Today, I had decided I would take a drastic step...to find out more...it was very simple no one's  gonna stop me...because I am sick n tired of being the last person to know about anything that is about to happen.
                          
As usual I got ready for school because  I couldn't miss it anymore...but this doesn't mean I would let things slide.
                          
I entered Dad's room where he was sitting and peacefully...holy mother of God! Please let this work!
                          
AYANO- Morning Dad!
                          
JUGO- Good morning child! Ready for school?...don't miss it anymore!
                          
AYANO- Yeah! Dad...about that, I won't miss it but can I do sleepover at Yukari's house???...I really want to help her grandma.
                          
JUGO- Didn't you say she was already fine?
                          
Damn! How could I forget this!
                          
AYANO- Yeah she is! and as a Thank You gift! She wants to take good care of me! She's the one who suggested about his sleepover.
                          
Dad suddenly went into a deep thought that seemed like a trans..after which he snapped back.
                          
JUGO- Alright! but I want you home tomorrow morning!
                          
AYANO- Alrighty dad! Thank you ...You're the best!
                          
Sorry dad! I didn't wanna lie but you left me no choice!
                          
As usual I went to school but today the moto of going school was also different...I had to research...about a herb.
                          
Half a day had gone by and Yukari was more than excited to have me going for a sleepover even though she knew what my plan was...but luckily Nanase and Yukari had got everything under control. I must say, sometimes I feel a little to lucky to have these idiots as friends but that doesn't change the fact that they are idiots.
                          
All day long I was busy researching this herb that was apparently a specimen in our Biology lab. All I had to do was steal it...but Nanase had already done that for me.
                          
YUKARI'S HOUSE
                          
YUKARI- Do you need more?
                          
AYANO- Nah, this much should do...
                          
NANASE- I would've loved to taste these cookies only if the didn't look like rotten eggs.
                          
AYANO- Oh! Shut up! Nanase, This is the least I could do in such a short time...besides I just have to make sure that Yumi consumes these cookies...I don't give a damn about how it tastes.
                          
NANASE- but are you sure? They would allow you into the hospital this late? Are you sure Kazuma won't find out? Are you sure--
                          
AYANO- Enoughhh! No! I cannot be sure of a few things that is why it is called risk dummy! and why are you here for? If Kazuma or my dad comes to check on me....you are the substitute Ayano! Don't eat my head and go wear your wig n get ready! I will be leaving in a few minutes.
                          
This was the plan, Nanase plays Ayano while I become Aiko and give these truth herbed cookies to Yumi...Nanse will become Ayano.....I know I sound desperate but I want to know who she is and what's going on!
                          
∽A few moments later∼
                          
AYANO- ok! All the best both of you! I know you can do it!
                          
YUKARI- Of course! It's gonna be great...and our names will also be in the history for  helping Ayano Kannagi  in her love story!
                          
AYANO- Oh shut up! Yukari!
                          
She's a typical over reactor!
                          
I quickly rush over to the hospital...call it a hurt on my ego or just my curiosity, All I know is I'm desperate to prove her wrong. I am desperate to prove that she isn't what she seems to be...why do I think so?...I dunno It's just a feeling.
                          
Luckily I had an easy access to Yumi's room. Looks like visiting her continuously for a week had some effect after all. To my surprise Yumi was awake and Kazuma was nowhere to be found!
                          
I had no idea what made me happy? Yumi staying awake that eased my task OR Kazuma not being round Yumi. All I knew was, that I was happy.
                          
Yumi instantly flashes a smile after seeing me, I keep myself together so that that smile of hers doesn't melt me at all and instead of interrogating her I start sympathizing with her.
                          
YUMI- Aikkooo! You're here! I was getting bored.
                          
AYANO- Hi Yumi! See what I got you...cookies!
                          
YUMI- I don't want cookies...let's play!
                          
AYANO- Y-yeah! but I specially made them for you, they look terrible I know but why don't you taste them.. the taste is heavenly.
                          
YUMI- Nooo!...First play with me.
                          
Damnn! She's not as easy as I thought she was...
                          
AYANO- Alright! I'll Play one game but then promise me you'll eat these cookies?
                          
YUMI- Promiseeeeee!!
                          
I played with her for god knows how long? that one game became a few games and she still refused to eat these special cookies, right now..I started to feel as if my hard work had gone into vain.
                          
YUMI- Do you feel that?
                          
AYANO- Huh! What?
                          
YUMI- Shhhhh! I think we're gonna die today!
                          
AYANO- What!!!???---
                          
She wasn't wrong! I felt it too...I just pretended to ignore it assuming it was Kazuma...but how did she sense it?...This made me sure that she isn't who she is being right now! There's something more to Yumi.
                          
Why did Yumi say that?...Are they going to die?...Who's behind them?...What's wrong with the mysterious village?
                          
AUTHOR'S NOTE- Heyyyy! I know ! I know...it's been very long since I posted....I was actually busy writing my other fanfic..Flower Of Autumn....and I successfully finished it...that is why I'm back...I'm here with some amazing ideas for this fanfic and don't worry Kazuma and Ayano lovers....I won't put it on hold anymore...I will finish it this time...Sorry for the delay though....and thanks for still waiting for me to continue this story...means a lot!
