"No I'm not ok," I said sitting down on the couch and he too sat next to me. "It's about Taehyung right!?" He asked sipping his americano "Yes... I'm confused about him... He didn't like me when he was in high school now he takes care of me and shows his soft side only to me..... What if his feelings are fake... What if he is still the same....!?" I asked "Cause I can't believe how The Kim Taehyung will fall for someone so less than him," I said now looking at Yoongi "ohh y/n I'm in no place to tell you this it's better if you hear it from Taehyung but still, you are so wrong about him," with that he left I was even more confused now. I packed everything and I walked out on my way I passed a bunch ok co-workers I stopped in my tracks when I heard my name "Did you know Mr Kim slapped Ms Lee because of his new assistant !?" Said the first one. "Yes, Mr Kim is never this soft to an employee he usually doesn't care !" The other one said and then a random girl walked in when they were talking "No matter who Mr Kim stands up for he will surely choose me for anyone cause what he wants I give," she said giving a playful wink and soon they noticed me standing there.
The first two employees greeted me while the girl was sitting in her seat smirking at me. "Don't have high hopes a man like Taehyung will never lay his eyes on you. So stop wasting time," she said and gave me the shooing gesture. I didn't talk anything back it's the truth a man like Taehyung will never lay his eyes on me. I turned to leave when I bumped into someone I looked up to see Taehyung giving me an apologetic look "I'm really sorry y/n," he said and I quickly responded, "It's ok Taehyung," The girl quickly interrupted "Don't call him like that he doesn't like being call like that give him respect," she said and came towards Taehyung and ran her hands on his chest. "Why don't you call me nowadays Taehyung !? I missed your touch", she said and I looked to the ground frowning more. I was right he still hasn't changed. I was about to leave when Taehyung held me by my wrist. Now he walked towards the girl "First of all it's Mr Kim for you and secondly y/n deserves the same respect as me in this place and thirdly if I see you messing around her I would not hesitate to fire you UNDERSTAND ?" he shouted and the girl flinched.
Then he turned to me and had a cute soft smile on his face. He was all scary looking and angry a few seconds back and now he has a smile on his face. "Take care y/n and don't forget to text me when you get back home," I quickly nodded and walked away that's when I realized something. He is cold to everyone else but is soft for me.
TAEHYUNG'S POV
After the drama we had, I quickly took y/n inside my cabin and made her sit on the couch and I sat beside her she was crying so bad my heart ached to see her in this state. I gently laid my hand behind her back and started rubbing her back slowly to calm her down and it worked now she was calming down and I wiped her tears and gently caressed her cheeks but she flinched a little because of the pain that bitch did hit her hard "Ahh I should have given her more," I said and she chuckled a little. That was so cute seeing her chuckle. "It's ok Mr Kim I appreciate you standing up for me," she said, "Now y/n how many times do I have to tell you to call me Taehyung!?" I said "But it wouldn't sound professional," she said "Throw professional in the trash I'm your boss do what I say," I said and she chuckled again and nodded. It hurts when I was the reason for her pain and sadness before but now being the reason behind her smile made my guilt go away slowly. But will she ever accept me? After all, I have done for her? will she accept my feelings? I don't think she will but giving it a try won't hurt. I said as I thought of a way to cheer her up.
Something clicked,  y/n loves cookies and cream milkshake I've seen her only drink that in high school maybe that could help her. "Do you want cookies and cream milkshake y/n !?" I asked and I could see how shocked she was after hearing that " Doesn't that comfort you!?" I said and her eyes grew wide the last few months in high school getting to know her from her friends helped me. She nodded and I got her the drink and she was so happy seeing it. She was looking at it like a kid got a whole bag of chocolates for dinner. I watched her from my desk and she was so cute as she took her first sip she let out a loud groan. Omg, why does she tempt me like this I've been controlling myself and she does this to me!?. I walked towards her licking my lower lip "Tempting others isn't good y/n," I said and she almost choked on her drink. I let out a small laugh and sat next to her.
