...
(I know Midoriya's face doesn't have scars and all might is dead in this fanfic, but the general idea of the interrogation is there).

Midoriya focused his eyes some more and realized who was standing at the door.
It was Aizawa and Tsukauchi.

"For a psychopath he looked peaceful while asleep" Tsukauchi thought to himself as he walked up to the table and sat down.
Aizawa stood besides Tsukauchi to begin the interrogation.

"Were you freaks staring at me in my sleep?
Weirdos" Midoriya hissed as everything came back to him.
He realized where he was, what was happening, and the fact he couldn't move.

But he wasn't too worried.

He got no response from the 2, not even a reaction.
He knew they were mad.

And it made him want to laugh.

A little grin made Its way onto Midoriya's face and was there to stay.

"Okay Izuku Midoriya.
You have killed around 1230 people.
Why?
What was the reason?
What is your conviction?" Tsukauchi began.

"One question at a time, dang.
My reason?
I felt happy whenever I did, I wanted to be happy.
That's all to it" Midoriya replied, malice practically cinched through the air. It radiated off of him.

It sent shivers down Tsukauchi and Aizawa's backs as well as the police watching from behind the glass.

The innocent smile on his face didn't match the detrimental energy he was giving off.

"My quirk is telling me that's true...

Moving on then...

Where is Hawks?".

"Pfft, why would I tell you?" Midoriya chuckled.
"This isn't a joke, you villain.
Tell us where Hawks is before things get serious" Tsukauchi hissed.

"And what're you going to do if I don't?
Torture me?

Go ahead, whatever you do won't be as bad as what the commission put me through" Midoriya replied with a grin.

"Tch, before we get into forcing the answers out of you tell us where he before things get worse for you.
I can promise, the torture we give you will be worse than whatever you went through at the commission" Tsukauchi threatened.

"No"

"Tell us"

"No".

They turned off the main lights and brought a super bright light down, directly on Midoriya.
It was intense interrogation time.

"Tell us where Hawks is immediately!" Tsukauchi spat as he stood up, leaning his arm on the table staring Midoriya right in the eyes.

Midoriya stared right back, he wasn't scared.
There wasn't an execution order on him, and considering AFO killed more and was just sent to Tartarus he wasn't worried about death.

Tsukauchi on the other hand didn't know how long he could keep staring at Midoriya, it was just so threatening to be under his gaze...

"No" Midoriya hummed in a sing song tone.
He was purposefully angering them.

"You leave us no choice then...
Yukio, come take stand while I go get the devices" Tsukauchi sighed as he walked out.

Another man walked in, he was in a police outfit.
He stood there by Aizawa, staring Midoriya down.

"What's so dangerous about him?
You look uneasy, it makes no sense.
We have power over him" Yukio asked as he stared at Aizawa.

Midoriya was still grinning.

"He's...
Much stronger than what he shows..." Aizawa said.

"Tch, he can't do much locked up, look"
Yukio pulled out a gun and tried to shoot Midoriya's hand that was rested on the table.
Midoriya quickly moved his hand, avoiding the bullet.
It bounced off the metal table, it would've hit Midoriya's head if not for his reflexes.

It hit the walk behind him instead.

Yukio's eyes widened, "what the-
How??"

"I told you, he doesn't show just how strong he is...
That's what's dangerous about him." Aizawa replied.

Tsukauchi came walking back In, signing Yukio off.
He walked up to Midoriya and put 3 shock collars on him.

2 on his wrists and one on his neck.

"Just a shock collar..?
Wow" Midoriya let a laugh slip past his lips as he watched Tsukauchi take his stand by Aizawa.

Midoriya was very much used to the shocking pain of the collar.

Aizawa furrowed his brows at the statement, did the commission use shock collars?
He knew they tortured them, however he never actually saw what was on the disc.
He never knew what they did exactly.

"Izuku Midoriya.
Tell us where Hawks is.
Now."

"No~" Midoriya prepared himself as he watched Tsukauchi raise the remote and zap him at 25% capacity.
It wasn't the collar's full potential.

Midoriya didn't even flinch.
The shock collar wasn't hurting him as much as Tsukauchi had anticipated.
While it did actually kinda sting, it wasn't too painful.

To Midoriya, it felt like some bad pinching.

"Is that its full potential, pfft?" Midoriya said.
Tsukauchi and Aizawa's eyes widened, not flinching was one thing but...

Laughing through the "pain" was another thing entirely.

"It's not at its full potential, I was giving you a chance.
Now.

Where is Hawks?!"

"I'll never say."

Tsukauchi raised the pain to 50%.
Midoriya still didn't flinch.
However he was tenser.

The pain now felt like some burning on his arms and neck, however not as hot as Toya's flames or even shoto's.
They were like flakes of fire landing on skin.

"Hawks's location!"

"The location of my base is never escaping my lips."

Tsukauchi amped it up to 75%.
Midoriya still sat there.

While it did hurt definitely a bit more, it wasn't the worst thing he's ever experienced.
If anything, on the pain scale he's ever went through.

From 1-10, 10 being the worst pain 1 being the least pain, this shock collar made it on a 1 of what he went through.

Shock collars were the blessings of a punishment when it came to the commission.

