Obito and Kakashi flashed around at a rapid speed, as Rose analyzed everything with her sharingan.

It was then, that she saw everything.

Obito held his large shuriken, Kakashi with his chidori in hand.

Both men's faces were contorted in anger and stress as they inched closer and closer, Rose's eyes widening.

Before either of them could react, Rose stood between them, blocking Obito's massive shuriken as his rinnegan and sharingan analyzed her face.

Her face had sadness, anger, and one he'd never really seen before...pure and utter determination. Determination to protect someone.

Obito couldn't stop.

As the large shuriken plunged into the Uchiha's torso, an image flashed before Kakashis eyes.

Obito was Kakashi, Rose was Rin, and he...he was the defenseless Rose who stood by and watched her friend be slaughtered before her eyes.

Rose was shoved into Kakashi, her blood splashing onto the floor as she held a strong face, not a single once of pain to be read.

She wasn't the Rose Obito once knew. She was...she had emotions. Sure, he had seen her emotions before but this was pure and raw.

The shuriken slightly stabbed into Kakashi as his chidori was unable to stop.

Both men had plunged their attacks directly through Rose, as the three skidded backwards.

Rose shook as the lightning died down around Kakashi's hand, both of their eyes widening as Rose stared Obito directly in the eyes.

Her onix eyes suddenly filled with tears, dropping down her face as she dropped her head, slumping down to her knees, bringing the boys with her.

"E-ever since I joined t-the team...I learned t-things about myself I never knew..." Rose coughed out, Rin's face flashing across both of the men's eyes as tears slid down her bloody face. "I-I made friends...good...friends...and- and I learned emotions..."

Blood dropped down the Uchiha's chin, as her eyes slowly lidded. "I-I learned..."

Kakashi and Obito's eyes widened.

"I learned...I-I really can have emotions..."

A small sob escaped her lips, as both men stared at each other.

"I learned...how to love...and that I-I'm human." Rose shook, her eyes almost fully closed as she smiled sadly.

"Thank you...Obito, and...Kakashi...I could never repay...you..." her sharingan imprinted eyes slipped closed, the young woman going limp as Kakashi and Obito slowly pulled their weapons from her torso.

Rose had never called Kakashi by his first name, and it had been years since she had called Obito by his real name...

The Uchiha fell to her back, her black hair sprawled around her, a look of peace and happiness spread on her face.

"Rose..." Kakashi breathed out as he looked up at Obito.

Obito stared at the ground, slowly trailing up as he looked at Kakashi. "I...

I did love her."

Kakashi's eye widened at his words, as Obito sighed. "But I now no longer have a heart, therefore this pain is nothing."

Both men's heads turned as two small giggles were heard, as two young twelve year olds stood beside them.

Rose looked up at Kakashi with wide and happy eyes, as Rin looked at Obito with a large warm smile.

Both girls giggled as they ran off, but not before turning to both men.

"See you!" Rin laughed as Rose smiled widely.

"Goodbye boys! And...thank you." Rose said with a smile as she turned, before vanishing into the darkness of the alternate time space.

"Kakashi..." Obito said slowly as Kakashi looked up. "Let's finish this."

"All I can give you Obito...

Is death."

-

Minato slashed Obito, as black zetsu took over half his body.

Minato's eyes widened as he saw Obito, but his facing shocking into a look of horror as a black form swirled behind Obito. "Sensei-" Obito called as his body flew through the air.

Obito fell to the round, just as the mass took shape.

It was Rose. "Sensei, I do not have much time." Rose called as his eyes widened. "I must tell you. I should have listened to your warnings. I lied, I killed, I hurt...but I must tell you something Sensei."

Minato stared at Rose's shadow clone as she looked him directly into his reanimated eyes. "Stop Hanabusa at all costs. If my shadow seal breaks, she will be over taken...and...she...will... die...." The clone slowly sunk away as Minato's eyes stayed wide.

"What makes you think this war is over yet, my fellow traitor?"

-

A massive vine looked over the eerie battfield, as the bright red moon glowed above it.

The five Kage came flying in on Gaara's sand, looking over the oddly quiet battlefield.

Hundreds of shinobi laid entwined in the trees roots, everyone left still engulfed in Naruto's red chakra.

Obito floated above the dead shinobi, as he finalized his ten tailed jinchuriki form.

Finally, a yell broke the silence. "Hirumo!!" Hana screamed as he looked up at her.

"Why? Why...are you crying...you know it's not the real me...and yet..." Hirumo choked out as tears flowed down her face.

"I don't care what you are, but I don't want to loose you too! You're all I have left!" Hana cried as he looked up at her.

"Lady Rose has died...my mission has been... completed..."

Rose kneeled next to Hirumo, his breathing shallow as the young boy looked up at the woman. "Please..."

"I know Hirumo, I know." Rose said calmly as she brushed his hair from his white eyes. "I will transfer your eyes to my demon shadow clone. From there, you can live on."

"Thank you..." Hirumo said quietly as Rose nodded.

"Your mission, is to stay alive until the very day I die, or, when Hanabusa unlocks the peak of her power."

"Take care of my eyes...please..."

Hana watched as her brother melted away, forming into the shadows as she looked up.

"Hana...your chakra is near to nothing. Do not continue on..." Ruka said sadly as Hana nodded.
