16. Cheater

                                    

                                          
We were running for a while now and nothing happened. 
"Jin I don't think we are going the right way. It feels like we're running in circles the whole time." Namjoon said.
"Believe me, we should be there soon." I explained and just then I saw a light.
"There!" Namjoon said and ran faster. We turned left one last time and there it was. The sun. Right in the middle of the labyrinth shining really bright. "Great. And Jackson is nowhere." I said but maybe to early.
"Not so fast." We heard someone say from the other direction. I looked over and Jackson was standing there. How great.
"Missed me?" He smirked and we just rolled our eyes. 
"Thanks for finding the sun for me." Jackson said and I could see on Namjoon that he was pissed.
"Did you follow us?!" He yelled and made his hands into fists.
"Well of course I did. I could have never find the middle without Jins smart head." He laughed and now I was pissed too.
"That's cheating!" Namjoon screamed and his blood was boiling. 
"Like I care flame head." He mocked Namjoon. I guess this was it for him.
"Anyway I am going to win this game thanks to you idiots." Jackson smirked and made his way to the sun. 
"You wish muscle pig." Namjoon said and ran towards the sun. Somehow Jackson didn't speed up even though Namjoon was faster. He just smirked. That didn't feel right at all. Jackson looked at me and winked before he stopped running. Why? This was weird. 
"Wait...oh no!" I thought to myself.
"Namjoon stop!" I yelled but to late. He arrived at the sun and grabbed it. The moment he laid a hand on it, it started to shock him. What in heaven was that? I ran up to him and pushed him away from the sun. He landed on the floor. 
"Jackson you jerk! You almost killed him!" I screamed as I ran over to Namjoon. He wasn't moving. This Jackson guy was the worst.
"Oh come one. It just tickled him a little. Don't over react." He said as he made his way to the sun.
"What even did you do?!" "I am pretty good a science so it wasn't hard to mix something together." He said as he arrived at the sun. What a cheater. He held his hand out and slowly wanted to touch the sun. I couldn't care less. Joon was more important than that stupid game. I looked at him and what I saw made me worried. The end of his wings started to turn grey. What was that.
"And now I am the boss." Jackson laughed and laid a hand on the sun. It started shining really bright and the labyrinth started to disapear. Everyone started to appear. Hongbin, Jiho and all the others. Even God was standing there. They came closer. 
"And the winner is Jackson!" God said and everyone was cheering. Expect for the other players. Jongin looked really worried.
"Congratulations." God said smiling as he clapped. Namjoon was still on the ground.
"Hey. What's up with Namjoon?" One of the students asked. 
"It was Jackson! He cheated! He did something to Namjoon so he could win!" "Jackson is that true?" God asked but of course Jackson said no. What a jerk. You can't lie in heaven. It's against the rules. Just when he said this a test tube fell out of his pocket. 
"Jackson you sabotaged the game and even lied to me. You are disqualified." God said angry. Jackson got really pissed and started screaming. 
"No! I am the winner! I am God now!" He yelled like crazy. Everyone looked at him not believing their eyes. How could someone like this be an angel. 
"I am not going to let a cheater take my place. Jin you were second so you will be the new God." He said but I couldn't be happy at all. All I cared about was Namjoonw and how his wings were turning even darker...
