I need to have a little chat with a certain someone, certain fox maybe. Just something I recently found out through Wilbur, and might I say the way he sounded was off... he almost sounded hurt. After our splendid little conversation, I need to speak with Fundy to see what his thoughts are on the matter. Wilbur is like my older brother, I know the whole family tree on the DreamSMP is confusing as hell but we're not related. I just have this special brotherly bond with him like we were actually siblings- anyway I'm getting off track. I'm pissed.

I do it in secret because I don't want Wilbur to worry, since he just told me everything. I don't want him to try and persuade anyone to think something different just because of what one person said, a lot to take in, I know. Wilbur is a good person, deep down he really is. He took the wrong exit but he's making it back, just taking another route. That's all.

Finally. Fundy just joined the call and it takes everything in me not to yell at him at the top of my lungs, like Tommy. It would be funny though, Fundy hates it when he does that because of his sensitive little fox ears. Off topic for just a second, I don't see the need to call him a furry if you want to make fun of him. He's a fox, not a furry. You can call him a furry but I personally don't see it. Anyway, let's have a little chat.
                          
"Fundy. I'm giving you one chance."
"Okay...?"
"So I just talked to Wilbur-"
"I can explain!"
                          
He suddenly shouts before I can even finish, so he is guilty.. noted. I look back in game and see him running over to me at the lovely little balloons Wilbur just made. Hiding chickens under slabs with leads is smart, like the balloons are tied down. I love it when Wilbur builds, how excited he gets when the build looks good, but it's always to impress someone. Like he even needs to, he's amazing, he shouldn't have to go out of his way for someone else's benefit. Like Fundy.
                          
"Adoption?! By Eret? Out of all people, you choose a past traitor of L'manburg?!"
"He changed though, he's doing this to prove himself!"
"So Wilbur can't have the same chance as Eret than, huh?"
                          
I tone my voice down to make sure he hears me properly. Wilbur made a mistake and he's trying to make up for it. Eret made a mistake and he "made up for it" by fighting in the war, apparently. Does he not realize Eret used to work for one of the enemies? He betrayed us because Dream gave him a fucking crown. But then, then, he just gave it back for friendship of everyone he betrayed, then why did he even betray us in the first place?
                          
"Well Eret wasn't my father so it didn't hurt as much..."
                          
Well shit, now I feel bad... slightly. He turned down his voice, too, to match with mine. I honestly don't know what to think. I can agree that both Eret and Wilbur are genuinely good people... Wilbur is like my brother and Eret was the first person I came out to, since he was a part of the lgbtq community. But that doesn't mean they can't change.
                          
"That doesn't mean you can just replace him."
"I'm not replacing him because he's DEAD!"
"My dad died and I didn't try and replace him, now did I?!"
                          
Sadly, it's true. My father died before I was introduced to everyone, my biological father. I wasn't there when it happened, so I don't have much from him. Philza acts like my dad, but he's kind of a dad to everyone. Pill even asked me once if he or someone else could fill in the whole dad role that I don't have anymore, but no one was like him. I didn't replace days after he died. 
                          
"At least you're not an orphan!"
"At least I don't shove it in everyone's faces!"
                          
This is going nowhere, I need another approach if I really want to get inside of his head. Shouting clearly isn't working, I tried quiet but it went right back to shouting, what works with this dude? 
                          
"I'm sorry... that I shouted, and accused you of things that I don't fully know.."
"I guess I'm sorry too.. for shouting back.."
                          
He ends with a sad chuckle at end, making me smile a bit. I love Fundy, I really do. He's funny, he's brave to have a fox skin, he's okay at Among Us... I'm joking. I like to believe everyone is a good person, I would say until proven otherwise but you never know what their true intentions are. 
                          
"Just, if you truly want someone to fill in the role of your father figure, then I support your decisions."
"Thank you."
"But only if Eret can prove himself! Not everyone can have the job of a parental figure of the amazing Fundy."
                          
I laugh at the end, but I do mean it. Fundy is special, he means a lot to me. I'll just have to talk to Wilbur later, I might just have a little family night. You know, to see if Eret fits the role he is hoping to be for Fundy. I won't get in the way of his decisions, I don't want to be that type of person. Let's hope Eret is just as good as Wilbur was...
