Momo: "what's this one about?"
Travest: "not going to give much info but to put it simply your friend awakens his quirk...but in the most unfortunate circumstance" he said
Jirou: "why what happened?"
Travest: "well it may involve him being a loner...he thought he was quirkless all his life until his 18th birthday as to simply put it...he fell into a tank of quirk enhanced eels" and everyone gasped 
Momo: "eels?"
Jirou: "where did he worked?"
Travest: "well he worked at a research facility because he would often fix the power and make sure it works...but he also created the new city grid to save power and it would also use less resources for it to work" 
Aizawa: "so it seems he managed to help the people in a different way" 
Midnight: "so not only would people save on electric bills."
Vlad king: "he helped people with more working jobs on this new power grid he designed" 
Mina: "he must be famous" 
Travest: "well that's the thing...when he presented the idea they told him it wouldn't work, but all they did was stole his idea and took it as their own...of course Midoriya was angry but he knew they wouldn't believe a nobody, especially if he's quirkless" and this made everyone sad
Bakugo: "why do these things fucking happen to him" 
shigaraki: "typical, but i want to know this quirk show me" 
Toga: "yes show me!!" 
Travest: "really with no context?" 
Aizawa: "please tell us i don't want to be confused" 
Travest: "okay Izuku awakens quirk...he's scared..he meets with the heroes of class 1A and police and here watch!" 
                          
the screen turns on
Izuku is seen limping into the town square he was wearing a hoodie to hide his face and the civillians ignored him seeing it's normal running into people who have Mutant quirks
although his skin was a  blue and his once green eyes were now a electric blue along with his hair 
Izuku: "so tired" and he sees all the electrical currents going through the city from peoples phone to lights and even under the concrete seeing the power grid expanding through the roads something urged him to touch it and he removed the panel covering a power grid this caught some of the peoples attention and soon he gripped the tube and soon started to absorb the electricity causing some of the lights to flicker.
                          
Momo: "that's a powerful quirk" 
Jirou: "he's not going full retard like Kaminari" 
Kaminari: "hey!" 
Mina: "his eyes, hair, even his skin it's all blue" 
Ochaco: "it's almost majestic" some looking at her
Mineta: "he's a blue Mina" and some actually chuckled at his comment
lida: "well you forgot to mention that he could see all the electrical wirings and energy flowing throughout the city"
Kirishima: "thats a very unique quirk" 
Dabi: "whats with the music?"
Jirou also heard the small whispering in it: "i hear...paranoia, self destroying..although the rest i can't figure it out it's too fast" 
Travest: "wow didn't think you would notice...what you're hearing is Izukus mind, what goes through his head on a daily basis"
Mirio: "this is what he thinks?" hearing the words although some are hard to understand they can hear some of it
Nejire: "can't ignore the paranoia...something's happening...mind is dropping...agony inside of me..my pulse is rising metal torture...self-destroyer...can't ignore the paranoia and it seem to repeat itself" everyone looked at her "what?"
Momo: "you manage to understand that? "
Jirou: "now we know what he's thinking at least"
Shiozaki: "his anxiety is rising" 
AFO: 'how will this play out son?' looking at his unique quirk
                          
soon the people and some of the police started to notice the lights and large signs flickering soon the policeman looked at Izuku and reached for his radio
Police: "listen i need a 10-85 illegal usage of quirk in public..i repeat illegal usage of quirk send out units to mustafu square" then he started escorting civilians out of the area
Policeman: "everybody get out of the way...GET OUT OF THE WAY!!" shouting at the crowd who cleared the are and looked at Izuku
Policeman: "Sir get your hands away from the cable right now SIR!" soon Izuku looked up and saw his skin and eyes glowing and he growled looking almost feral and soon the Policeman brought out his pistol
Policeman: "stay right where you are do not move" (the rising, i'm dying) the whispers becoming louder and Izuku stood up confused 
Policeman: "FREEZE GET DOWN ON THE GROUND!" before a diesel drove towards Izuku who unconsciously used his quirk which made a low humming sound and lifted the truck over him flipping it upside down
