Dear Keefe,

I finally went to sleep. Crazy right? I didn't have a good night sleep, though. How could I knowing you're stuck here?

I wonder if you're dreaming about something. If you are, I hope you're dreaming something nice and not having nightmares. Your expression is blank though, so you might not be having anything.

Tam, Fitz and I have been trying to talk Glimmer into telling us something useful but it has been all a waste. She knows as much as Tam and the same as us.
It still feels like something's missing. It's probably just below our noses and we don't realize it.

Your-
Your mom wrote. She, uh, left you a letter talking about your legacy and your new ability. But don't get all excited, she told us pretty much nothing. She just said she wasn't going to kill us just yet. She's waiting for you to wake up.
The envelope also had this elixir that was going to supposedly wake you up but Elwin has been doing some tests. It couldn't possibly be so simple as giving us the elixir right then and there.

Last night I dreamed about you. I dreamed we were on Havenfield, and Silveny was there. I dreamed we were having fun and you were okay. We took Silveny out for a fly.
We were there for hours, we didn't even feel the time fly. Silveny didn't get tired either. By the time we got back home it was after dark. Grady was expecting us with that frown he always wears when you're around. He said we'd taken too long, then he went back inside. I stayed outside to say bye to you.
My cheeks felt hot for some reason, and I acknowledged you were standing very close. Then you came closer if that was even possible and—

No, nothing, it's stupid you probably think I'm creepy for dreaming about you anyway.

I can't wait to see you,

Sophie
