You woke up to your alarm ringing.
"Y/N!!! ITS TIME FOR BREAKFAST!!!" You hear your father yell up the stairs.
"I'M COMING!!!" You reply.
You walk down the stairs and make your way to the dining table. Your father had breakfast ready for you. It was pancakes and bacon, your favorite.
"They're You go, little chick." You're father says as you sit down at the table. "Pancakes and bacon, your favorite. Today is a special day! It's your first day at UA! So I made a special breakfast."
"Thanks, Dad!" You say with your mouth full of pancake. Your father laughed as you stuffed your face full of pancakes and bacon.
"Go on now, you need to get ready." Your father took your now empty plate and brought it to the kitchen. You dressed in your brand new school uniform, brushed your teeth and hair, and pruned your feathers. Even though you knew that nobody would notice it, your bird instincts still told you to do so. Your school uniform was designed specifically so you could still use your wings. There were two cutouts in the shirt and blazer. The cutouts came all the way to the top of the shirt/blazer, then buttoned up. The bigger holes made it easier to put your wings through, but it was still pretty hard. You grabbed your old backpack from last year and walked downstairs to leave, when your father stopped you first. He gave you a big yellow gift bag with tissue paper on top.
"Here's a little something for school." He said as he handed you the bag.
"It's for me? You ask.
Your father nodded yes, and you opened the package. Inside was a leather backpack, the same color of your father's hero uniform. It had the word "HAWKS" embroidered on the back in red text outlined with white. The whole backpack was trimmed with white. You also noticed that it was specially designed with detachable straps, so you could wear it on your wings. Your face beamed with joy, you loved it.
"Thank you Dad!!" You exclaimed as you transferred everything from your old backpack to your new one.
"No problem, little chick." You put the backpack on and gave your dad a hug. He wrapped you in his wings.
"Would you do me a favor and try to make some friends this year?" Your father asked. He was always worried about you, because you were so anti social. You only had one friend, Mina Ashido. She went to the same scho as you all throughout elementary and middle school. The two of you were best friends, since she got bullied for her pink skin sometimes. You hoped that she got into UA. She said she would, and she is really talented, but there are many people attempting to get into UA, and only about 100 of them will actually get in this year, so the probability of getting in is low, if you don't get in through recommendations.
"I'll try, Dad." You reply.
"You promise you'll try your best?"
You smile. You feel happy that your father cares for you so much. You look up putting on a determined face.
"I promise." You say. Your father smiles and let's you go. Your mother hugs you too, and wishes you luck in finding new friends.
You lift off, saying goodbye to your parents as you fly away. You had flew to the school a few times before your first day, so you knew the route to and from the school. You reached the school and start to head towards the ground. You're about 30 feet off the ground when you hear a familiar voice call your name.
"Y/N!!! Y/N OVER HERE!!! ITS ME!!"
You look where the voice is calling from, and your eyes light up with excitement. It's..
"MINA!!!" You immediately flew towards ger, almost crashing into her. She pulls you into a hug, and you hug her back. You don't wrap your wings around her though. Hugging with your wings is only for cuddling people you love, not regular hugs between friends. The two of you release each other.
"You made it?!?!" You say, still stunned that you're still gonna go to the same school as her.
"Of course I did!" She exclaimed. "Are you underestimating my power? Ooh, is that a new backpack?" She got distracted by your backpack.
"Yeah, it is," You say, showing it off. "Dad got it for me. It's specially designed to fit with my wings!"
"Wow, can I see it?"
The two of you walked to class together. Not only were you both at UA, but you were both in class 1-A too! When you walked in, you saw Kirishima. He went to you middle school. But he had read hair now instead of his natural black. You waved at him, and he waved back. You found a seat next to Mina. Some grape vine walked up to you. You, of course said hi. He said that you were very pretty, and that your body looked nice. You thanked him for that, because you had been feeling pretty self conscious lately. He then asked to touch your boobs, and you were immediately repulsed. You told him to go sit down and wait for class to start. Soon a giant actterpillar thing crawled into the classroom. A zipper at the front unzipped and a man stepped out.
"I'm pro hero Eraser Head, but my real name is Shota Aizawa. You can call me Aizawa-Sensei. Today we will be doing quirk analysis tests, so get your gym uniforms on."
You and Mina walk to the locker room to put on your uniforms. Mina puts her on, while you just look at yours. By the time she was finished dressing, you hadn't even gotten undressed.
"What's wrong?" Mina asked.
"I can't wear this outfit with my wings. There's no holes in the back." You explain.
"Lets go tell Aizawa-Sensei. Maybe he'll help." Mina suggested. The two of you met Aizawa in the hallway. You showed him the dilemma. He said that you can just take your blazer off and do whatever you can in your school uniform. He said that he could take you to someone to help you get a new gym uniform specially fitted for your wings. You continue with the quirk analysis test. You make about 13th out of 20. Not bad. Then lunch rolled around. By now you had already learned a lot about everyone in your class. Their names, their quirks, except for Midoriya. You didn't know what his quirk was yet. You and Mina walk over to the Cafeteria. While you are looking for a place to sit, Midoriya stops you and asks if he can ask some questions about our quirk.
"Y/N, what is your quirk?"
"It's called (insert quirk name here idk what to call it."
"And what does it do?"
It gives me bird like features, like my wings, my feathers on my chest, and I can also store food in my stomach then regurgitate it up later."
"Does you quirk have any drawbacks?"
"Yes. It gives me bird-like instincts, that cause me to do crazy stuff. If you chirp at me I'll chirp back, I have the urge to constantly prune my feathers, I'm always craving worms, and I have bird-like eyes, so I can't see windows."
"Cool, thanks!"
"No problem!"
You and Mina find a table. She suggests sit6next to Kirishima and some other boys. She said that she had met them earlier and that they were pretty nice. You immediately notice that the blonde, Bakugo, was very hostile. Kirishima was nice as always, Kaminari and Sero were really chill, and Jiro was super cool. You ate lunch together, and at the end of lunch you asked them if they wanted to be friends. All of them said yes, except for Bakugo. He just scoffed and went on to class. The day continues, and it's finally over. Aizawa takes you to some of the staff at UA, and you explain that you can't wear your gym outfit. They immediately notice the problem, and they assure you that they will fix it. You notice Mina walking to the subway station. You decide to stop by and see if she needed a ride home. She agreed, and you flew her to her house. You then flew home.
"I'm home!" You yell in the house.
Your parents drag you into the living room. You sit on the chase end of your sectional while your parents sat on the other end.
"So how was your first day?" You father asked.
"It was great!" You say, taking off your backpack. "Mina was there, and we made new friends."
"You did?" You father asked. "Who are they?"
Well, there's Ejiro Kirishima, he went to the same school as me last year, but we weren't really friends untill now. Theres Denki Kaminari, Sero, Jiro, and Bakugo too. Except Bakugo didn't really accept my friendship request. He didn't deny it either though. He just scoffed. And only 1 bad thing happened today?"
"What was it?" Your mom asked.
"Well my gym uniform didn't fit with my wings, so I have to exchange it for one that does."
"Well im glad you had a good day." Your father said. "Go get dressed. Dinner's in the oven."
You go upstairs and change into a thin light pink tee shirt and a pair of gray sweatpants. You go downstairs and see your dad and your mom waiting for you in your dining room. You sit down and start eating. (The food that you're eating isn't really relevant here) You talk about school and teachers and classmates and more school. You go to bed, anticipating the next school day.
