A figure is sitting in the middle of the room. He looked very lonely and his eyes are dull almost lifeless.

"Dame-Tsuna, what are you doing here?"

The hitman never get to hear the answer to that as the brunet say something else, "I know you've got the best intentions..." he started.

"Just trying to find the right words to say" The male smiled sourly. "I promise, I've already learned my lesson".

he turned his back as he saw them approaching, "But right now, I wanna be not okay" They halted.

"I'm so tired, sitting here waiting. If I hear one more 'Just be patient'—" His fists clenched before not so long later got unclenched in resign. "—It's always gonna stay the same" He chuckled bitterly.

"So let me just give up" He mutters.

"No, Jyuudaime!"

Yet the broken sky continues, "So let me just let go" he said even as they are now looking him right in the eye

"If this isn't good for me. Well... I don't wanna know" He averted his gaze once more, looking somewhat older than the primo himself.

"Let me just stop trying. Let me just stop fighting" They were at lost, somehow couldn't form any words. Not even Reborn.

"I don't want your good advice or reasons why I'm alright"

because he's not. It's been so long since he's not.

"Tsuna, listen here—" Yet the hitman was cut off by another murmur.

"You don't know what it's like" The brunet said, "You don't know what it's like!" Tone raised in anger, when he turned around, they shall see the tears that he can no longer hide.

Tch.

None of them dare to say a word. Taking the cue, The young don continue with his woe.

"Can't stop these feet from sinking. And it's starting to show on me" He can't stop himself from drowning. It's getting suffocating, really.

"You're staring while I'm blinking" he tilted his head again, a broken smile trying to assure them with a foul promise. It hurts. "But just don't tell me what you see"

"I'm so over. All this bad luck. Hearing one more 'Keep your head up'" He's openly crying. Tone softer than he ever did as he questions, "Is it ever gonna change?"

"It will, Tsuna. It'll change. We will change to be better together, ne?" Takeshi is hurting the most, he failed as his rain. As his friend. And hearing this... what ever this is. His own dark thoughts trying to take the chance to invades his trained mind.

"...let me just give up" Tsuna mumbled still, "...let me just let go"

"If this isn't good for me. Well, I don't wanna know" He sullenly admits. "Let me just stop trying. Let me just stop fighting. I don't want your good advice or reasons why I'm alright"

"Then we won't. We won't tell you anymore lies. Just Please..."

"You don't know what it's like." Sorrowful eyes stared back at them. "You don't know what it's like..."

'Yeah... we don't' They couldn't help but painfully admits, even if it wasn't a loud confession.

"Don't look at me like that" another chuckle, frankly they're starting to hate on hearing it. "Just like you understand" another blade pierced their own heart.

They know.

Slow but they realized that in reality they really don't.

"Don't try to pull me back" The broken sky said lastly.

"...Is that really what you desire, Tsuna?" Reborn voice boomed in that silence. The brunet never replied to him, and they never get the chance to say more things as they were forcefully taken by the light.

Their time is up...
