a/n : i know i've been switching povs each chapter but bare with me. cindy's pov when nora was "kidnapped"

"you do? what's on your mind?"
thais started thinking, "i've always wanted to rap on the streets," thais said quietly to herself.
"rapping on the streets? that's interesting.." cindy commented, "trust me!! i've got some raps in mind like.. russia state of mind!" thais chirped.
"russia state of mind..? that's even more interesting?" cindy was confused. "yeah yeah!!" thais sang. "alright.?" cindy said as she walked over to her parked car.
"anyway, anywhere else you've ever wanted to go?" "i've always wanted to go to like amusement parks and.. oh! an arcade?" thais spoke out her thoughts.
"amusement parks are quite expensive, why don't we go to an arcade?" cindy offered kindly, "for real?!" thais exclaimed, she almost hit her head on the car door bouncing excitedly.
"be careful!" cindy laughed, "how about we go tomorrow? we need to clean you up first," cindy said after calming down her laughs.
"yeah yeah," thais nodded, agreeing. "do i stink or something??" thais realised after processing cindy's words.
"nooo..?" cindy suspiciously exaggerated the 'o'.
"bit-" "would you look at the time? let's go home it's getting so late!" cindy joked, "it's literally 1pm??" thais looked over at the time on the car.
"i was joking thais.." cindy said, turning her keys and immediately starting the car. she gripped on the steering wheel and started driving out of the car park.
cindy and thais chatted a lot during the ride home, having very much chatting about the day tomorrow or generic things.
"here's my humble abode," cindy welcomed thais through the car window. opening the door for thais.
"woah! it's so pretty," thais looked around outside the house. it was extremely beautiful to look at. thais immediately ran in, she wanted to explore the wonderful house.
'holy crap,' cindy thought as she got out of the car. she got out and locked the car door.
cindy ran into her house, obviously shutting and locking the door. "jesus thais!" cindy shouted as she ran in, kicking off her shoes.
"where'd you go?" cindy looked around, her head moving sharply whenever she turned her head to specifically look at something. "i'm in the bathroom!!" thais shouted back, her voice was a bit muffled.
"ahh, okay," cindy was relieved. she had a guest room that thais could sleep in until further notice. the toilet flushed loudly from the other side, she heard footsteps come towards her.
"where am i sleeping?" thais asked, "in the guest bedroom until we figure something out okay?" cindy suggested, "i'll put your clothes in the closet and i'll show you around," cindy added.
cindy then realised that she left all the clothes and whatever she bought in the car, groaning at the sudden memory she scuffled towards outside. hastily unlocking the door and leaving the house with sandals on that she just put on.
'i don't usually forget, how did i-' cindy cursed under her breath for being an idiot. unlocking the trunk, she pulled out all the bags.
thais peeked outside the front door and decided to be a good friend and help cindy out with the poor heavy bags. she trotted over and grabbed some of the bags cindy was holding.
"thanks thais," cindy appreciated thais' effort, "let's go in," cindy balanced the bags and locked the car with a 'click!'
as they entered the house, cindy kicked the door closed gently and also kicking off her sandals or whatever.
thais followed the same procedure of kicking off shoes. with thais' other free hand, she locked the door and set the bags down at the kitchen island.
