A/N: I've been writing a couple fillers like this because they're funny and cute

Ivy:

"How hard is it to fail that class, Adrian? I don't understand," I questioned him as we were walking out of the library. The two of us were walking down the hallway before dinner after I had helped him with our last History of Magic assignment.

"Look, it's not my fault that every time I walk into that class, a little piece of me dies inside," he groaned as we turned the corner.

"I get it, believe me, but it's not exactly a difficult class."

"Whatever, I'm dropping it next year it doesn't even matter. Anyway, thanks for helping me," he shrugged.

"Sure, I can't have your grades slipping or Snape won't let you play." We walked down the marble steps, the sound of voices from the Great Hall getting louder.

"True," the brunette nodded, "Anyway, I'm meeting Flint and Alyssa, you coming?" We stopped in front of the Great Hall.

"No, I left my jersey in the locker room, I'll meet you guys in a couple minutes." He nodded and walked into the hall while I continued on down to the locker rooms. I entered the smelly room to see a few of the Gryffindors still packing up from practice.

"Hey Caddell," Fred nodded his head as I walked over to the bench to grab my green jersey. "I think you might be interested to know that your boyfriend is in the hospital wing right now," he smirked.

"Oh God, why?"

"Ollie broke his hand during practice," he replied casually as he packed up his bag.

"Of course he did," I sighed and rolled my eyes. "Thanks, Weasley," I nodded to him before heading up to the hospital wing. I had to push past a couple people who were walking down to dinner, and my stomach began to growl at the thought of food. Still, I persevered through the hunger and continued up to the hospital wing.

Finally, I arrived at the hospital doors and sought out Oliver. I spotted him in the fourth bed, sitting up against the pillows as he talked to Madam Pomfrey. He was still wearing his practice jersey and his hair was all tousled up.

"Come to visit me?" He grinned as I walked over to his bed. Pomfrey left his bed to examine a young Hufflepuff girl as I approached him.

"You're stupid," I smirked and leaned down to kiss him.

"I prefer the word 'dedicated,'" he grinned back as we pulled away.

"No, I'm pretty sure you're just stupid."

"Well if being stupid means you'll come visit me in the hospital wing, then I'll take it," he smirked and I rolled my eyes.

"Don't get your hopes up. You want me to bring you anything from dinner?" I asked.

"No it's fine I'll be out here in like ten minutes anyway, just have to wait for the Skele-grow to kick in."

"I'll wait with you." I pulled a chair over to the side of his bed and sat down, looking around the room. There were two other students in beds, the Hufflepuff girl and a Ravenclaw girl. I turned back to Oliver to notice him staring at me. "What?"

"You look pretty today."

"Excuse me? Do I not always?" I gave him a fake look of annoyance.

"You just look especially pretty today," he grinned.

"I think that Skele-grow is messing with your poor little head," I gave him a sympathetic look and ran my fingers through his messy hair.

"Merlin, why can't you ever just take a compliment?" He groaned, rolling his eyes. Before I had a chance to answer, Madam Pomfrey called from the Hufflepuff's bed.

"Mr. Wood you are free to go, just come back to me tomorrow morning so I can check you."

"I know the drill," he smirked and she rolled her eyes.

"Unfortunately you do." He rolled out of the bed, stretched, and pulled me out of my chair. As we walked out together, I could hear Madam Pomfrey muttering under her breath about how often Oliver visits to the hospital wing.

"I think she's gonna be relieved when you leave Hogwarts," I laughed as we walked down the hallway.

"Nah, Poppy loves me."

"Poppy?" I looked at him in shock, "Do I need to add Pomfrey to the list of girls I'm competing with?"

"No," he smirked, "You don't have any competition," before putting an arm around my shoulder as we walked to dinner. We entered the Great Hall and parted ways, my stomach growling louder as I walked over to my table. The sight of hot food was salivating.

"Hey," I sat down next to Meghan at our usual end of the table.

"Hey, Thomas was just dared into a game of chess, loser had to jump into the black lake."

"No way. Who's he playing against?" I asked while cutting a slice of kidney pie.

"That Ravenclaw, Henry" she nodded in the direction of the Ravenclaw table.

"Oh Thomas," I sighed, shaking my head, "He's going to lose, isn't he?"

"Of course he will," she smirked before loading potatoes onto her plate.

"Did you hear anything else interesting?"

"Yeah, listen to this, this Hufflepuff girl said she went out with Cedric Diggory, but apparently she lied and they never actuallly went out. He found out today and got pissed at her for spreading the rumor, it was quite funny actually, Hufflepuffs get all frantic when they're mad. Anyway I heard he fancies a Gryffindor girl." My eyes widened at this.

"Who?" I asked before taking another bite, thinking about Oliver's friends.

"No clue, he didn't say. You have any breaking news?" She asked. I wracked my brain, trying to recall the day's events.

"Wait! Yes I do, I can't believe I forgot about it." I went into detail about overhearing Snape chastise two Ravenclaws for 'performing inappropriate activities' in an empty classroom.

After dinner and our little gossip sesh, we went up to the library with some of the Slytherins and Ravenclaws to watch Thomas lose his chess match. We knew he needed the moral support.

Sure enough, our friend lost miserably to the Ravenclaw (it was stupid of him to accept the dare in the first place) and would have to jump into the lake over the weekend. We laughed about his stupidity all the way back to the common room before settling in for the night.
