A good hour in just spending time with her we finally came to the very topic I forgot about. I would much rather ignore it and move on to just the two of us but I promised that I would help her with it.

Fuck me.

"Men aren't as difficult creatures as most people would claim. For the most part, they just need a clear hint, a visual or a little push into the right direction and they will take the bait. It is really as simple as that."

"Great lesson I agree," she stifles her giggles, "How does this help me find a partner though?"

I raise my eyebrow, "It helps loads if you understand right?" I sigh, "I ain't the best in giving advice for these sort of things."

"Simple creatures. Got it," I glance at her, her smile enough to make my heart melt. "But what will you do then? I don't want to leave you alone here."

"No, its nothing. I bet I will make friends or at least someone to talk to around here," I then gesture with my head, "Are you going to make the rounds now?" She looks almost unsure of herself, "Listen you are beautiful, the only reason nobody has made a move on you here yet because they think we are together or that I would get in their way."

She giggles, "You make it sound so simple, though the two of us? You think it would work?"

"Even if it didn't Kai'sa I would try my best to make sure it does," I take another sip, "Though if that were the case I wouldn't let you go out there."

She nods, "I hope so. Though it sounds tempting I will agree."

I lean closer whispering, "Nothing is stopping us from pretending."

Our faces are close, I can smell her aroma and the wine she had been drinking all night. My eyes jump to her lips.

I want so badly to make the move and taste her lips, she did step away earlier today from my first attempts to getting closer to her. I hesitate, hovering in place, she then brings her face closer pressing her soft lips against my cheek.

"Then let us pretend the next time around," winking at me she hops off the chair into the crowds behind me.

I should have kissed her.

As soon as she left another man took her place, sliding next to me we both make eye contact.

"You smoke?"

I shake my head, "Not tonight."

A smile spreads across his face as he takes a pull, the smoke twisted in its artistic way, forming curls in the gloom, illuminated only by the bar lights.

"Why you leave your girl alone like that?"

I shrug, "She isn't mine."

"Word around the people are that you two are the hottest couple here. Pitty, the two of you look good together. The wolves in this den have their eyes on her if they even figure out that the two of you aren't together," he then takes another long pull, "Well you can imagine what will happen."

I sigh, "That is true. The name is (Y/N)."

He chuckles, "I know your name, (Y/N). You have been all over the news. You are a pain for rich asshats like these people," he then grins widely, "Name's George."

"Am I really, George?"

He nods, "The news is going crazy. They are trying to find you and I have to commend you for avoiding them. All but one of them of course."

"You with the news."

"Yes sir."

"I guess you want to also dig into my life?"
