The last two years of Hogwarts were...eventful to say the least.
I didn't realize being friends with Harry would come at such a risk. He's been a walking bad luck charm so far, but he's my friend and this is the life I chose for myself Not like I don't attract trouble or attention It seemed like our group was known for that
I'm going into my 3rd year, and most of my summer has been spent training for Quidditch with the boys and Ginny here.
George told me I have a really good chance of getting in this year, since a chaser spot has opened up. I love playing this sport, it makes me feel complete.
"Hey Electra, let's stop for a while I want to talk to you" Fred pulled me aside from our makeshift pitch
"What up Freddie?" I asked picking my nails I fell off my broom at one point trying to catch the quaffle and when I tried to catch myself I got blasted with dirt
"Well... we are going into our 5th year and you are going into your 3rd" he scratched his head "with that being said I have been hearing guys in my year and below talk about you and I'm worried that you will get hurt by them"
I looked at him and he looked conflicted
"Uh-huh" I said confused
"Most of my year know how to make a love potion, so don't go accepting any gits chocolates or drinks they might give you. And if any of them give you a hard time, I will end it. George I'm sure would too and Ron, but I won't let anything happen to you if I can help it"
"Ok yeah...thanks Fred but I don't think you need to worry too much it's not like I'm pretty enough to be worrying over. I'm sure you misheard when my name was brought up" I said waving him off For a few years now he's been dating Angelina, I don't get why he cares so much if someone is interested in me
"That's where you're wrong" Fred whispered
"Did you say something?" He went to answer me but we got interrupted
"Hey El, Fred, mum wants us" Ron came over and mentioned that Mrs.Weasley wanted us to get ready to go to Diagon Alley, our owls arrived this morning with the list of items we would be needing for the new school year
When I was younger I swore that Fred and I would be together one day but that hasn't happen. Honestly it's getting easier to see him with Angelina Well I tell myself that It's not really, but I haven't thrown any spells her way Except for that one but she deserved it, and technically it was Hermione who did it Getting on the team with her might be tricky, but if I'm good enough Oliver Wood won't care what she thinks
