We could still hear the ground shattering cheers from the fans as we finally made our way to the food court, Bright cursed the whole way through.

Surprisingly I found his whole temperament to the situation amusing.
"What do you want to get first Win?" He asked, turning his body to meet my speculative gaze. I wondered if the frantic beating of my heart was normal. At least as normal as it would be between soulmates. I just can't wrap my head around what he does to me. Does he feel the same way? Flustered, at lost of words whenever I look at him. Whenever he looks at me I feel..strange. I always thought the initial concept of love was weird, the sparks or "electric" people say they feel when engaging with "the one". I didn't believe such a thing existed. A person that manages to make me feel things I can't decipher. Things I can't even begin to explain or express because it simply..it just doesn't make any sense.
"Win?" He sounded disconcerted now, I couldn't help the smile that pulled at my lips at his concern.
"Yeah, yeah. I heard you." I paused briefly to look around. "Definitely made up my mind."

"Which is?"

"Starbucks."
"Starbucks?" Bright recoiled as if offended. "You want to have Starbucks? What about food. You should eat, food is important you just woke up Win you shouldn't-"

"Hey, hey." I lifted my arms and waved my hand in a stop motion. "Relax a bit there, I'm still going to eat. I just thought we could get something to drink walk around a bit and then eat." A brief flicker of relief crossed his face at my words and I tried not to smile as a response.

"Yeah, okay." He said, sounding more composed.
It only took us about a minute to reach our destination, as everything was quite close by in the food court.
We were immediately met with a tall boy who had a large grin plastered on his face. I smiled, positive energy always seemed to rub off on me.
"Hey, Bright and Win right? It's super dope to meet you!" I smiled politely as Bright nodded.

"Yep, it's really nice to meet you as well."

"Umm..uh" I cocked my head to the side in confusion, wondering why the boy was suddenly nervous.
"Hey, everything okay?" I tried to sound as kind and approachable as I possibly could.
"Umm yeah..If-if it's okay with you could I get your autograph Win?"
I broke into a smile at the realisation.
"Yeah of course!"
The boy beamed, turning rapidly to the bench to grab a pen before handing it to me.
"Er..where did you want me to sign?" The boy pointed to his chest before a blush instantly warmed his cheeks.
Bright let out an audible grunt to which I ignored. I wasn't going to let his moody ass ruin the poor boy's mood.
"Sure, what was your name?
"Cameron."
"Cameron" I heard the boy's name once more but this time repeated in a rather feminine tone.
I shot my head to Bright, unable to hide the glare that formed on my face.
He was mocking the kid's name right in front of him, the audacity.

"What the fuck Bright, shut up!" I hissed in a whisper, hoping Cameron didn't hear him.
When I met the boy's glimmering eyes, I released a breath of relief.
Bright only grunted, clearly bemused by the exchange.
"There you go!" I smiled after signing the boy's shirt.

"Thank you, I'm a big fan! Oh and sorry for holding you both up what was your order?"

ooOOoo

I sipped on my double choc chip frappuccino once more ignoring the irritating male specimen beside me.
"Win are you going to keep ignoring me?" He huffed before releasing a scoff.
"Yes."

"Care to tell me why?"

I crossed my arms before turning to him.
"Because Bright. There was no reason for you to mock Cameron back there, that was completely uncalled for!"

"He was annoying." Bright shrugged, unbothered by the whole thing.
"Yeah, I get it you don't have to like people. I don't like people! But that doesn't mean we have to show it." I softened my tone, not liking the frown stuck on his face.
Bright was clearly used to meeting fans with ill intentions, I don't know how but I want to help him see the good in people.
He needs to give them a chance.
