ava's pov: 
I walked around the store while putting the grocery's we needed into the cart. i came across the pet food section so I grabbed some cat food, some treats, a bed, and some other things we needed. I continued shopping until I had gotten everything I needed. I checked out and then left. I put everything in the trunk and then got into my car. as I was driving home I was going past a little cafe/bakery. I looked at the window and there was a flyer saying they were hiring. I parked the car on the curb and walked into the cafe. 
worker:hello! 
ava:hi! 
worker:I'm James, how may I help you? 
ava:I'm ava nice to meet you 
james :nice to meet you too 
ava:so I saw the flyer outside that you guys are hiring people
James:correct we are, are you interested 
ava:yes I am 
James:perfect, I can give you the application and just fill it out and bring it back and we'll go from there
ava:okay thanks 
James:no problem let me go get the application 
he said walking away. he came back with a few papers in his hand 
James:okay so just fill this out and bring it back by Friday, so I can go over it and then possibly do a interview if needed 
Ava:alright thank you so much 
James:no problem, have a good rest of your day! 
ava:you too 
I walked out of the cafe and then got into my car. after about 5 minutes I got home. I unloaded the groceries and then put them into the fridge or the pantry. I kept the car stuff in my trunk so mattia wouldn't see it. once I was all done with that I decided to fill out the application. I sat at our desk and grabbed a pen. I started reading over the paper and filling it out. I finished and then checked over it to make sure I filled everything out. it was only 12:15 so I decided to go to the bakery and give him my application. I got back into the car and drove to the bakery. once I got there I got out and walked into the bakery. 
James:hey your back! 
ava:yes I finished filling out the application
I said handing it to him. 
James: awesome, it's not to busy so do you mind waiting like 10 minutes I could just look it over right now 
ava:yeah sure take your time 
I took a seat at one of the little tables and waited for James. 15 minutes went by and he finally came back. 
James:so I looked over your application and your definitely hired! 
i- did he just hire me on spot- wtf
ava:omg thank you so much, when do I start 
James:you could start next Monday, I can give you the apron and hat on Monday
ava:alright what's the dress code? 
james:oh we don't have one, you could wear whatever that's appropriate and then you would just need to wear the apron and hat
ava:okay perfect, thank you again 
James:your very welcome, let me give you my number so I can text you your schedule
he said writing down his number on a sticky note. 
ava:alright, thank you
James:your welcome, I'll see you on Monday! 
ava:byee! 
I walked out and got into my car. I drove back home. I got home and went straight into the kitchen. I was ducking starving. I made myself a grilled cheese sandwich. I sat on the balcony and ate my food. I finished eating and cleaned for dishes.I spent most of my afternoon watching Netflix. was so excited to tell mattia about my new job, I know he would be happy for me. it was around 8pm when I heard the door opened. I walked to the door and saw mattia taking his shoes off. 
ava:hey baby 
mattia:heyy, how was your day? 
ava:really good, how was yours? 
mattia:it was good 
he said with a smile as we sat on the couch. 
ava:I have some news for you 
mattia:ouu okay 
ava:so you know how I've always loved baking
