It was the next morning, Ian and Mickey had stumbled to bed at about 3am. Last night was hard for both of them but they just wanted it to be over and for it to be better. They had to go get Ian's medications.
                          
Ian was still tight in mickeys arms as they slept, he smiled when he opened his eyes and felt mickeys arms around him. "mickey" ian whispered into mickeys ear. Mickey groaned and opened his eyes a bit.
                          
"mickeyy" ian whispered again but in a more playful voice.
                          
"Iannn" mickey whispered back jokingly as he looked at the boy.
                          
"good morning" Ian said giving mickey a happy smile. 
                          
"good morning" Mickey said back looking at Ian's happy face as he kissed his pink lips.
                          
They stared at each other for a while before Ian let out a sigh and said something.
                          
"I'm sorry about last night" he said looking down.
Mickey put his hand on Ian's head and smiled, "don't be sorry, okay?" he said.
                          
"Let's go get dressed and get your meds" He said again now that Ian was looking at him.
Ian smiled. "okay".
                          
They both then got out of bed and went to shower and get dressed.
                          
After they were both showered, Ian sat on the bed as Mickey put on his clothes.
                          
"do we have to go back?" Ian said quietly.
                          
"It's the only place you have a subscription for your meds." Mickey said as he put on his shirt and looked at the redhead sitting on the bed.
                          
"Yeah.. what if we see them?" Ian replied looking up at mickey.
                          
"we won't" Mickey said finishing up getting dressed and kissing Ian's cheek. "Now let's go" he said again giving Ian a smile.
                          
"okay i'm ready" Ian said back getting up and they both left out the door
                          
Arriving back in chicago, Illinois.
Ian and mickey had drove back to their home town to pick up Ian's meds. Ian didn't want to visit his family, only because he was scared to see james or he was just scared to see them after being gone for months.
                          
"Come on" Mickey said opening the car door and getting out. Ian got out the car too and went over to mickey and grabbed his hand. mickey looked at Ian who looked a bit nervous and smiled at him.
                          
once they entered the room, nobody seemed to notice anything or stare so that was a start. Ian had walked over to the front desk and asked for his nurse. The lady at the front desk looked up at Ian and smiled awkwardly, "I'll call her up for you" she said. "Thank you" Ian said back as he looked at mickey. 
                          
Ian's nurse had finally called them back, and to be honest she did seem kind of shocked and scared. She hurried to give Ian his pills and didn't ask so many questions as she usually would do. Once they had left she then hurried to her phone and called Fiona. She was informed that if she every saw him back around here she was to call Fiona and let her know.
                          
Gallagher house
Fiona had gotten the call from Ian's nurse and immediately froze but then she hurried to tell all the kids the news. "IANS BACK!!!" She yelled as she put on her coat and shoes, getting ready to go meet him. The kids and Lip came running down the stairs confused asking all sorts of questions. "No questions now, we have to hurry" Fiona said back in a rush to see her brother. 
                          
Everybody was out the house expect for one person, Debbie who decided to call James and let him know that they were going to meet Ian. She hadn't known that he was with Mickey.
                          
Before Ian and mickey could even leave the clinic, Fiona and everybody else came bursting out the car. Ian shocked when he saw them stood there in shock before being tackled with hugs by all of them and questions. He didn't say anything back, he didn't even move. Then to make things worst James had actually came and when Ian saw him he looked at mickey who stood there just as confused as Ian. James had ran over to Ian and tried to hug him but Ian pushed him off. He went over to mickey and grabbed his arm. "let's go" he whispered into mickeys ear quietly. 
                          
James whom was confused looked at mickey then back at Ian and asked "who's this?". This question had stuck out the most to Ian then all the other questions he was being asked.  
                          
"my boyfriend jame..." Ian said looking down still holding onto mickeys arm.
                          
"who the fuck is he?" Mickey said looking at James.
                          
"IM his boyfriend." James said looking at mickey.
                          
Ian just stood there not knowing what to say considering he was still being crowded with questions and hugs and punishments from his family.
                          
"Fuck you are" Mickey said angrily at James.
                          
"Aren't you the one who kidnapped him??" James said laughing. 
                          
Then Ian had let go of mickeys arm and tried to get james away but they just kept yelling and arguing. Then all of sudden there was a bang. Ian looked down then turned around to see mickey fallen to the floor. He ran over and fell next to him as blood was bleeding out his stomach. He looked back at James who held a gun in his hand and then he looked at his family who were all together shocked. Everything played in slow motion as the cops arrived and the paramedics. Mickey was about half to death now.
                          
Ian sat there on the floor with blood in his hands as the paramedics lifted his boyfriend into the truck. He then sat as he watched the love of his life be taken away from him. Again.
                          
James was being taken into police custody and Fiona tried to go over to Ian and comfort him as Lip tried to comfort the kids. Fiona then began to try and talk about him moving back in and all this stuff about him. He knew they didn't even care that Mickey had just gotten shot right i front of him. He smiled slowly as his eye twitched. Then he let out a big laugh as he watched fiona back up. "you don't even care" He said still smiling. "You don't care about anything i care about." He said again looking fiona in the eyes. Fiona stood there not knowing what to say as she saw her brother smile with tears fall from his eyes. 
                          
"None of you guys care." Ian said looking at fiona then back at Lip and the kids. 
                          
"THIS IS THE SECOND TIME FIONA!!" Ian yelled at his sister as she stood there with tears in her eyes. "the second time my BOYFRIEND has been taken away from me." he said again sobbingly. "But well you know what" he said wiping his face and giving fiona a fake big smile. "let me get all my stuff and just move back in with you guys.. you know forget this ever happened." He said throwing his arms up in the air. 
                          
"Ian-" Fiona tried to say.
                          
"Oh, no no no fiona." Ian said looking at fiona. "Fuck you Fiona" he said again. Fiona stood there and the looked back at Lip for help. Lip shrugged in just as much shock as her. Ian had started walking back to the car him and Mickey drove in. Lip who decided the best thing to do was to say something stupid said "You know he doesn't love you and he never did, you're being tricked into love." 
                          
Ian looked back at his foolish brother and smiled with his big green eyes. He walked over to Lip and got in his face as tears fell from his cheek and hit the ground and he said something before getting in his car and driving off. "go fuck yourself"
