I wake up the next morning back in the dorm room. But in his bed. I glance over at my empty bed with my trunk still open the way I left it before I went to find Draco last night. I turn over and find that I am in bed alone.

"Malfoy?" I whisper to see if he is in the bathroom.

I don't get an answer. I look outside the window and its a clear day out. The sky was blue and the air coming from the open window revives me. I jump out of bed and try and find my watch. I couldn't find it. I remember leaving it on my bedside table and it has vanished.

I walk back over to the window and I see a group of students walking across the green in front of the castle. What time was it? Had I slept in? I quickly run over to my trunk and pull out my uniform and get dressed.

I walk into the bathroom and brush my teeth and pull my hair back into a pony tail at the top of my head. As I do so I see the wound on my arm. Draco's girl. Fuck sake. I run back into the dorm and pull out the long sleeved jumper and pull it over my shirt. The wool stings my skin as it touches the words. I smile as I remember that he has my name on his arm too. I hope he has kept his mouth shut about last night. I spray myself with my perfume and I am out of the door.

I run down the corridor and find the Common Room empty. I look over at the large clock displayed at the far side of the room. It was eight thirty. I was late to Potions.

"Fuck." I huff as I run out of the Common Room into the long corridor leading towards the Great Hall. I remember that the lesson had been moved to the Astrology tower. I run towards the stair case at the end of the hall.

I get to the top of the stairs and Uncle Severus is standing close to the balcony. "Thank you for joining us, Ivy." He snarls at me as I walk into the room.

"I'm sorry, Professor. I slept in." I say as I walk over to where Malfoy is sat smirking at me.

As I sit down Malfoy starts to laugh at me. "Good morning, sleepy head."

I look over at him and his smile is contagious. "Morning handsome." I whisper to him as I put my wand on the table in front of us. I can feel myself blushing with embarrassment as I look into his eyes. Those stupid grey eyes are going to kill me one day.

"Now before I start, it looked like there had been a party in this room when I walked up here this morning." Uncle Severus announced. "Does this belong to anyone in this room?" He says while holding up my cardigan. It was covered in dust but it was obvious it belonged to me. I hoped that it stunk of alcohol rather than my perfume. He glances over at Parkinson. I don't know if I should be offended or relieved.

"Fine then. Have it your way." He snarls again. "Now because we are in the wrong room, we aren't going to be making any potions today. So we will be looking at Veritaserum." He rambles on.

"How are you?" I whisper to Malfoy.

"I'm fine." He smiles at me. "You seem cheerful this morning."

"Problem?"

"No. Happiness looks good on you." He whispers while reaching his hand other to touch mine. His hand reaches the cuff of my jumper and pulls it up. "I'd say I was sorry about your arm but, I'm not sorry at all."

"Likewise." I say as butterflies fill my stomach.

I turn around and Harry is starring at me from across the room. His face is emotionless as he lowers his eyes back down to the book in front of him.

"Everyone turn to page 180." Severus commands the room. "Start reading the chapter and I will be back in a moment."

I look at the staircase and Professor Dumbledore is waiting for him to finish speaking. Dumbledore was a strange looking man. His hair was almost see through and his eyes are the colour of the sky. His beard almost touches the floor as he walks closer to the last step. I wonder how old he is? He looked to be at least 80 years old, but yet again wizards live a lot longer than muggles do.

My Uncle leaves the room and follows Dumbledore back down the staircase.

"So you still wanting to go to this party tonight." Malfoy asks me as I revert my attention back to the room.

"Yeah. It will be fun." I reply realising that I had asked him to go with me last night. "You still want to join me?" I ask.

"You won the game. A debt is a debt." He says looking into my eyes.

"I won now did I?" I say sarcastically with a grin on my lips.

"Don't look too bloody pleased with yourself." Malfoy huffs.

I look back down at my book and start reading. Veritaserum is a extremely powerful truth position. No less than three drops can cause a wizard to only speak the truth. God I hope this is never used on me. The textbook says that the potion is almost like water. It is flavourless and is completely clear.

"Let's hope I don't get spiked with this stuff." I say trying to lighten the mood.

"Why it's not like you would know about it." Malfoy replies without taking his eye off the textbook.

I grab a piece of parchment from the notebook that had been left on the table. I look over at Luna who is sat at the opposite side of the room near Harry.

Are you going to the pitch party tonight?

Ivy x

I wrote on the parchment and screw in up on a ball. I throw it across the room at her and it lands next to her on the floor.

She leans down and picks the parchment off the floor and opens it. She then looks at me and nods with a smile. She then does the same thing and writes something on a the back of the parchment.

Want too get ready with me at my dorm?

Luna :) x

I look back over at her and nod. "See you at six." She mouths to me while holding up six fingers.

"Oooo you've made a friend." Malfoy says sarcastically while reading the note in front of me. "Why can't you just get ready at our dorm?" He questions.

"Your not supposed to get ready together when your going on a date." I smirk.

"Lovegood doesn't seem like your type." He teases.

"She's prettier than you." I mock.

"She's okay." He says while glancing over at her. "Don't you too be making me jealous now."

"Oh you would love that wouldn't you." I say while rolling my eyes.

"I don't like sharing."
