Dahlia looks up as she sees a boy standing in front of her. "Welcome to Jo's Diner. How may I help you?" She asks before he orders. "I'll be at that table," he says pointing at a table. "Okay," she says before he walks away. She gives the order to the back before waiting.
When it's done she takes him his food before taking off her apron. "You on your break?" The boy asks causing her to face him. "Yeah," she says with a smile. "You can sit with me," he says as she nods before sitting down across from him. "Nice boots by the way," he says as she laughs. "Thank you. I'm Dahlia," she says as he nods. "I know. It's on your tag, 007," he says as she sighs. "How did you know I was a spy?" She questions in a joking manner. "Aren't all brits?" He asks with a laugh.
"So, what's your name, funny guy?" Dahlia asks as she takes one of his fries. "Luke," he responds. "I'll see you around, Luke," she says getting up. "Wait, you're just gonna go. I think this is the worst date I've ever been on," Luke jokes.
"This wasn't a date," Dahlia explains. "Why not?" Luke asks before she walks up to him. "Cause I'm gay," she says as he nods. "Rad," Luke says as Dahlia nods. "Dahlia!" A voice calls as she sighs before turning. "Coming," she says before walking away.
