"saaaaam, come on, let's take a break!" whined luke, throwing his pencil down on the ground. "learning about the roman empire isn't how i want to spend my friday night."

sam looked at her best friend and scoffed. "yeah, okay, let's just disregard the most epic time in history! how can you not like this, luke? are you okay?"

"ugh, i just want to sleep." he groaned, falling face forward into the couch. his stomach growled loudly, making sam chuckle. "and eat. can we get something to eat?"

"go see what we have in the fridge." sam waved him off, continuing to copy down more notes as she skimmed the lines of her history textbook.

luke jumped off the couch and slid on the hardwood floor in his socks. he bent down to look around in the fridge before rolling his eyes. "all you have in here is like, lettuce, sam. i don't want lettuce."

"well what would the pretty princess like, hmm?" retorted sam with a playful grin.

luke pretended to think for a moment before snapping his fingers as if a lightbulb went off overtop his head. "i know! let's order pizza!"

"yeah, sure. what do you want?"

"hawaiian, duh. we've been friends since freshman year, sammy, and you act like you don't even know me."

sam slapped his chest. "shut up, it's ringing."

"hello, domino's pizza. what would you like to order tonight?"

"uh, yes--" sam kicked at luke's hand that was trying to tickle her foot. "i would like t-two large pizzas, one pepperoni and one hawaiian p-please!" she giggled, twisting and turning to yank her leg from luke's grasp.

"and your name is?"

"sam hodgens, i believe you already have my address on file."

"oh, you're sam!" exclaimed the person on the other line, snickering. sam pulled a confused look at the sudden change of tone. "your order will be getting there shortly, miss hodgens."

"thanks, bye." she hung up quickly, tossing her phone onto the ground and kicking hard at luke's chest. "stop!" she yelped when he pulled her to him by her ankle, tickling his way up to her sides. "i'm gonna pee, oh my god, luke!"

"don't pee on my leather seats, sam!" he said. there was a moment of silence before they both burst into laughter, ending in sam falling off the couch and rolling around on the floor.

they both attempted to sober up when they heard a knock on sam's front door. sam stood up and ran around the corner, yelling over her shoulder for luke to grab the door while she got her money. when she came back, money in hand, she saw luke stuffing his wallet into his back pocket and taking the boxes out of the delivery boy's hands -- michael's hands, to be exact.

"luke, you didn't have to pay for that." scolded sam. he shrugged and disappeared into the kitchen saying that he was getting drinks. sam rolled her eyes and turned to face the boy at the door. "hi, michael." she said with a smile. "how are you?"

he grinned mischeviously at her. "i'm good, sam. how are you?"

"same 'ole, same 'ole. did you make the perfect pizza, clifford?" she teased, a smirk plastering her face.

"actually, i did make the perfect pizza, thank you very much. so go and set out a dress for tomorrow night, because i believe we will be going out." michael winked.

sam jumped at the voice behind her. "what?" asked luke, leaning over sam's shoulder. "a date, hmm?" he wiggled his eyebrows suggestively, his eyes flicking between the two.

"don't worry about it, i don't think delivery boy and i will be going out anytime soon." sam chuckled, bidding a goodbye to michael who left once again with his music turned up ridiculously loud. she followed luke into the kitchen where both pizzas were sat on the table with drinks in front of them. "wow, thanks luke, you didn't even fill my glass up."

he smiled widely, knowing he was annoying her. "sam, i don't know, this pizza is pretty perfect." he moaned through a mouthful of ham and pineapple.

"oh god, you heard that?" she asked as she poured herself some soda. "he came here last week and left his number on the inside of the box and so i started texting him, you know, and he made this bet with me that if he makes the perfect pizza i have to go on a date with him, but i don't--" sam stopped midsentence when she opened her box. then she began to laugh hysterically, staring down at the pizza.

"what's so funny?"

"look at what the cheeky thing did, look!" she said through her gasps for air, turning the box around for her friend to see.

michael must have made this pizza too, because "the perfect" was written across the cheese in little pepperoni pieces. he made the perfect pizza.

"guess you could say he's cheesy, eh sam?"

"get out!"

a/n; idk about you but i think thats pretty hilarious lmao

cute lil suke/lam (??) moments in there, and michael's a lame-o
