean to be rude but, how old are you exactly?"

"Currently, I am 12 years young and soon to be thirteen as the 7th months dies," he smiled, looking down. The men standing before him were slightly taller than him though not unbearably so.

"I see...profound word choice, like straight out of a prophecy," the man in yellow smiled, "Congratulations, you have certainly built a name for yourself, everyone seems to be talking about you,"

Harry chuckled, "It seems that I have that effect on people."

They chuckled together and a few others joined them.

"Tell me, Harry," the Australian asked, "How exactly did you manage to land such a position so young?"

The people around him listened intently, waiting for his answer. Luckily, Harry had experience in dealing with politicians and people in general.

"I guess what pushed me to become Chief Warlock was seeing the person that was Chief before me. Dumbledore was put on trial for embezzlement of my funds and was found guilty. When I saw that such a person had that much power, it pushed me to make a difference,"

His audience was captivated by his response. Harry had a way to make people listen. He was a born leader and anyone could see that. He also may have been using a little, tiny, itty, bitty sliver of magic.

If looks could kill, Dumbledore would be 6 feet under in 9 different countries.

Harry had made an impression on everyone in the room as he made his way around. He impressed them all with his knowledge of their languages and acted as a translator for many of them talking to different political heads. To say that they were impressed would be an understatement.

Harry tried his best to make the room go against Dumbledore because if Dumbledore was not liked, his position of Supreme Mugwump would be diminished.

Harry had made connections to the most powerful Wizards and Witches around the room. They were captivated by his stories and impressed by his abilities.

A little charm never hurt anybody.

A few were apprehensive to discussing world issues with a 12-year-old but Potter soon changed their minds and showed off his languages as well as his accomplishments in the most subtle way possible, to not look as if he were bragging and such. Arrogance in front of proud people never went well. He spoke a lot with the Chief Warlock of Colombia, Amira Martínez. She was a very accomplished Chief with good relations with everyone.

He introduced Fudge to a few new people that he had made and translated for them. Butterscotch was shell-shocked. His exact words were "Could you be any more interesting?"

Harry chuckled at that, a bit embarrassed. Even though he wasn't actually twelve, his mental age was still below anyone in the room. But then again, he had been through war, loss, grieving and duels against Voldemort.

Harry always thought that political figures were always self-centred and arrogant but as it turns out, the only one in the room that was like that was Fudge.

"So, how is school?" a World leader asked the boy, condescendingly. Beside him was the Colombian Chief Warlock and the Nigerian Minister, subtly grinning. They watched as Harry made the political leaders feel belittled by the small boy.

"Business is good. I happen to work there as well as own the place, and I have just taken OWLs" he spoke in Bengali.

His eyebrows rose and he spoke back in the same language, "You speak Bengali?"

Harry nodded, smiling, "Bengali is one of the 70 or so languages I know, excluding creature languages, of course," he answered in English.

The Bangladeshi nodded, impressed by the small boy.

The people beside him followed behind him eagerly as he continued to impress the people in the room. He made an impression.

"Good evening, Ladies and Gentlemen of the International Confederation of Wizards, I am humbled to see you all after an entire year," Dumbledore announced to the hall of Witches and Wizards.

All of them were dressed in attire unique to their culture and sat around a large stage of sorts. Each of them sat at one of three desks, each one behind the other, grouped by continent.

They all quickly took their seats at the round table. Dumbledore stood in the centre of the stage in the middle, looking as joyful as ever.

There were murmurs of agreement as they looked through the papers on their desks. Most of them had heard Harry belittle the Mugwump and saw the 'the Thief' on their invitations.

Harry was overjoyed though he tried not to show it.

"We are gathered here today as one United People, regardless of Race, Language or Religion," he quoted the Singaporean Pledge.

The Singaporean Minister and Chief Warlock sat in the front row, chuckled lightly at that.

Harry sat in between Fudge and the Singaporean Minister of Magic.

"We gather in Singapore this week to discuss, debate, and make recommendations on subjects pertaining to international peace and security," he announced, smiling brightly.

"I believe that we have all been here before and 'know the drill' as some say," he smiled, "Except our newest addition and our youngest member in History, the Chief Warlock of Great Britain, Harry James Potter at age 12," Harry stood and gave a short bow and waiting until the clapping stopped before sitting back down.

The Singaporean Minister gave him a pat on the back and he smiled, going through the sheets of paper on his desk. Contrary to most people's belief, Harry was not nervous in the slightest. If he managed to come back from the dead then a little meeting was like a school play.

The meeting was much like Wizengamot meetings but with more at stake. You could see that the larger countries seemed to be more powerful and assertive than the smaller ones and you could see why they had to have a mugwump as they almost started at least 5 World Wars. Harry had taken a lot more charge than Fudge, who mostly was just there for the after-party.

When Harry talked, people would try to take advantage of the child but by the end of the meeting, but were soon shut up as by the end, when the small man talked, everyone, listened, including Dumbledore. It was clear that the boy would be a great leader.

By the end, people from all over the world, listened as Harry spoke of issues far beyond his age. He spoke realistically. He did not dream of a world with peace but a world for the better.

Okay, he may have taken a few jabs at Dumbledore but who could blame him?

Dumbledore was desperately trying his absolute best not to glare at the boy so he decided to just not look at him at all. He hated the boy's guts and was trying not to snap at him. It would not fare well for him, especially with the whole, embezzlement-compulsion-'snotty brat'-absolutely-hate-him situation.

Harry, on the other hand, cracked jokes and spoke with an air of confidence.

Before they knew it, the day was over and they would reconvene the next day. The meeting was adjourned and after a few 'congratulations' and 'good job's Harry found himself deep in conversation with the world leaders of several countries, acting as a moderator and translator for the impromptu debate of sorts.

He had somehow gotten on the good side of all the parties involved and may have stopped another world war. He didn't pay attention to the audience that watched him. He handled each party with respect and made them think about why they were arguing. He did much better than Dumbledore, that was for sure.

Once each party was happy with the result of the debate, they shook hands with each other and acted friendly towards one another. The boy sensed people watching him and Harry turned around and saw a huge group of people clapping. They took a magical photograph (without Dumbledore in it, obviously) and Harry bowed and walked to the place that he would be staying, holding back a smirk.

He made a good first impression and made Dumbledore see him as a threat. It would only be a matter of time before the man snapped at him in front of the entire ICW...

In the wise words of Severus Tobias Snape (also known as Sevvykins), he was an 'Absolute lunatic,'.

Hope you liked it!
