Ok so maybe it's not the ending you wanted. Maybe it was. I don't know.
For them, it was never going to be a happy ending. They could never be together, we all knew it.
No matter how innocent and loving Yoongi's intentions were.
Yoongi got to live out his delusions for one week but in the end justice had to be restored and he would have to serve his punishment. Likewise for Areum.