"WHERE IS HE!?"

Midoriya stayed silent, continuing to smoke as he knew it ticked them off.
It made him happy to anger them.

Tsukauchi amped it up to a hundred, Midoriya was unfazed...

"WHERE IS HAWKS!?"

"Somewhere...

in..

the world" Midoriya laughed.

Tsukauchi rubbed the bridge of his nose, the shock collar wasn't working.
That was the highest form of torture they had to use on villains his age, they couldn't use the other things cause he was literally just a teen.

However for a teen, he committed some...

Horrible acts.

Tsukauchi stopped the shocking and removed the collars.
He walked out with Aizawa, it was time to regroup.

Midoriya sat there, staring at the viewing window with a grin.
He could see his reflection in the mirror.

Aizawa sat with the other officers, waiting for Tsukauchi to come up with an idea for him to confess.

"That kid...

Worries me.

Just the look on his face, it's like he's silently plotting against the world" an officer spoke up.

"Knowing Midoriya he probably is...
He isn't someone to undermine, never drop your guard around him.
Understood?

He'll take it to his advantage.
He's smart, strong, and takes everything he can to his advantage.
Then add on the fact he's a sadistic psychopath and you have an overpowered villain.

He's too young for the other torture method to be used on him so they're going to try a different method." Aizawa explained.

"He's killed over 1k people, why can't the harsher methods be used?"

"Legal reasons"

The officer sighed in frustration.
The longer they waited the longer Hawks was starving.

"I have 5 cuffs on each arm and leg
My chest and back are chained down to the metal chair.
If I wanted to escape I'd have to weaken the cuffs first then break them all at once and attack.

If I can just break the quirk cancellers I'll be good.
How do I break them subtly so I can leave when it's time?
I can't attempt anything right now, I have to wait until they bring in other methods where they have to turn off the cameras.

Then using my suit, I can use one of the gadgets to slowly weaken the chains around me in total.
It'll break the quirk-canceling abilities and I'll be able to escape properly.

It's a good thing I designed this suit yesterday.
Or however long I was knocked out for" Midoriya thought to himself as he continued to stare off at them.

Tsukauchi came walking back in holding a cat carrier, a cup of coffee, and some kind of slip.
Beforehand he has turned off the cameras, it was needed for what they were about to do.
Aizawa came in as well and locked the door.

Midoriya was intrigued, what was all of this?

"Midoriya.

You see this slip?" Tsukauchi asked as he placed the cat carrier in the ground and a cup of coffee at the center of the table.
He held the slip right in the air.

Midoriya nodded his head.

"This slip will reduce your jail time.
All you have to do is tell us where Hawks is".
They were trying to bribe him.

Midoriya adjusted himself in his seat, secretly activating a gadget of his.

"And how long exactly am I expected to stay without that slip?"

"For life"

"And with it?"

"Until you're 50".

Midoriya didn't like the offer.
"The answer is still No."

Tsukauchi groaned, "You said you liked coffee right?
If you tell us where Hawks is, during your jail time you'll be served that kind of coffee you like of choosing and once you get out we'll give you a lifetime supply"

"That's a lot of coffee.
Though, considering this is Tartarus we are talking about..
They would probably not treat me the best"

"Still.
No"

"How about, during your jail time.
Not only will you get unlimited coffee.
But you'll be put in a spacious room, no cuffed.
The only thing you'll be wearing is a quirk-canceling cuff.

You'll get to have any cat of your choice sit with you.
How about that?"

"Sounds like an insane asylum with therapy pets and coffee."

"Still.
No"

"Why won't you tell us where he is!?
There isn't any reason not to, he'll die!"

"Eh, he won't."

"If starvation, yes he will!"

"No.
He won't.

I already have a programmed system to feed him 3x a day." Midoriya said
He wasn't lying either.

Before he had been caught, Midoriya set up a system using one of Hawks feathers.
It was like a conveyer belt.
It would go to the kitchen, scan for food, pick up whatever was there, and feed it to Hawks.

"Hold on.
If you set all of that up then why are you keeping him in captivity!?
Wasn't your whole goal to kill him??"

"No.
The whole goal was to keep him out of the way, learn the difference."

"But why??"

Midoriya sighed, his old grim going back to his original stoicness.
It surprised the 2 how his face changed so fast.

"While Hawks did mess up with me, he helped me a lot.
However.
He's getting in the way of my happiness like the rest of you.

Even with the commission gone, the system is still corrupt.
The way you all treat villains is vile.

In the end, we're just fighting for our own happiness.
But when we try to get it, you heros pummel us into bloody pills and throw us in locked rooms to suffer.

Hawks is simply in the way, and since I don't want to kill him this is the best method.
Simple" Midoriya replied.

The last statements Midoriya said hit the 2 like a bullet.

The whole reason Midoriya was like this was because of the government...
Because of the corrupt system.

They pushed him to the point of no return, no sanity...
They made him the way he is...

It was their fault he was the villain he was to begin with.
It was the reason he was happy hurting others.

Heros never actually ever tried to help villains, to see why they did what they did.
They just threw them in locked rooms once they figured out their convictions.

They were never helping to begin with...
They only made things..

Worse.
