Kate's POV
                          
Kasper was somewhat stunned at first but quickly agreed to my crazy plan. I got Meg's mom's number from Kasper and texted her even though it was late. 
                          
Kate: Hey this is Kate one of Meaghan's online friends I know it's late but I want to know if it's okay if I surprise her by flying out and staying with her for a few days. If you aren't comfortable with a stranger meeting Meg or sleeping in your house I completely understand. If it is okay for me to meet Meg I can get a hotel and just hangout with her during the day.
                          
I confidently hit send but started freaking out once five minutes passed. Thankfully after a few more minutes I got a response.
                          
Meg's mom: Hello I have heard all about you and think it's a great idea to surprise her. When do you think you come and how long do you plan on staying? You are welcome to stay in our guest room or Meg's room if she's okay with that.
                          
I took a sigh of relief as I read through the test, honestly don't think I would have been able to afford a hotel so I was extremely grateful.
                          
Kate: Thank you so much
Kate: I was actually thinking about coming tomorrow if that's alright with you
Kate: I could always wait a few days if that's too soon or inconvenient
                          
After getting the okay from Meg's mom that I could come tomorrow and sorting out a few more things I booked my flight for 8:30 A.M. I screamed and ran to Kylie's room.
                          
"Kylie guess what?! I'm going to meet Meg tomorrow!!" I shouted out of joy and adrenaline. Kylie shouted in excitement and ran to give me a hug. It looked like she was almost more excited about this than I was. 
"How?!" Kylie shouted back at me.  I explained everything and how I had talked to Meg's mom and was leaving tomorrow.  After the excitement faded we just hung out for a bit before I remembered I had to get packed. As I reached my room I grabbed a somewhat large suitcase because I had no clue how long I would stay for. Packing all my favorite clothes and a few extra hoodies that Meg could steal I looked at the clock. FUCK! It was 3 in the morning and I had to be at the airport at 7:30 so I could be checked in and everything. Finding it useless to go to sleep I decided to take a shower and then check if I had everything again. 
*3 hours later*(A/N I'm too lazy)
It was currently 6:45 and I just left my house and gotten an iced coffee for the ride. Trying to distract myself from my own thoughts of doubt I turned on the radio and started singing along to it. It took about 35 minutes to get to the airport and by the time I got there I was freaking out. What if she didn't like me in real life? I'm uglier in person so I don't know why she would want to be my friend. My thoughts continued like this all the way until I was on the plane. As I the plane lifted off the ground my exhaustion hit me like a bus and I was out. A nice looking flight attendant woke me up to tell me we were about to land. I thanked her before getting ready to get out of the plane. 20 minutes later I was out of the plane and in an Uber going to my best friend's house for the first time. My nerves had kicked in and I was overthinking again but trying to distract myself so I called Kasper. She answered after a few rings
Phone call
Kate: Hey just wanted to say I'm in an Uber on the way
Kasper: awesome she has no idea. I'll get her out of the house so you can come and make yourself at home. 
Kate: thanks umm do you think she will be happy to see me. I mean I yelled at her yesterday and was really rude and don't deserve her.
My anxiety and guilt was getting the best of me and I blurted that out before I could stop myself
Kasper: she thinks she fucked up of course she will be happy to see you. I cannot tell you how many times she's talked about you. You have nothing to worry about.
That made my anxiety calm a little and I said goodbye to Kasper before hanging up. The ride was about 45 minutes but it wasn't that bad because I just watched tik toks. As I got out of the car and walked up to Meg's house my hands started to sweat and shake. This was the first time I was meeting Meg's parents and I was nervous as hell. However my nerves practically disappeared when the door was opened and I was engulfed in a hug.
"I'm so happy to finally meet you my name is Jessica."(I forgot Meg's moms name so) 
Jessica said as she let go of me. After greeting her and given the directions to Meg's room; I texted Kasper and rushed up the stairs. Putting my bags to the side I laid on Meg's bed and observed her room. I had seen it hundreds of time on FaceTime but seeing it in real life was somewhat crazy to think about. Before I could look around more the main door was opened and I heard laughing. I could listen to Meg's laugh all day and never get tired of hearing it. The anticipation continued as I heard stomping up the stairs and more laughing. The door was opened and I saw a gorgeous brown hair girl looking wide eyed back at me.
"Kate?!"
