Ian and Mickey had went over to the hospital last night, Mickey was stressed not knowing what he was going to do with the babies now that their Mother had died and he was the only parent left.

Sitting on a chair next to two baby cribs in the hospital with Ian asleep, Laying on his shoulder, Mickey sat there thinking of all the possible solutions.

In walked one of the nurses.

"Good morning Mr. Milkovich." She said.
"Morning." Mickey replied looking over at the nurse.
"Have you thought of what you are going to name them?" The nurse asked.

Mickey looked over at the cribs and back over at the nurse. "no, not yet."

"That's okay you still have a couple of hours." The nurse smiled. "They will be ready to go home in a couple of days. I'm truly sorry for your loss."

Mickey sighed. "Yeah, Thank you."

The nurse smiled and then left out the room.
Mickey just sat there staring blankly at the wall for a couple of minutes until Ian woke up.
Lifting his head off Mickeys shoulder he rubbed his eyes.

Mickey looked over at the boy and smiled. "Morning."
Ian smiled back. "Good morning!" He said.
"You're in a good mood." Mickey said noticing Ian's happiness.

Ian got up from the chair he sat at and walked over to the two cribs. "Why wouldn't I be? Look at these two babies."
"We need to choose the names still... They're both boys right?" Mickey said.

Ian walked over back to Mickey. "Yeah Twin boys."
Mickey sighed. "Ian we can't raise both of them."
Ian frowned. "Yes we can Mick, We can't split them up."

Mickey looked at Ian, He knew how bad Ian wanted this but He also knew it was never going to work, Raising two kids and keeping track of Ian and mental state.

"You know we can't Ian." Mickey replied.
Ian sat down next to Mickey and held his hand. "You're their dad Mickey."
Mickey looked down at His and Ian's hand. "I know.." He said looking back over at the two cribs. Ian was right, Mickey couldn't just abandon them. "I guess we could do it, Though it wouldn't be too simple.

Ian smiled and kissed Mickeys cheek. "I've already thought of some Names!"
Mickey smiled. "Let's hear them."

"So i've ran my list down two my favorite pair of names." Ian started. "There's Aiden and Caden, Then theres Jerome and Jeremiah."
"I like them." Mickey said. "I think Jerome and Jeremiah fits them more though."
"That's what i was thinking!" Ian said with joy.
"So is that what we're choosing?" Mickey asked Ian.

"Well yeah but, We still need Middle names," Ian replied. "We should name one after their mom, what was her name?"
Mickey thought for a minute. "Honestly, I forgot. I think like Sophia or something that starts with and s."
Ian rolled his eyes, "How do you forget the mother of your children name?".

"Well I mean i hooked up with her month ago, It was really just a hookup." Mickey answered.
"Well then I guess we can name one after you, How about; Jerome Mikhailo Milkovich" Ian said.

"Jeremiah Ian gallagher." Mickey said after.
"They can't have two different last names." Ian stated
"Sure they can." Mickey insisted.

"It's confusing, Let's stick with Jerome Mikhailo Milkovich and Jeremiah Ian Milkovich" Ian replied.
"Well fine I guess." Mickey rolled his eyes sarcastically.

Ian smiled. "I'll go get the nurse!" He said running out the room.
Mickey smiled as he watched Ian run out, Maybe this wouldn't be so bad after all? Wouldn't hurt to try.

Three days later, It was finally time to take them home, Ian would talk about this day nonstop. Ian also told the Gallaghers and they were all supportive, Even Lip, Or he was faking it but I mean at least he didn't start anything with Mickey again.

"Mickey hurry!" Ian shouted from the living room.

Mickey was in the bathroom brushing his teeth, Ian had gotten ready at 5am even though there was no actual time they had to be there.
Mickey spat in the sink and wiped his mouth off. Walking into the living room he saw Ian who stood there by the door.
"Jeez it's not like we're going to be late or anything." Mickey said picking up the car keys.

Ian rolled his eyes. "I put the car seats in the car already." He said with a smile.
Kev and V had given them to Ian considering their twins didn't need them any more.
"Now let's go!" Ian said opening the door and walking out.
Mickey followed behind him and got into the car.

At the hospital Mickey stood in the room waiting for the nurse as Ian put the babies in the carrier.

"Look at them they're so cuteee." Ian smiled.
"Yeah." Mickey said as one of the nurses walked in with a bag.

"Here are some of the essential stuff you'll be needing; Diapers, Milk, Pacifiers, and more." The nurse said handing the bag to Mickey.
Mickey grabbed the bag. "Thank you." He said.
"Good luck to you guys!" The nurse smiled before leaving out the room.

Mickey had signed some papers and all before taking them home. He had to admit he was not ready for this at all but, He would get through it.

"Here hold the bag I'll get the car seats." Mickey said handing Ian the bag.
"Okay." Ian said grabbing the bag.
Mickey picked up both of the carriers and followed Ian as he went out the room and out the hospital.
Reaching the car Mickey sat the carriers down and opened the door.

"I'll sit back there with them." Ian said still full of joy,
"Are you sure?" Mickey asked.
"Yes i'm sure." Ian smiled putting one of the car seats in the car, The babies still asleep.
"Okay.." Mickey replied.

Ian looked at Mickey and smiled. "Don't be so stressed everything is going to be okay." He said walking over to Mickey and holding his hand.
Mickey smiled and kissed Ian's head. "You're right." He said.

"Of course I'm right." Ian said picking up the other carrier and putting it in the car.

Mickey then got into the car and started it once Ian was in and had strapped both the kids in.

"Ready?" Ian asked Mickey.

"More ready then I'll ever be." Mickey said.

Then he drove off and started their way home.
