I turned to the head of the eyes department, Ivy, "How's everything with our eyelash serum?" 


                          
"Sales are at a nice and steady pace. We have an idea to create a tinted eye cream with spf and for dark circles. I'll get back to on that." 


                          
I smiled, "What a wonderful idea Ivy. I'll definitely be looking forward to that." 


                          
"How about you guys with the lips, Raquel?" I asked. 


                          
"Well, we're continuing on creating scrubs and masks. Our classic honey sugar scrub is getting sold out pretty soon after we restock!" she laughed. 


                          
I love hearing from everyone and all the hard work they put out for our company. I wouldn't say it's my company because I'm not the only one doing all the work ya know. I asked how the rest of the departments were doing: Hair, Nails, and Body. Everything was going steady within them, all good things. 


                          
I clapped my hands in joy, "Ok guys, meeting's over, BUT before that. Let's have a group hugg." They all laughed getting up from their seats as we all hugged each other. 


                          
"WE GOT THIS GUYS. I believe in every single person that works in this family, that you will all achieve great things."


                          
"I always want you guys to remember that I love you. I always will. This launch is gonna be amazing. People will love it. And if they don't-" 


                          
I paused, 


                          
"let's not even think about that. OK READY." I put my hand to the center, and they piled theirs on top, "3,2,1, LET'S DO THIS!!" We all extended our hands up in the air.






















                          

                          
I had leftover eggplant parmesan from last night so I munched on that for lunch while I worked. I couldn't stop smiling every time I took a bite. It was the first meal I cooked for Jai as his GIRLFRIEND. 


                          
As his LOVER. 


                          
I recalled when he scared the shit out of me and I threw the bell pepper in my hands at him. I laughed at myself. 


                          
Then he picked me up in his arms. 


                          
And we kissed. 


                          
Once again. 


                          
And as always. 


                          
It was heavenly. 




                          
I hid my face in my hands. I could feel the heat creep up through every single inch of my body. 


                          
"S-Sahana? You good?" I shot my head up to my employee, Marco. I rapidly nodded, "Yeah yeah, don't worry. Im goooddd." I waved my hand. 


                          
He looked at me in concern for a second then nodded and turned back to his work. 


                          
I lightly slapped myself on the cheeks, "Get yourself together, Sahana. You're in an office environment, not you're flippin apartment." 


                          
I finally finished all the paperwork for the launch and called all the stores for a final confirmation, and soon the day ended. 






                          
I rushed out of work, knowing that I'm gonna see you know who. My impatience grew during the drive home. 


                          
I finally reached the garage and eventually entered into my apartment, throwing my back and keys onto my couch. 


                          
I went and found the keys to Jai's apartment, exiting mine. I put the key in and turned it to open the door. 




                          
Then there he was. 




                          
Right in front of the door. 




                          
"Uh, I was about to come over..." 




                          
Without any say, I jumped on him and wrapped my legs around his waist holding him tight, 


                          
"I missed you." I mumbled burying my face into his neck. 


                          
I felt his arms wrap around me, "I missed you too beautiful." He chuckled closing the door with his foot. 


                          
My heart skipped a beat after hearing that. 


                          
I looked at him for a second before pecking him on the lips. 


                          
"You're gonna be getting that very often from now on." I smiled. 


                          
Jai grinned giving me a kiss back, "I beg to differ. Because I'd probably give them way more. Even when you least expect it." he smirked. 


                          
"The hell is that supposed to mean?!" I laughed. 






                          
He shrugged, "You'll just have to wait and see." 






                          
"Do you wanna go out somewhere? It's only 5:30." I suggested. 


                          
He happily nodded, "Where do you want to go?" 


                          
I tapped my chin, "Hmm we can get something from Choco's and go to the lake a couple miles away from it and walk around? OO OR we can go to the movies. Oh WAIT we can go bowling since the theater has an area for it." 


                          
Jai laughed, "Hmm I don't really have that much energy so I think the lake date would be better." He responded and tucked a strand of hair behind my ear. 






                          
He said date ahhhhhevevnevnelv. 






                          
"Ok!" I jumped off him, "Go get changed. No one wears a suit and tie on a date." He nodded and went to his closet. 


                          
I quickly ran out of his apartment, entering into mine since my smartass didn't lock the door not knowing the purpose of safety, and sprinted to my bedroom checking myself to see how I looked. 




                          
"Eh, this is enough." I shrugged and sprayed perfume on once again. 


                          
I rushed back into Jai's apartment like nothing ever happened, this time grabbing a bag AND keys. 


                          
There was actually no point in doing that because either way I would've brought my bag and he would've noticed. 






                          
What an intellectual you are Sahana. 






                          
So smart.






                          
A genius. 




                          
Jai then came walking out with a simple pumpkin colored, collared shirt and dark grey pants with white sneakers. 


                          
Just like me hehe. 


                          
I smiled at the fit and looked up at him.








                          
"Ready?" 










                          
He grinned, 










                          
"Lessgo."
