"How could you.."

                                    

                                          
Its been a few days after Josie left for a trip while everyone else stayed at the school.Everyone missed her but not as much as hope. All she could think about was the kiss she and josie shared that night on her birthday.
                          
"I'm sorry guys, I won't be home anytime soon" Josie apologizes, feeling bad.
                          
"It's okay jo we know your busy" Hope says, reassuring josie that they're okay.
                          
"I have a gift for you guys, but I'll only show it when I get back" Josie says smiling.
                          
"We miss you jo," Lizzie says smiling
                          
"I miss you too" Josie says, with tears in her eyes.
                          
After they get off the phone with josie, they all go their separate ways.
                          
"Hey hope" Lizzie says 
                          
"Hm?" Hope asks turning around to face lizzie
                          
"Josie texted me and asked us to clean out our room for her since she's going to be home for a few days" Lizzie suggests, raising one eyebrow
                          
"Oh uh of course Ill help" Hope smiles before standing up and follows lizzie
                          
The girls walk in and start cleaning everything.
                          
"I'll go get more bags, brb" Lizzie says, leaving the room
                          
Hope nods and grabs a book.
                          
"My songbook" Is what it says.
Hope smiles and opens it, reading the book.One song grabbed her attention. She starts singing
                          
"I wish we were together but it's just not meant to be, My heart wrote a little song for you so why don't you sing along and dance with me to the rhythm..I know what you want to do so please don't ignore me just tell how you  feel..I waited days and hours trying to get your attention I just want to know if I'm in your mentions" Hope sings softly and smiles at the lyrics.
                          
"I didn't know hope mikaelson could sing so well" Lizzie says, laughing then gives hope some bags.
                          
"Oh sorry I just found this book so I decided to read it" Hope says giving lizzie the songbook.
                          
"Oh this is Jo's songbook..She wrote in this alot before" Lizzie smiles before putting the book in a drawer.
                          
"A songbook? Who is she writing about? Is it me or Landon? Is it Raph or MG?" Hope thinks to herself.
                          
"She said it was about Landon but I don't think it is anymore" Lizzie says, noticing hope is lost in thought
                          
"Then who is it about?" Hope looks at lizzie with a raised eyebrow.
                          
"Mm Im not sure, but it must be someone she knows since she didn't hide it well" Lizzie suggests sitting down.
                          
"That's cool, I'm going to go take a break bye" Hope walks out with the book.
                          
"Byeee" Lizzie waves before facetiming Sebastian
                          
In hope's room
                          
Hope walks into her room and writes the lyrics down on a different note book then sits. She looks at the rest of the lyrics and laughs. After a while, she thinks about her and josie's kiss on her bed. Hope sits up and pictures that night when they kissed.
                          
"Oh my god, I'm a terrible person" Hope says, realizing her and Landon never broke up.
                          
Hope still had feelings for Landon but loved josie even more or that's what she think.
