Ariana POV
This whole being pregnant thing ain't gone work out for me if this throwing up don't stop. I thought as a made my 4th trip to the bathroom. I had a whole afternoon planned with Tj and Meeka but I couldn't stop throwing up long enough to get dressed.
**Knock knock
"I'm coming" I yelled
I opened the door for Meeka and Terrence since she stayed at his house last night. They decided they was gone try the relationship thang, but Meeka refused to tell him that she was pregnant. I actually think that's why she wanted to go out today so I could be there.
"AYE why you not dressed" Tj Yelled
"Stop yelling"
"I'm not Ari"
"Mhhmm I'll be out in a minute" I said walking back into my room. I found a black long sleeve long shirt and some black tights. I put on my gold air maxs and big gold ear rings and the chain Christian bought me when we was dating.
"Ooo sis you got Style" Meeka said when I came out
"I just want to me comfortable" I said grabbing my red and gold Michael kors.
We went to a restaurant called Momma D's that is in downtown Atlanta.
"Ooh baby get the ribs so I can eat half yours and I'm gone get the double almighty steak burger" Meeka said jumping in her seat
"Man you not eating off my plate you don't need all that anyway"
I watched as they went back and forth. It reminded me of how me and Tj act together. It was so weird seeing them together but in a way, comforting. It's clear Terrence love her and I already know she crazy about him. It's like they meant for each other.
"Why you staring at us"? Meeka said interrupting my thoughts.
"It's nothing, it's just I was so mad at y'all for fucking behind my back, but now I'm happy it happened y'all psychotic selves deserve each other"
"Aww best friend you so sweet"
"Haha yeah I know"
"I'm sorry about that Ariana you know I wouldn't do that again right"? Terrence asked me
"of course. We good. I love you. You my other half."
As they brought our food out. I could tell Meeka was getting ready to tell him. She looked at me then kicked me under the table
"Ow bitch that hurt"
"I'm sorry Ari"
"Huh what y'all doing " Tj asked catching on late.
"Ari could you um"
"Really? Me"
"Please" she begged
"What y'all talking about" Terrence asked looking back and forth between us.

"What"?
"I'm gone be an aunt" I said smiling hard.
"What you mean"?
"I mean I'm gone have a niece or nephew"
"What are you taking about Ariana" he asked confused
I couldn't help but look at him like he was stupid. I glanced at Meeka who gave him the same face I did.
"Damn Terrence I'm pregnant" Meeka said speaking up
"Huh" he said with the same expression
"Ohh my God. Your gone be a father. Meeka gone be a Momma and I'm gone be an auntie" I said
Terrence went blank. I never seen my brother scared before but that's all his face had on it.....pure fear.
"Terrence aren't you happy" Meeka asked.
He didn't say nothing. But we was having a twin moment I could feel him counting the months in his head. I could since his doubt and I could tell he was getting ready to say something to piss Meeka off.
"Is it mine"? He spoke
Meeka didn't say nothing. She looked at me like I was supposed to have the answers.
"Yeah it is "I told Terrence cause Meeka was still looking at me.
"Man you lying" he said raising his voice"
"What the fuck you mean she lying". I asked.
"You mother Fucker I haven't slept with nobody but you in four months. And I'm three months pregnant. You do the Damn math nigga"
I looked at the tears run down her face as she walked out the restaurant. I got up and walked behind her. I heard the foot steps of Terrence right behind me but I didn't look back to confirm. When I got outside Meeka was already across the street. I broke out into a Sprint. I wrapped my arms around her but she pulled away from me.
"You lied to me you told me he was gone be happy. You told me he was still Gone love me. You a liar" she yelled at me.
I stood there shocked that I was the one getting yelled at I didn't say anything stupid.
"She not a liar. I am happy. And I do love you. It's just a surprise." Terrence said from behind me. "You don't have to worry about nothing I'm gone be there for you and my unborn. You ain't never gone want for nothing. You getting the world TaMeka".
She kissed my brother so passionately I was crying for them.
"Aww group hug" I said wrapping my arms around them.
"Come on Ari let me take you home" Terrence said interrupting our beautiful moment.
"Huh. What? Why I got to go home"
"We need some alone time" he answered me.

Terrence dropped me off. I was trying to unlock my door when my phone started ringing. I felt around for my phone with my key still in the lock.
"Ari"
"Who is this"?
"Dre."
"Why you not calling me from your phone"?
"It got lost".
"How?"
"That's a long story. But you need to get down here to the hospital"
"What? Why? Something wrong with Dee and the baby?"
"Not exactly"
"Then what?"
"I'll explain when you get here bye"
I pulled my keys out the hole and ran down the stairs to my Mercedes. A million thoughts was going through my head.
I pulled into the big parking lot of Emory university. I jumped out my car running into the emergency room entrance. I scanned the area until I found Dre standing by the double doors.
"What's going on" I asked.
He didn't say nothing he just walked through the doors and pushed the elevator button.
"Dre!" I asked as we stepped into the elevator"
We got to the the 4th floor. We got off the the elevator and a big blue sign said "TRAUMA UNIT"
"Andre" I yelled. He kept walking toward Dee though. I saw Jeremy and the football team In the little waiting room too. I looked at Cj and Christian's Momma starring at me. Then I finally saw the tears coming out of Meeka face and the worry on everybody else's.
"What's wrong with Christian"? I asked
"He got shot. Three times in the chest and once in the shoulder" Meeka said in between sobs.
I felt the room spinning and my heart racing. I could hear my heart beat in my throat and feel the wetness of tears on my cheek.
I felt Christian's mother wrap her arms around me. "He's in Surgery. We don't know nothing yet.
"Tell me What happen" I said.
"No body knows"his mom answered me.
I could see it on Dre's face. But he quickly looked away. I pulled myself out of her arms. I grabbed Dre by his shirt and pulled him into the hallway.
"Let go of me Ariana" he said pulling his big body away from me.
"Andre please" I begged.
I saw his Momma and Dee coming toward us through the tears In my eyes.
"What happen to my baby. Do you know Dre? If you do please tell me?" his mom asked
"I can't Momma"he answered back.
"Dre Damn you. Open your mother fucking mouth" she yelled at him
"A couple months ago Ariana was beaten really badly by two dudes. That day I killed one but the other got away. He came back into Christian's city so he had it coming. Well Chris and I was on our way to handle it. We was at a stop light and he came up blasting shots" he spoke softly
"You mean to tell me he got shot because of me?" I gasped
"No. He got shot going to protect you." Dre said
"if he really wanted to protect me he wouldn't of lied to me. Left me or hurt me." I said. I couldn't take it. I felt my body going weak and before I knew it I fell to the ground.
