"Let me out of here!" Malina banged on the metal bars. It had been a couple hours since she was brought inside the cell. Two aurors stood at the doorway across the room, not even acknowledging the yelling girl behind them.
Malina stepped back and wrung her hands through her hair. Her face was filled with distress and anger. She had just gotten back to the manor and now she was taken again. She couldn't take it anymore.
What sat inside a cell was a small mattress and a tin container. Not even a window was inside and the room was feeling like it was starting to get smaller.
I need to get out of here
It was cold and damp. There was no blankets and no heat it seemed. Malina sat at the edge of the bed, making sure not to touch most of it because it looked like it was filled with bugs and went through a rough time.
She let out a deep sigh and tried to calm herself down. There was no point in getting mad when she would be here awhile
Hours turned into days and Malina felt all her energy drain from her. No one had talked to her, she had nothing to do, she felt like she was going crazy.
The sound of talking snapped Malina out of her daze and she heard footsteps approach her cell, a cloak trailing behind the person that was walking towards her.
"I sorry about the delay, Malina. I have been busy with the Ministry at the moment." they said from the other side of the bars. "They seem to be all excited to have you in a cell." they continued on.
Malina didn't react. She just stared at the man in front of her and listened to him speak, her eyes dull and colourless.
"I'm not here to hurt you Malina. I'm here to save you." He said.
She spoke for the first time and she winced at how rough her voice sounded, "I don't need to be saved." She gritted out.
"Malina, Tom doesn't love you. Tom can't love, he will never love."
"You don't know anything," she spat out, getting up from the cold mattress.
"I know more than you think. I was the one who brought Tom to Hogwarts." He told her, his hands clasped behind his back as he watched the girl grasp onto the cell bars.
"What do you want from me, Dumbledore."
There was a moment of silence as Dumbledore stared at the girl, anger brewing inside her eyes.
"I don't want anything Malina." He stated. "I'm only trying to save you from Tom."
"Bullshit!" She slammed her hands against the cell bars, startling the guards in front of her. Dumbledore didn't flinch, he just looked concerned for the girl.
"Malina, you need to calm down." She scoffed, turning away from the man.
"Tom will come looking for me." She said, her voice now quieter than before.
"Tom is currently in America, Malina. Making business deals." He told her, grabbing a bag of jelly beans from his pocket.
"Want one?" He asked her, extending his hand with the beans toward her. He put the jelly beans back when she didn't answer, popping the bean in his mouth that he had taken out.
"We are offering for you to take our side." She didn't answer him then either, her back turned toward him and her gaze stuck on the wall.
"I'll give you twenty four hours to decide."
"And what if I say no?" She asked, finally meeting his gaze once more.
"Then I'm afraid the Ministry has decided that you shall be brought to Azkaban. For life."

"Has she agreed?" An auror asked Dumbledore as they walked down the Ministry hallways, his grey cloak trailing behind them as they walked quickly.
"I'm afraid not yet." He responded. "Tell the Ministry that she's going to be hard to crack and won't give out information easily."
They stopped for a moment and Dumbledore turned to the man.
"And tell them that she's going to need more security. We're dealing with a deranged girl. A deranged girl that has powers from Merlin himself."
