"Abby?" I asked as I answered the phone a few days later.

"Hey! We're throwing a party tonight, and you will be attending." she laughed into the phone.

"I dunno, I have a lot of stuff to do." I teased her, and she just sighed at me.

"You and I both know you don't have a life. Party starts in an hour, better get your ass over here." she told me, and we both exchanged goodbyes and hung up the phone.

I only had an hour to get ready for this party, I wasn't sure if that was enough time. My hair and makeup was already done from school, though, so all I really had to do was get dressed.

I picked out a black dress with black leggings underneath it, and black ankle boots. My straight black hair just hung over my shoulders, and I knew my parents would say it's 'too much black'. But in my opinion, you can never have too much black.

"I'm going out." I announced to my parents, who were glued on an episode of How I Met Your Mother.

"Okay." my mum called, but my dad tore his eyes from the screen, which is what I didn't want.

"Party?" he guessed, raising his eyebrow at me. I nodded, and he just sighed. "You know the rules; don't come home totally wasted, no drugs, no sex. Be home by 2 AM." he spoke, then glanced back to the TV.

"See you guys later." I waved, then exited my house.

People everywhere. Parties were always fun for me, but tonight, it was extra entertainment. I guess with all the extra shit I was dealing with, getting completely drunk just sounded so fucking exciting.

After, like, four beers, I wasn't even thinking straight. Which is exactly how I liked it. I liked being able to forget, even if it meant I felt like shit tomorrow.

"Hey there McKingsley. You look pretty wasted." a voice said. The alcohol was blurring my vision, but I could make out enough features to know it was the guy I've had a crush on forever. Ethan.

"I...I am." I laughed.

"You look hot tonight, Jade. Would you like to dance?" he whispered in my ear, setting his hands on my hips and pulling me closer to him.

"Yes." I spoke without a second thought. I couldn't tell if it was the beer talking or me, but I went with it anyway.

Ethan led me out of the kitchen and toward the crowds of people, finding a spot for the both of us to dance. He spun me around so my back was to his front, and he helped me grind up against him. Our hips swayed to the beat of the song for what felt like ages, with Ethan whispering dirty things in my ear that I chose to ignore.

"Come with me." Ethan said after a while, taking my hand and pulling me away from the other people. He brought me into a hallway not too far away from people, and I couldn't exactly figure out what he was trying to do.

"Where are we going?" I giggled from the amount of alcohol in my system.

"You've had a crush on me for a while, haven't you McKingsley?" he asked, bringing his face close to mine so I could feel his hot breath against my lips.

"Y-yeah. Who told you that?" I laughed again.

"You just did." he smirked, then brought his lips down to my neck. I tried to get into it until he brought his hands up to my leggings, attempting to pull them down. I'd seen enough movies to know what was going to happen next.

"Ethan, don't do that." I moaned as he continued to kiss my neck.

"Cmon Jade, let loose." he whispered.
