Hadrian's POV

Hadrian made his way down the corridor, Lee not far behind him. "He seemed nice," he told her when she caught up.
"His aura was rather bright," she said in return. Hadrian simply smiled. Their conversations often went like this, making no sense to anyone but themselves.
"Do you think we're going to have to tell him?" Lee asked, pushing open a door. They both fell silent when they entered the office.

"Daniel, Alex. It's nice to see you again! Come for Hogwarts, I assume?" the head goblin asked.
"Hello, Ragnock. Yes we've come to get out supplies for Hogwarts, but have been told to use our proper names." Hadrian smiled at the goblin, taking a seat. Lee huffed, "I don't want to go to Hogwarts, though."
Ragnock looked surprised. "why not?"
"well, Hogwarts isn't a school where you are likely to be safe. The Potions master is an ex-Death Eater!"

Ragnock stared. "What...?" he asked Hadrian.
"She always does this. She's not very happy that she has to go to Hogwarts." Hadrian said with a shrug.
Lee mumbled something under her breath, before asking if it was time to withdraw some money.
"What did you say, Lee?" Hadrian asked her but got no answer. 'I'm sure she'll tell me at some point....'

————————————-—————————

Two short cart rides later, Hadrian and Lee were walking across road to where Draco was waiting.
"There you guys are! What was with the goblin?" Draco wore a giant smile, and Hadrian was sure he wore one similar. Draco continued, "And Gobbledook?! I only know of a few Purebloods who speak Gobbledook, and even they are rare!"
Lee simply shrugged, but Hadrian could feel her curling away from the question. It happened often, and not even Hadrian could break through her shields.

"Well, we had better get our supplies. Could I shop with you?" Hadrian smiled at Draco's talkative way, nodding.
"No problem."

Lee's POV

Hadrian and Draco were talking about something on the way to Madame Malkins. Lee, however, was attempting to look relaxed. She was anything but.
The question from Hadrian at Gringotts had caused her to be slightly wary - more than usual, I mean. 'of course he's fine with going to Hogwarts. His parents didn't disown him in front of hundreds of students! Or.... die there.'
Unbeknownst to Draco and Hadrian, Lee moved ahead of them, already being fit for her robes when the two boys entered.

"there you are, slow pokes." she said softly, her voice carrying on the slight breeze. It curled around Draco and Hadrian, causing the former to jump slightly.
Lee smirked, sending another message on the air asking why he jumped.
Unfortunately, Hadrian giggled and ruined the joke. "Come now Hadri! Why'd you have to give it away?" Lee pouted, then smirked at the look on Draco's face.
"Hogwarts as well, my dears? Come on, let's get you fitted." the voice of Madame Malkin rang through, breaking up the conversation.
