So Jimin sat down on the couch while Yoongi sat in the chair.

"Did you set this up yourself?" Jimin questioned, looking at all his equipment.

"More or less," Yoongi responded. "It's not that hard," he added jokingly.

"Will you play something for me?" Jimin questioned. Yoongi chuckled.

"In a little while. I have to upload some files, but you're more than welcome to listen to what I'm working on now," he said.

He passed Jimin a spare set of headphones, and plugged them into his computer.

Jimin sat quietly as Yoongi worked, listening to the music he created on the spot. It was interesting to see (and hear) the way he reviewed work, cut and edited, layed and everything in between when it came to making music. He tried not to ask so many questions, because he knew Yoongi wasn't doing this for fun, it was for work, but sometimes, his curiosity got the best of him and he asked anyway. Yoongi was very patient with him as he went through his questions, showing him exactly how things were done, what they were called, and their importance. It was interesting to see the behind the scenes of music making.

By the time Yoongi was finished, it was two in the morning. Neither of them were tired anymore. Yoongi's about to shut down his computer when Jimin asks to hear some of his own music.

He's shy at first, going through all his music in his head, wondering which of them were worthy of being shown to him. He gets flustered when Jimin asks to hear the one he's currently working on. He's red in the face as he hands Jimin back the spare pair of headphones.

He pulls up the track and goes even more red when he hits play. It isn't a rap song, it's very indie/alternative, and Yoongi almost got 90s vibes from it. He doesn't listen to the song, he knows it off by heart, even if it isn't finished.

Jimin is quiet through the entirety of the song, and it was the longest minute and a half of his life. When it's over, Jimin is handing back the headphones.

"What inspired it?" Jimin whispered.

"You did," Yoongi replied, leaning forward, resting his elbows on his knees.

Jimin is surprised.

"Me?"

"Yes,"

Yoongi feels embarrassed by this confession. He hadn't planned on showing it to Jimin at all.

Jimin is thankful that it's dark because he's blushing. He can feel the heat creeping onto his face. "It's beautiful,'' he murmured, taking his eyes off Yoongi. He's confused when he hears Yoongi let out a heavy sigh, but then Yoongi is getting up out of his chair, and hovering over him on the couch.

"You're beautiful," and with that he's kissing him. Jimin's lips feel soft against his, and he tastes sweet. His hands find their way to Jimin's face, lightly brushing his fingers against his cheeks. The kiss doesn't last long because he doesn't want to force Jimin into anything he doesn't want, but as he's pulling away, Jimin's eagerly kissing him back, his hands finding their way to Yoongi's shirt, and pulling him closer. Kissing Jimin is better than he could have imagined. He's being careful with him though, still testing the waters. Yoongi gets so caught up in kissing Jimin that he doesn't remember how he ended up with Jimin's back against the couch and him on top of him. Yoongi's shirt is long gone, and his own hand is slipping under the younger's shirt. He lets his palm rest flat on his stomach though silently asking for permission. It's only then that he realizes Jimin is crying.

Yoongi immediately sat up, and brought Jimin with him. "Hey," Yoongi whispered. "You're okay, I got you," Jimin nodded, sniffling.

" 'M sorry," he whimpered. "I'm just..."

"We don't have to do anything," Yoongi whispered to him. "Look at me, Jimin, it's okay," Yoongi says, tilting his face in his direction.

"I know," Jimin mumbled, and then he's kissing Yoongi again, but slower, and more passionately. "I trust you," he added, "I'm just not ready-"

"We go at your pace," Yoongi whispered, nudging his nose against his. "All I need you is," Yoongi admits. 'We don't have to do anything, just stay with me,"

Jimin is nodding his head, and goes back to kissing Yoongi.

At some point they stumbled into Yoongi's bed, with Jimin dressed in one of his oversized shirts. Yoongi doesn't remember anything after that point thanks to his exhaustions. All he knows is how Jimin's body felt against his under the covers. He awakes at noon, to an empty bed. Jimin's gone, but there's a note in his place.

had to work, but I'll see you tonight (:

-Jimin

Yoongi chuckled softly to himself as he ran a hand through his hair. He laid back in bed, and sighed contently. He couldn't wait to see Jimin later, but...

That was the last time he saw him.
